The room was spacious, clean, the ceiling to floor glass panel gives unobstructed view of the sea/city and a perfect location…truly an enjoyable stay…

The disappointing part is that the hotel does not have neflix, You tube or smart tv unlike other newer hotels. This is the main reason that would discourage me from coming again to this hotel.

1 : When im arrived. My room is not ready for 3 person as per booking. I have to tell them my booking status. 2: Im booking for 3 person with extra double bed but they only give me room for 3 person with extra single bed. Not value for money.

The lift service, it's quite slow to accomodate a large number of people especially on eve season

My kids love the kids suite.. Pool was exceptional.. everything was on spot.. Hotel have Chargesini AC charger in front of main lobby door.. so i can easily charge my ev before sleep.. Will come back for sure anytime

1. During breakfast few occasions have no plate to eat. Hotel guests waiting up to 15 minutes. We verbally informed the workers, they said still washing plates. Its a long weekend and Hari Merdeka. WE don't blame the workers. The hotel management should take responsibility; they should already anticipated there will be many guests during this long holiday period and moreover the breakfast is not free. Really need to improve. 2. The in-room services good 24 hours open but for hot dinks only coffee being serve to the room. They should include hot tea, hot chocolates and teh tarik as well.

Air con noisy & not able to adjust. Light flashing on ceiling. We stayed 1 night after booking for 4 nights but left as Hotel only offered another room which would have been the same!

We hadden een leuke familiekamer, onze kids vonden het fantastisch. Het hotel ligt iets verder van de bezienswaardigheden maar met de grab ben je er met enkele minuten en voor een paar ringgit. Fijn zwembad en prima ontbijt!

Room sound proof is inadequate especially the hotel guests are not behaving during sleeping time. The noise level is not bearable. I bade a complaint and hope it works.

Maintenance on 10th floor hallway can be better.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. especially the pillows. Hotel is near to Dutch Square. Can either take shuttle bus to Dutch Sq. Or walk to Dutch Sq.

Shuttle bus should operate on a 1 hr basis instead of 2 hr basis. Especially from 6pm to 10pm .

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, our room was clean, the swimming pool was great, and our children absolutely loved the Kids Suite.

The only downside was that we stayed on the 10th floor, where there was a strong mouldy smell and visible signs of mould. The humidity also seemed unusually high, with even the room door feeling wet. We mentioned this twice to the reception, who kindly offered us another room. As we were only staying for one night, we decided not to move. I hope the hotel can resolve this issue, as it seems specific to that floor. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay.

The staffs are courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread are plentiful and many varieties. l like the roti canai section, there are plain roti canai, sardine roti canai, and sarang burung roti canai. Your vege curry is superb.. The room is tidy and clean and quiet.. Toilet is clean and amenities are adequate. Me and wife had a very good stay at your hotel .

None, but just to highlight one incident The armbar at the bathtub was broken off due to rust. After a complaint made, the maintenance crew came but bcos it was nite time, they came and clean and apologised for unable to repair that nite. We understood and agreed.

Amazing staff , we were two families with kids and all staff everywhere in premises help us alot. What I must say I stayed holiday inn many countries but this 1 is biggest one nd best one. Keep it up. I always put recommendations for holiday inn , even in my whst group having more than 40 members 😊 I already posted about it.

Breakfast option for vegetarian was rare , and no Ready-made tea like masala or indian tea. M not asking anything specific but now a days these things are common. Unfortunately paratha also had egg inside so we took breakfast only one day next day we ordered from outside

The staffs are friendly and approachable. The room is quiet and clean , and accurately represented in the hotel’s photos.

The pillows are too soft.

Stuff in the 2nd floor restaurant is very friendly… They will proactively offer services and assist guests in fetching the food they need, and promptly clean up the used tableware.

The hotel facilities have poor noise insulation at night, which can disturb sleep.

Private and safe especially for car park as there is security guard. Sea view rooms are great too. Room is clean and housekeeping will replace with bedroom slippers and amenities daily.

Thought buffet breakfast is provided daily, there isn’t much variety for our three days’ stay there. Hope to see the menu improves with mashed potatoes, baked pies and kuai kuai. We stayed on the 17th floor and the room has water leakage due to the aircon. We suspect the aircon pipes may be blocked with dirt. We used a dustbin pail to contain the leakage.

Everything and the spa especially with discounts for house guests . I also live the Italian Restaurant. The food served is so yummy.

The location is great. It is close to shopping malls and Jonker Street. The hotel also provide shuttle service at 2 hours interval to and fro Jonker Street. Can check more timing details and pick up points with the concierge during check-in at hotel lobby. The parking at the hotel was also great and easy to navigate. The breakfast was great as well. With local and western food buffet selection available.

There was no overhead bridge to cross over the expressway to reach the shopping mall located at the opposite side of the road.

We were on 20th floor so even with the air con it was quiet warm. Before we went out told the reception but we were not informed whether it was fixed. Breakfast was average. The hotel is in Malaysia but staff do not know the tea called Teh or Teh Halia. Less vegetarian choices are there

The in-room iron was not functioning properly. Tissues were only available in the bathroom/toilet, with none provided in the main room area. In addition, a comb was not included among the room amenities, which was disappointing.

Breakfast, choice of foods available, and cleanliness was matching my high expectations.

The key card to room 506 was not functioning smoothly. The lock was repaired once, but the cards remained trouble shooting. On one occasion, after my meeting, I had to telephone my wife from the front desk, and ask her to come down with her card, enabling me to reach 5th floor.

The hotel should ask the council to put a set of traffic lights or zebra crossings from the hotel to the shopping centre . As that is a busy road and it’s very difficult to cross the road if you are older

We were very happy as it was a memorable first stay with our newborn. Staff has been understanding to our needs and helped us along the way while we were managing our little one . Thank you guys . It was a pleasant and amazing stay indeed.

We boekten dit hotel ( na een reis van zeven weken) om een beetje uit te rusten. Zwembad zag er goed uit…. Wat bleek geen enkele parasol beschikbaar… geen schaduwplekken. Ronduit een aanfluiting. Handdoeken bij het zwembad 20 jaar over datum. Een aanfluiting. Als je wat vroeg of zei een schamper lachje, maar geen enkele oplossing in vijf dagen, behalve dat er een oude totaal gescheurde parasol ergens vandaan kwam na 4 dagen….

Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were very friendly. Location also fine. Can use grab to go to tourist places.

Struggled a lot with food. Adjusted with grab ordering from Saravana restaurant. We choose western food. Stay was for 2 days. There is no buffet for western food. Very less options. Pizza, pasta and chicken. It’s repetition of same menu. We need to tell the time upfront for dinner. I would say don’t go with breakfast and dinner.
