接待人員親切，且服務周到，地理位置很好，不管是吃的，或是到市區主要景點！

靠近主要街道的房型，可能比較吵雜！ 如不能接受，建議選靠中庭房型

ドアマンやフロントの人がとても感じが良い。部屋も清潔で心地よく過ごせました。

設備が古くて特にバスルームがひどかった、シャワーは半分しか水が出ないが、お湯は出た。

The building is stunning and original from the Saigon era. The location is just phenomenal, you can’t wish for better.

The room was a bit tight for two people sleeping on different beds (twin room); if there were just one bed, even king size, it would be easier, but we needed twin bed arrangement, so it made it a bit more difficult

Es war mein drittes Mal hier und obwohl es ein paar Jahre ist, wurde ich sehr persönlich begrüßt. Die Räume sind schön und sauber und die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend

The street-side rooms are quite noisy, whereas the more affordable rooms at the back are much quieter—though one of ours did have a noticeable cigarette smell. Additionally, the online photos do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property.

The location was amazing and room was clean.

I got really awkwardly corned by the luggage porter in the elevator. He made some jokes about whether I understood bad words/dirty talk, then followed me into the hotel room to turn on the AC. I felt so uncomfortable with the interaction, I actually checked out a few hours later and canceled the rest of my stay there. Would not recommend coming here as a solo female traveler.

Little dates and stairs up to hotel which we weren’t aware of when booking as travelling with a pram however lift inside. Some city noise at night but to be expected.

フロントスタッフの対応がとても良かった。 海外で不安だったが非常に助かった。 またフロントでホテルから空港まで行くためのタクシーを呼んでもらったが、値段がとても安くて良かった。

朝ごはんが7時からなので、仕事の開始が早い時は食べれない時がある。

スタッフがとても親切でした。 私の顔と名前を覚えてくれて、会うたびに私の国の言葉で挨拶をしてくれました。 1人旅行で何もわからない土地でしたが、それだけでとても嬉しかったです。 それから価格も同じ地域に比べるととてもリーズナブルです。 リーズナブルだからと言ってダメなところがあるということはないです。

危険なことは何もありませんでしたが、強いていうならドアが少し頼りなく、セキュリティ面をすごく気にする人には向かないと思います。

Удобное расположение

Очень обветшалый норм. Звукоизоляция плохая. При использовании ванной на пол протекла вода не понятно откуда. Пожаловались персоналу, они не отреагировали.

Great location for main tourist sites. Breakfast preordered day before and perfectly adequate. Bottled water provided daily in room. We liked the style of furnishings - suited the property.

No soap/handwash although there was shampoo and shower gel and other items provided No tea/coffee in room although there was a kettle

Great location for the Jade Pagoda and for Book Street. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious, and aircon worked very well. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which is ordered the night before. We had the Asian cooked meal options and they were delicious, especially the pork chop.

As a small improvement we would have preferred to be offered more drinks at breakfast, even with an additional charge. The coffee was delicious and I wanted more! While they gave us many supplies in the bathroom, we would have appreciated conditioner as well as shampoo.

The location was good, very close to transport and food outlets. The room was quite large and was comfortable for a two night stsy

The room we had was at the front of the hotel and the noise from the street was very loud at night. The area across the road was a gathering spot for local workers and they prepared food and chatted loudly all night. They dod not disperse until after sunrise.

Hotel jest położony w ścisłym centrum miasta, do głównych zabytków kilka minut pieszo. Pokoje przestronne, dobrze wyposażone, nasz z widokiem z 7 piętra na miasto

Niestety nieotwieralne okna ! Z łazienki dochodził zapach z kanalizacji, nie miała żadnej wentylacji - to duży minus

The location is so central in district 1 and walking distance to everything. It's an older property but kept well, it's clean and comfortable and very good value for money! The place is easy to locate and the staff are helpful and lovely! Lots of restaurants and cafes all around. Book the bigger rooms as you get a bit more space.

Good location, clean rooms, building looks beautiful

The room's window overlooked some technical buildings, which was fine with me because I was only planning to spend the night and leave early the next morning. However, during the night, a very loud mechanical noise started making it difficult to sleep and lasted for over an hour. It was late at night, so I didn't bother to bother the staff and ended up not getting enough sleep for my early wake up.

nice friendly staff, very close to most of the tourist attractions, very big and spacious room with big fridge freezer, big wardrobe and lots of drawers to organise your clothes, smart tv so you can enjoy yourself after a long and busy day, YT, Netflix, Amazon etc ( all working )

A bit wobbly sink, and the shower curtain didn't do the job and because of this, there was a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower. Except this 2 small problems, everything else was ok

Average breakfast for the price. Shower leaked all over the floor (room 202). Staff haggled over swapping USD. Only one pillow. No tea or coffee but kettle included.

地點剛好在距離Vincom Dong Khoi跟日本街的中間，可以免費停摩托車，這兩點是我選擇的主因。

有點年代，不管內部裝潢或者房間都不是跟五年內開業的旅館可以比較，房間不是使用感應卡而是傳統的喇叭鎖！因此房內電器不受電源控制。 這次訂的是無窗房，進門後房間地板有墊高，感覺好像一個日式玄關可以拖鞋，但是空間只有開關門的範圍，所以還是避免不了穿鞋踏上房間地板才能開關門，雖然房間感覺很大，但是浴室空間小，個子再大一點的可能上廁所都很擁擠，空調跟浴室都是使用一房一個的獨立設備，空調感覺馬力偏小，電視是老款的32吋，沒有APP功能，只能看提供的網路電視(畫面不清晰)或者自備USB媒體，房內的小冰箱冷度夠。 床是兩張單人床拼在一起，床墊也是獨立的，所以中間會有接縫，床頭櫃只有一邊而且插座離床有距離，不利於想邊滑手機邊充電的人群，除非你的充電線長度超過150CM。房內檯燈只有開跟關，沒辦法調整亮度。 早餐在CHECK IN時櫃臺人員就會跟你確認要選擇西式的煎蛋(會跟房客確認煎蛋方式)+培根還是越式牛肉或雞肉河粉，也會跟你確認用餐時間，我選擇西式的還有附上一盤水果(照片沒有拍到)。

The location is very good and close to attractions.

The smell, was awful. The bad was very hard and because of location is very noisy.

ホーチミン歌劇場まで5分くらい。エアコン・冷蔵庫が問題なく使えて、wifiが問題なく速い。シャワーのお湯がすぐ出る。タオルやシャンプーのアメニティは毎日2人分供給される。受付の方で日本語を話せる方がいる。

排水溝からの臭いがあがってくるため、寝室とはドアで空間が分かれているものの、シャワー・トイレの空間は臭いが気になる方には厳しいかもです(水を流していれば臭いは消えます)

Traditional older style hotel, but well kept in the centre of district one. Spacious rooms and quiet with high ceilings. within walking distance of the main streets and Japanese town and Ba Son station. Older staff maintain the traditional glory of this established hotel.

Mức giá này hơi cao so với dịch vụ. Nên có thêm một phần ăn sáng sẽ hợp lí hơn.

Hotel un peu vieillot, les Chambres auraient besoin d’une rénovation

中心街にありベンタイン市場まで徒歩10分程度。ベッドはダブル以上の大きさ。バスタブあり。朝食はフルーツ付きでベトナム料理、洋食などメニュー豊富。フロントの女性の対応も良好。ホテル代もかなり安くコストパフォーマンスは最高。

特に悪い点が見当たらない。

This is a great spot in a location that is good walking distance to many of the sights. Even though this is HCMC, it felt like a calmer area of town than say near the walking street. My room on one of the higher floors had a sensational view of the city.

The rooms were basic and the place lacked amenities like a gym which would have been good. Otherwise this is a decent spot for a stay in the city.

Excellent location close to CBD and key attractions. Easy walking distance to inner city sights. Friendly staff, nice clean room.

We were told if towels stained (from tomatoe) again we could be charged.due to need to hand wash. No biggie - and we were not charged. Could be solved easily with change in colour of towels from white or a little presoak spray. Not worth the warning we think.

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais de toute façon tout reste accessible dès qu'on se déplace en grab, le personnel est gentil, professionnel et disponible..

Nous avions réservé deux chambres de niveau 'superieur'. Pour un niveau de confort supposé identique : Celle que nos enfants ont eu (504) était très agréable, insonorisée et avec une climatisation qui fonctionnait. Par contre dans la nôtre (801), la fenêtre de la sdb ne pouvait pas se fermer complètement (5 cm d'ouverture !), ce qui laisse passer chaleur, bruit et moustiques. En outre, la fenêtre de la chambre non plus ne se fermait pas bien..

Conveniently located View from the room very cool at night. (Pic added) staff were helpful. Room was tidy and comfortable. Had laundry done twice very good service. Breakfast was nice fruit coffee toast eggs.

No teaspoon, no knife no tea & coffee. Noise in the hallway by other guests, walls are thin surprisingly what you can hear. Saturday and Sunday nights particularly noisy from the street as they set up chairs table and eat goes well into the wee hours sometimes all night. So take ear plugs and noise cancelling headphones.

The Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the main landmarks of Saigon. In addition to that, there are heaps of restaurants nearby (from cheap street food to fancy restaurants). Some people might think that the street on which the hotel stands is dirty and therefore the hotel is in a poor location; However, after walking for a while in Saigon, you will see that the city is a weird mix of fancy modernity and old poverty. The facilities at the hotel were cleaned and well-maintained. Nonetheless, it is important to mention that the Hotel is showing some signs of age here and there. the staff was always kind and eager to help.

Every part of our stay was excellent with the added extra of a rooftop terrace to sit and enjoy the view and breeze.

Did want to open the window but it was double glazed to keep out street noise, smaller rooms at the rear did have windows to open.

Location, hotel staff and the breakfast were awesome. I really enjoyed the seasonal fruit platter served every morning.

Maybe the room is a bit small.
