The Ambience and location

Language issues. Food no variety at Breakfast. Ala Carte priced high for the quality and quantity. Waiters don't take orders properly. Very worst Housekeeping.. Loose electrical sockets, they are very stingy about toileteries and providing drinking water. Only Operations Manager was there and he took absolutely no effort in satisfying us. For the incorrect orders prov8ded at the restaurant to the bad Housekeeping, he should have at least provided us with a Complimentary lunch or Dinner. Spent about 25K for 3 people for 2 nights with us having lunch and dinner at their restaurant as we couldn't order online.

Everyone from the security guards to the front desk staff to the room service staff - everyone were helpful and hospitable, and made us feel like we belonged.

The lift was pretty slow and could be improved by adding another lift, or improving the touch controls

There is no sufficient lights. Staff are not friendly always suspicious with the visitors. There is no experienced staff in the dining area. Please put bright light in the room. let the counter staff be more friendly.

The hotel is large, we took a suite as we were there for 17 nights, so pleased we did, we felt very at home. Hotel was perfectly placed for our needs very easy to get to where we needed to be. This staff totally make this hotel, nothing is too much, to be honest we felt like part of the family during our stay, front staff, dining and cleaning, all are fantastic.

I recently stayed at Biverah Hotel and Suites and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff attitude and behavior were not suitable for a 4-star hotel as claimed. The cleanliness was subpar, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The room was tiny for the price charged, and I ended up paying more than what the booking site indicated. The room was very old with broken bits and pieces, cobwebs, and limited toiletries. The towels were yellowish and not fresh. The TV was tiny and added to the overall disappointment. This hotel is not really up to 4-star standards as they claim; it is totally misleading. It’s just an ordinary hotel with less than average quality rooms. Definitely not worth the price they are charging.

1.Toilet needs maintenance 2.Eight Floors shouldn’t be operated with on lift (It took our valuable time to travel between the floors) 3.Bar is Attached to the building which made crowd more(but it was seperate from rooms)

it's a below Benchmark hotel with a misleading "Suites " in the name.. An absolute disappointment and had to discontinue the stay .

Breakfast options less only indian options, no western options, rooms need to be clean. no late checkouts were given.

Beveraha is back to the pre-covid days, which means they have improved a lot on all fronts of customer satisfaction.

The hotel insisted on an upfront payment even though I was using this hotel for the last 6 years.

Food quality especially the lunch was good

The dining hall and lift etc is not equipped to take the full room capacity. From around 7am to 10am, there is no place to sit or walk anywhere near the dining hall. Also the lift is always busy during the same time. I took the steps from the 6th floor during this time.

Breakfast was below average stuffs, the male staffs at the breakfast were with poor manners to all customers

Cleanliness was not there, smelly rooms, adjacent room painting was going on and the smell of paint was making suffocating. In the cool bar, the refrigerator was not working. Food was average. Restaurant cleanliness was not okay.

It's comfortable and ok

The rooms were not clean and the ceiling was dirty. The table was damaged.

Nothing was good. The room given to me was a suite which was so much shabby and most of the places cant even touch due to rust or unclean place. Breakfast food was also below average. None of the dishes was tasty. Dont know how this hotel is surviving. Only positive point was there was no bed bugs or mosquitos.

Suite was good with 2 spacious rooms. Excellent for family with kids... Lunch buffet was ok ok...Room services was fast and portions were good....staff was responsive and supported well.

Some decor is outdated, but kept acceptable.

I like the room which is with a good sitting area. I booked a suit but it doesn't fit my expectations. The restaurant is superb. Food is v good. Restaurant staffs were v good and caring. The little girl was v sincere and very soft spoken. She's v innocent and very kind hearted.

The reception staff was not so welcoming. The toilet floor was wet after the shower because there was no drain out side the shower area. The extra bet was terrible.

Location is ideal.and convenient. Staff is extremely courteous and polite. They act immediately to any request.

Restaurant is a farce. Breakfast is only namesake. Dishes ate not palatable. Furniture mostly overused and need repairs or replacement. Generally cleanliness is lacking and especially in toilet ls.

Me and wife didn't like anything about their manner and about their behavior, toooo bad for a hotel and suite like this in our state.

They're not professional, They don't know about customer relationship, it's just worth 1 star rating, quality, ambience and staffs are below standard,. We regret booking there..!

The hotel was very clean. Room was very clean and safe from any other difficulties.

The breakfast was good. But there was no enough staff to clean the tables or provide proper service to the guests. Being a Keralite I am happy with that but I was really upset while my neighboring table was asking for something and your staff couldn't answer that. The items were very nice.
