location was quite central to the airport, malls and eateries. staff was helpful as well

room had a weird smell internet was non-existent/slow.

The property is not fully visible being in a turning. Room service is not so good. Replenishment of milk powder and coffee powder is done only on persistent requests on continously stay . Room cleaning is not done daily on continous stay ofvtgr guest. The area is a bit isolated even though kims health is only 700 metres away

Stay was very comfortable. Staffs were good and cooperative .

A/C switch was fitted along with light switches. That was little confusing. Also the main road work troubled my car parking.

The room was quiet, very comfortable, clean with the best shower I’ve had whilst travelling. Fabulous bar with a wide choice of drinks.

It was a little far out from the centre of Trivandrum but apart from that it was great 👍

Staff behaviour was good.

Towels were dirty. The faucet was leaking. The bathroom was flooded. Breakfast time was too late. I bikes for complimentary breakfast package and I didn't get the breakfast on time a I had to to go it and have breakfast.

No access to WiFi in any of Resturant including roof top bar does not have access to internet when request they mentioned WiFi not working

Lovely room and comfy bed. Loved the stay and the terrace bar on rooftop. Will come here again when I visit next.

Dejlige store rum og badeværelse og smukt indrettet. Meget sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Alt meget rent og ordentligt. Nemt at få en taxi eller tuk-tuk. God roomservice. Man kunne købe alkohol både i roomservice og restaurant. Den lille tagterrasse var hyggelig og stille,- skærmede for underholdningen i tagbaren. Tæt på ATM. Flere restauranter i nærheden indenfor gåafstand. Meget tæt på lufthavnen.

Meget byggelarm, da hotellet udvider. Gaden foran bliver også restaureret, hvilket også giver meget støv og larm,- og betyder at vinduerne er meget støvede og svære at se ud af. Afløbet virkede ikke godt i badet og gav oversvømmelse. Meget mangelfuld morgenmad og restauranten indbød ikke til at man spiste der. Til aftensmad manglede mange af retterne på menukortet, personalet koordinerede ikke med hinanden, og flere gange fik vi ikke, hvad vi bestilte. Køkkenets kvalitet lover heller ikke op til det de lover. AC larmede som en traktor, og vi skulle slukke den om natten, for at kunne sove.Vi undrer os over at rengøring på værelset er efter 15:30 ?? WIFI er meget ustabil og dårlig :-(

The breakfast for simple but tasty. The variety on offer was satisfactory.

The approach road to the hotel is under construction and that was a let down. The hotel itself is being expanded hence the overall external look is marred. The hotel does not have a decent sleeping dormitory and toilet for car drivers.

Very Disappointed with the Stay We’ve stayed at this hotel three times, but this visit was very disappointing. • We had to request toilet paper every time, and only half-used rolls were kept in the room. • Our key card stopped working repeatedly, and we had to go to the counter several times to fix it. • Late checkout was not allowed, and there was no special consideration despite being returning guests. • We called multiple times for luggage assistance during checkout, but no one came. My husband had a leg injury, and he had to carry the bags himself. • Payment was required immediately at check-in. We had just arrived from the airport and didn’t have local currency exchanged yet — the hotel could have allowed payment later that evening instead. Overall, very poor service and lack of hospitality this time.

В целом хороший вариант для размещения. Хорошие комнаты.

Ребята, нам ни кто не сказал что у них стройка. В 8 уже было очень шумно а так же грязно возле отеля. Когда мы выезжали, это было ночью, строители работали и так же создавали шум. Не знаю, я много раз была в Индии, но так попала в первый раз.

Treatment and adamant denials on my small requests completely spoiled my stay. Also couldn't sleep due to some major issues which was explained but very cold response

its very hard to communicate with the Staff.. they dont Even understand Hindi or English... very bad experience with the food.. everytime i ordered sometime different they repeat the same bt they deliver different ....

It was a good value for money hotel, but I suffered for 2 nights without proper running air conditioning in my room. The second room had no problems.

I chose not to remain there solely due to their aggressive squeezing of customers' finances.

We assumed breakfast was included and were a bit disappointed with the buffest offerings minimal and poor. Two days later to our surprise they informed us that breakfast was not included and would be extra. Had we known we could have had better meals elsewhere for a fraction of their prices. Food was not up to standard...
