Reviewed Aug 19, 2026駅の目の前でロケーションは抜群。朝食のバイキングは洋食、和食、大阪名物とバラエティに富み美味しかった。ロビーは綺麗で清潔感ある。荷物を預けるとき「入れ替えは必要ないですか」と外国人スタッフが声をかけてくれた。
部屋の入口からの幅が少し狭かった。

清掃３日の１度なので、バスマットも３日に１度しか交換でないのが微妙。バスタオルとフェイスタオルは1日に１度、手提げに入れてドアに引っ掛けて渡してくれるので交換可能。枕が微妙に高い

. Il bagno è vergognoso: piccolissimo. Il bagno credo sia una struttura riportata, infatti sembra essere di vetro resina, per entrare bisogna salire uno scalino,per entrare nella vasca da bagno bisogna essere agilissimi. Anche la colazione è molto scarsa. Booking ha assegnato all hotel 4 stelle, ma è un 3 stelle scarso

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026It was situated really good close to Shin-Osaka and two trainstations just around the corner which made traveling around Osaka a breeze. Also two konbini across the street.
The rooms are slightly older and the ac in our room seems to have been from a jurassic period as it just managed to keep the temperature to a resonable level and when to set to anything above medium fan speed it started squeaking really loudly. And we were there in summer with 32 degrees heat and about 86% humidity.

The location of the hotel is great, just few steps from the subway and train station (you can use the train to go to Kyoto). There are two convenience stores nearby and also a great ramen place just behind the hotel.
The bed was not so comfy for me, the mattress seemed a bit worn-out.

荷物を受け取ることにしていたが、その荷物は２階のレストランに保管されており、それをフロントの人は知らなかった（まだ届いていませんと回答）。おかげで少し受け取るまで手間取った。今後はフロントから荷物は２階と伝えるようにしてくれればありがたい。

アメニティが、歯ブラシとカミソリ位しか無かったような…

Reviewed May 30, 2026Hotel situato nelle strette vicinanze con la stazione della metropolitana, quindi a livello spostamenti il top. Per quanto riguarda la camera, come nello standard giapponese, di dimensioni abbastanza contenute ma con tutti i comfort essenziali (aria condizionata, bollitore per i vari infusi etc.), bagno con doccia /vasca, anche questo di dimensioni ridotte ,stile navi Grandi Crociere.. Nota positiva i letti, che a differenza dell'hotel di Tokyo Kameido matrimoniale a 1 piazza e 1/2 , questi avevano dimensioni nella norma quindi con una maggiore comodità. Una curiosità dell'hotel è che confina con un bar caffetteria con il quale è collegato direttamente tramite una porta automatica. Personale alla reception come sempre molto cortese e paziente
Diciamo che se il bagno fosse stato leggermente più grande, saremmo stati sicuramente più comodi ma a volte bisogna accontentarsi.

フロントの接客が悪かった。ヘアードライヤーの場所がテレビの上はいかがなものでしょうか？ せめて、お風呂場の中にコンセントがあるべきです。掃除がゆきとどいてなかったのかスリッパで一度歩いただけでスリッパの裏に髪の毛が数本ついていた。

I chose this room only for the location, two train stations within a block from the hotel, if traveling to kyoto the station is next door, and the metro station a block away connects you to all the highlights of Osaka. Breakfast was decent, hotel was comfortable.
Even thou the hotel is nice, the hallway ceilings are low, makes the place feel very small, but once you get into the room, the ceiling is much higher, just felt strange.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Hotel is fantastic given it's close location to a train station and lots of mini marts around. The room is super clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The cafe right at the property is a bonus. Breakfast was excellent!
No complaints, everything went well for my 2 night stay.

Camera doppia con bagno entrambi piccoli, ma nella media delle strutture ricettive giapponesi. Senza infamia e senza lode. Vicinissima la stazione di Minamikata (Hankyu) e la stazione metro di Nishi-Nakajima Minamigata

さすがに二人で泊まるには狭かったかも⋯女二人で荷物も多かったので(^_^;)
