Location is very nice: 5 minutes to the metro station and 10 minutes to the train station. 10-15 min to Osaka center, and 30 min to Kyoto. A calm and quiet area, where you can find food at any time of the day or night within 500 meters from the hotel. Nice and quiet room, AC and washlet.

The corners of the room, under the bed and behind the refrigerator were hardly cleaned, which is why there was a lot of dust there. For some reason, Wi-Fi only worked on my smartphone; it didn't work on my MacBook. There was no closet or shelves for clothes in my standard room.

Room is not big, but not as claustrophobic as APA Hotel. Enough space to open my suitcase. Location is A+. Really close to Shin-Osaka station, which is convenient to explore city center. Exploring Shin-Osaka station is already satisfying. The room & building are clean and comfortable.

Wifi is sometimes very slow or no signal.

Great location, close to Shin Osaka station and subway. Friendly and helpful staff. Great variety for breakfast.

Nothing to fault.

Gr8 location especially if you travel from Osaka to Kyoto and Kobe alot since it is close to shino-osaka station just bear in mind no early check in or late check out can be provided without charge i think they fixed the wifi my experience is good not bad at all everything seems good

For big hotel like this should be at least more than 2 washing machines 4 would be better

Very near the metro and JR train station

None so far

Great location. Only 6 minutes to Shin Osaka station. Friendly and helpful staff.

Only 2 washing machines.

Best location. clean room condition. nice view.

It would be better if the stool in my room was changed to a chair.

Almost everything from the pricing to the low quality of setvices.. terrible decision to book here but not anymore.. It was far better four years when I satyed in this property..

The locations is pretty near to shin Osaka station.

They don’t clean the rooms , they breakfast is very basic

Our stay is good and it’s not that far to the train station

Camera pulita e posizione comoda vicino alla stazione

Very clean and modern property, in a really convenient ad quiet location. The staff was great.

The waits of the elevator due to high amount pf guest, but nothing really serious honestly

1. Excellent location 2. Excellent breakfast 3. Very courteous staff

Nothing noteworthy to mention.

Très bien situé parfait pour visiter Osaka

We had a pleasant stay at Sarasa Hotel Shin-Osaka, with both positives and some areas that could be improved. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to Shin-Osaka Station and the metro, making it easy to travel around Osaka and visit other cities. There are also several convenience stores nearby, including 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, which was very convenient throughout our stay. We were traveling with our young son, and one of our favorite discoveries was the park located near the station. He loved spending time there, playing and watching the trains go by, which kept him entertained and happy. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and communication was easy throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the room had air conditioning, which made a big difference and kept us comfortable during our visit. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and we slept well each night. Housekeeping replaced our bed linens during cleaning and regularly refilled toiletries and soap supplies, which we appreciated. However, we did notice a significant amount of dust in the room, especially under the beds, so we felt that the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. Overall, this hotel offers a convenient location, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and helpful staff, making it a practical choice for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring Osaka and the surrounding area.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. While housekeeping replaced the bed linens and refilled toiletries, the overall cleaning was not thorough enough. There was a significant amount of dust in the room, especially under the beds, which made the room feel less clean than expected. We believe more attention should be given to deep cleaning and to areas that are not immediately visible. Improving the overall cleanliness would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Clean and staff very polite

Just a bit trouble to find a way to get there, but I m not good at indications. I asked the staff and they helped me very well telling me the correct and easy way to arrive with my big luggage at the station
