Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Good location that's about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station. There's also a Lawsons right outside of the hotel for late night snacks or withdrawing cash if you need it.
My room was facing the train station and I could hear the trains. Im a light sleeper and this wouldn't be a problem if that low level noise doesn't affect you

駐車場がないので、車での利用は避けた方が良いです。周辺の駐車場はものすごく高いです。 ホテルに勧められた駐車場は徒歩10〜15分かかります。 部屋の照明の明るさ、エアコンの温度調節はできないので不便でした。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026駅から近くで便利。朝食がおいしかったがもう少し安ければなお満足。（あの金額じゃ当然でしょう） またさすがにベッドのマットは西川のエアで寝心地が抜群。同じ系統の枕も２つで頭を高くして寝る私には とてもよかったです。
やはり設備が古い、全館空調は最悪！今年の様に天候不順で寒かったり暑かったりの日がある（宿泊６月末） ので寒がりの私には耐えられないほど寒い。原因は季節柄共用部は冷房がかかっているので部屋の空調止めても 外からの冷気が入り室温が下がる事。（部屋が換気で陰圧になるので）寒くて死ぬかと思った。また食堂も朝から 空調ガンガンで止めてほしい。また眺望に難ありの部屋がかなりある事。狭い吹き抜けの内側部屋になると窓が 無いのと変わらないですのでそれが嫌な人はリクエストした方が良いです。

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026家から持参したクレンジングで化粧がうまくとれず、ホテル１Fでいただけたので助かった。お茶やコーヒーは不要だったので部屋に備え付けではなく、１Fでチョイス式でよかった。部屋にあると捨てるわけにもいかず戻すわけにもいかず困っていたので。まくらがふかふかでなくて好きなタイプで眠りやすかった。
良くなかったわけではないが、空気清浄機を使ったものの、フィルターとか掃除されてるのかなとか今表示されている数字ってなんだろう…って気になった。使い方の簡単な書類があると安心できたかも。

Overwhelming smell of urine I'm the bathroom. Eventually the smell almost cleared up but yeah disgusting in the beginning. Staff were not too flexible about late and early check-in.

モーニング中に、新人の方に指導されている方の声が響き、とても不快に感じ、ゆっくり食事できなかった。指導するにしても時と場合を考慮して欲しい。 こちらはホテル側の責任ではありませんが、「食事中」を表記しているにも関わらず、ドリンクを取りに行っている際、外国人が勝手に私の席に座り迷惑だった。
