Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Aunque no lo parece por su descripción, el tamaño de la cama un poquito más grande era adecuado y se podía dormir cómodamente. La habitación en sí es estrecha, pero como suele suceder en muchos otros hoteles, así que estábamos bastante habituados. La ubicación, en relación con el precio, era bastante buena ya que teníamos varias tiendas 24 horas y un acceso al metro de la zona. Se encuentra a cierta distancia a pie de algunos supermercados, pero todo el camino es llano, así que no es un problema muy relevante. La atención del personal es excepcional, tanto para cuidar maletas antes como después de la salida, la facilitación de pijamas y otros aspectos de aseo personal, necesidades que pudieran surgir, etc. Encima tiene integrado un bar/restaurante que viene bastante bien si no sabes dónde comer ese día. No llegamos a probar el desayuno, pero el almuerzo estaba muy bien. Hay un espacio de fumadores también, en la primera planta específicamente. Cuenta con lavadoras, máquina de cambio de dinero, máquina de bebidas... En general, estaba bastante bien y repetiría con la cadena.
Diría que uno de los puntos negativos de la habitación es que la papelera es muy pequeña y teníamos que pedir limpieza de la habitación más pronto que de lo que necesitábamos.

Tiny room. So small we had nowhere to put bags and clothes and couldn't even pass each other in the room. Breakfast was poor. Very poor. No fruit, no cereal,limited choice of microwaved pastries and toasties. Not worth paying for breakfast in advance.

Friendly and welcoming staff who make their best effort to accommodate requests (such as a room change). Excellent low-cost breakfast program for guests in the adjacent Pronto coffee shop. Complimentary table full of sundries, bath supplies and skincare samples in the lobby. Perfectly located a two-minute walk from a multi-line subway ststion.
Rooms are very compact, with little space to walk or accommodate separate furnishings like chair or tables. But the minimal space is offset by very well-thought-out design and tasteful art on the walls.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location was close to subway station and Tokyo station. The proximity to Tokyo station made it easier to use a taxi especially since we had many luggage with us. The rooms are quite small for two people but it was manageable. Facilities are well maintained and very clean. Bed is comfy and there are both soft and hard pillows. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had our rides to the station, even waiting with us and giving instructions to the drivers, considering we did not speak the language. They also accommodated our request to find an item that one of us thought was left in the room, and possibly sent to our next destination if found.
I'm not sure if available, but I wish there is a room choice with two twin beds instead of one double bed.

Reviewed Sep 4, 20261층에서 체크인을 하고 필요한 일회용품들을 가져 갈 수 있습니다. 역에서 매우 가깝기 때문에 근처에 일정이 있는 분들이라면 이용하기 좋다고 생각됩니다. 호텔 직원분들은 매우 친절하고, 시설은 청결합니다. 온수와 냉수 모두 잘 나오며 수압도 좋습니다.
호텔가운은 프리사이즈 지만 덩치가 큰 외국인에게는 작을수 있습니다. Tv를 볼수있는 채널이 적은 부분이 조금 아쉽습니다.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026朝食はホテル併設のプロントで専用メニューをいただけます。 茅場町駅から歩いてスグなのでアクセスは抜群で、近隣に飲食店やコンビニも何店舗かありますので、なにかと便利です。 別の大手ホテルチェーンでは機械による無料のコーヒーサービスを設けていますが、ここは小袋入りのインスタントコーヒーでした。インスタントコーヒーだと、部屋でお湯を沸かさなければならないのがやや面倒ではありますが、時間の制約なく好きな時に飲めるのでよかったです。だいたい別のホテルチェーンの機械のコーヒーサービスは深夜0時でサービスが止まってしまいますからね。
シャワーカーテンから若干生乾きの匂いがしました。 窓にはカーテンではなく扉が設けられており、採光のために扉を開けると隣のビルから部屋の中が丸見えになりそうなのも気になりました。

Petit déjeuner trop insuffisant pour pouvoir tenir une matinée de visites. Pas de buffet, choix d'un seul plat minimaliste et d'une boisson (avec possibilité de se resservir une fois).

The shower pressure is excellent, great for soothing aching muscles after a 20k step day (again!)
The size of the room is a lot smaller than Western standards; get used to it and have small suitcases. It's about the size of a 2 person caravan - but obviously better because you're in Tokyo, not a caravan park.

Rooms are tight - this is not exclusive to this hotel but to overall Japan and particularly Tokyo of course. We managed to get by just fine, but it can be hard to deal with luggage

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026J’ai beaucoup aimé le calme dans les chambres. On n’entend aucun bruit! L’emplacement est fabuleux proche de plusieurs gares. Le quartier est très chic! Plusieurs supérettes sont à quelques minutes de marche Le personnel est très agréable La possibilité d’avoir à disposition des échantillons de cosmétique ainsi que des chaussons et pyjamas est très pratique!!
Je n’aime pas là moquette dans les chambres mais je pense que c’est comme ça partout

I liked everything about the hotel stay.

Ce n'est pas fabuleux, la chambre étant minuscule mais très bien agencée. Il y avait tout le nécessaire, prises USB, frigidaire, petit espace de travail.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - bardzo blisko stacji Kayabacho i blisko stacji Nichombaski. 10-15 minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego. Przyjemne płyny do mycia. Parasolki do wypożyczenia jak pada. Pralka i suszarka do prania jest przydatna przy dłuższym pobycie. W recepcji można zabrać sobie kawę, herbatę i inne przydatne drobiazgi.
Pokoje są małe - dla jednej osoby bez problemu ale dla 2 już robi się ciasno. Mało miejsca na ubrania i na biurku. Pokój z oknem z widokiem na ścianę innego budynku.

The staff weren’t as friendly as the staff at other Sotetsu locations I stayed at across Japan. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space to walk around the bed. Because of the limited space, I had to place my luggage on the bed every time I needed to open it or take something out. The room also had a slight unpleasant smell, which made the stay less comfortable.
