Breakfast is fairly small scale, but decent enough. The staff seemed confused about us arriving 30mins before breakfast ended… Also it would benefit from some shade around the pool, for the sunbeds. Locations is ok for the Spring mall, otherwise it is a grab ride away from anything

Not water purifier provided in the unit. The drinking eater from the water purifiers provided at the corridor was smelly and totally unacceptable. I think it had not been serviced for a long time.

It looks a bit run down. The whole time I was there, the WIFI was not working at all!!

It is located in front of the Spring mall. The room was spacious.

1. **Poor front desk service**: Before my arrival, the hotel messaged me to emphasize that all rooms were non-smoking. However, when I checked in at around 10:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, I was assigned a smoking room. When I requested a room change, the front desk staff told me that the hotel was fully booked and suggested that, if I wanted, they could ask the booking platform to process a refund so I could find another hotel. I found this response completely unacceptable. The booking platform still showed rooms available, so they could have offered an alternative, such as upgrading me to a different room type for the night, instead of expecting me to look for another hotel late at night. 2. **Dusty room with a strong smoke odor**: The room was dusty, and there was a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. To make matters worse, I heard a bee buzzing and struggling near the window but couldn't locate it. The following morning, I found it dead on the TV console, which raised concerns about the room's cleanliness. 3. **Poorly maintained kitchenette facilities**: Although this is a serviced apartment, the kitchenette was not well maintained. The non-stick pans and wok were badly worn and no longer usable. The kettle was dirty and rusty. The water dispenser only provided room-temperature or cold water, so I had no way to prepare hot water throughout my stay. In addition, the kitchen sink was clogged, making it inconvenient to use.

Location is good, the mall across the hotel has a good variety of stalls.

The cleanliness can be improved and the amenities within the apartment can be improved. The kettle wasnt very clean and the utensils/cooking equipment provided wasnt great. The floor was not level as well and sloped towards the top of the bed. Sounds from the corridor can be heard very clearly. Hotel states that it is a smoke free building but there is actually a level of rooms (Level 4) that has smoking rooms. Do take note that they may assign you rooms in that level even if you stated you want a smoke free room.

The room big enough for 2 of us. Very clean. I think the sofa was new. Air conditioner very cool.

No extra toilet paper.tissue only put in the toilet. No more toothbrush and soap. Face towel only 1.

The rooms were very comfortable. Very clean and friendly staff

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with breakfast. We are vegetarians. I asked the restaurant if they can make anything at all for vegetarian like fried noodles or rice but they couldn’t. So just ate bread and kuihs while others had options of noodles, porridge etc.

Goede ruime kamer (slaapkamer apart), redelijk netjes niet het meest modern. Locatie opzich goed. Tussen vliegveld en centrum. Genoeg restaurantjes en aan overkant shopping mall met ook veel restaurantjes. De buurt is niet heel inspirerend. Ontbijt simpel, redelijk Aziatisch maar okay.

Geen heel gezellig hotel met lobby of iets dergelijks.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Shower drained very slowly.

Great location, only a short Grab ride into the main centre but lots of cafes, restaurants within a few minutes walk and a big shopping mall over the road. Nice friendly staff, nice pool with beds, good gym facilities. Big rooms with comfortable beds

Carpet smell and the floor was not very clean. Housekeeping could be improved.

I just like the location

The service was so bad! We should check in started from 2 pm but only managed to get the room at 4pm. We didn't get the appartment that we have been booking via booking. com. We've been given 2 separated room instead. The 2nd room only ready at 6pm. The food for breakfast also not satisfying. We will not coming back to stay here again. sorry!

It was super peak season and maybe there’s limited cleaning staff. Our unit was not cleaned on the second day by 4 pm. In the end we only requested for change of towels and removing of waste.

The apartment is conveniently located near The Spring and Vivacity shopping malls. There is ample parking available within ST3 (the building itself), with parking charges at only RM2 per day. The Spring Mall is within walking distance and can be accessed via a partially covered bridge. The two-bedroom apartment is comfortably sized for my family of five. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large refrigerator, which is particularly useful for families who prefer to prepare and enjoy meals in the apartment. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool - it is always crowded with families.

The apartment is a little dated, but the overall condition is acceptable. There was a slight smell from the older furniture initially, but it disappeared after the air conditioning had been running for a while. The doors creak when opening and closing, which should be a minor maintenance fix. Soundproofing can be improved.

This hotel sits in a quiet place that is close to a nice mall, Spring Mall. There are restaurants nearby. There is a cozy nice Island cafe on the ground floor. Very close to the airport. Not far to the river front by taxi. You could wash your clothes in this hotel.

Wish the washroom could be upgraded.

Well equipped apartment. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Pool was good. Washer/dryers were useful. Air con good. Great little cafe nearby. Close to Kuching centre. (Cheap in a Grab- didn’t walk)

Roadworks nearby which made traffic very busy. Unable to safely walk into Kuching centre.

The facilities were OK but smelled funny. Breakfast was poor. The price was cheap but I did not stay more than one night although 5 nights were paid upfront.

Die Suite war sehr schön. Das Kingsbed war breit. Das Frühstück war okay. Gegenüber dem Haupeingang befand sich ein exquisites Café.

Die Kaffeebar an der Rezeption war nur Show. Es gab keinen Kaffee. Leider gab es auf dem Zimmer auch keine frischen Wasserflaschen. Leider gab es keine Infos zu den Touren in den Regenwald.

The bed is comfortable, the pool is big, great bathroom and the water pressure is on point. The staffs are friendly too.
