Parking was available, close to the centre. They allowed me to check in early.

No hook on the back of the bathroom door for my clothes. Cold water on the shower mixer was opposite to what I thought it was. The showerhead had little movement.

The shower drain was blocked with long hair and didn’t drain . Not pleasant to stand in.

Second room they gave us was much better than the first. Comfortable room but small.

First room they gave us was old and tired. Lights didnt work and shower was half broken, water going to ceiling. I went and spoke to reception about lights not working and he said he couldn't do anything. Then l went to use shower with the water going everywhere. My partner then went to reception in which they then upgraded room Very disappointed.

Room were dated, old and smelt. The facilities were really bad - the gym is not a suitable gym. If you stay here make sure you ask for the renovated rooms as the rest are bad.

Bed was firm and comfortable. Room was clean and air-conditioning was new.

Room was not sound insulated so every time neighboring rooms closed you can hfeel and hear the doors slam into the frames. Other occupants were noisy and rowdy. 12;30am drunks roaming the hallway pretty load and 3;30 Sunday morning shouting/fighting can be heard in the room. No provision of any spoon or fork, plates.

The location was great, right in town, easy access to Hamilton CBD. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always clean and with fresh towels daily.

Didn't like to step up to tiny ensuite and then step up again to the shower. It was cramped to move around in and slippery when wet. Not safe for older people and sharing with a family member (having to get dressed in the room, as the bathroom was too small). The door had gaps letting noise and light in from the corridor outside, didn't make me feel comfortable or safe. Breakfast was basic and overheated and dry the later you came down to eat (I came down at different times during my stay).

Couldn’t close the sliding door to the bathroom, could hear people talking and walking up and down the hallway, our view out the window was the roof of a building that was water and green slime

Location was great, hotel was nicely furnished (could do with a tv upgrade to a smart tv though) but still enjoyable without the added apps. Staff were lovely, hotel was easy to navigate and everything was within walking distance

The bed was alittle uncomfortable & hook were broken to hang up the towels. Rooms need to be up dated.

Location, resturants everywhere. Quiet and comfortable. Problem with heatpump and bathroom smell was assessed and I was relocated to a new room.

The facilities had some problems with electrics (main room light switch was temperamental and heatpump in 313 made a buzzing noise all night and in the end did not work) and toilet ( flush button difficult to use as remained stuck on in room 303 and smell from sewage in room 313 was overbearing.

Very basic rooms, with the bare minimum amenities. Strange corridors like a maze. This hotel is priced at a 4-5 star level but delivers at three star. Okay if you only need to stay one night. Breakfast was awful, very few staff around.

Love the location of this place, it's family friendly even though it's in the middle of the main street, it's comfortable and reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more. Oh and there's parking, so there is more. Fabulous.

The location is the reason I always use the Ramada in Hamilton as it is bang in the centre of the CBD and it dosent cost a lot to get an uber to the Claudlands Arena or FMG stadium 😊

Nothing other than it is so popular I couldn’t get accommodation for the rugby 🏉 union semi final Chiefs v Crusaders 🤪

Very central location and nice and clean.

Rooms were very small and run down, it was very disappointing. Could hardly stand in bathroom and a big step out of shower, very dangerous. Dreadful view out the window, they could at least have given the outside a coat of paint. Wasn't that cheap either so expected something better. As soon as I saw the sign "Old" area I knew it was going to be bad. Staff were ok, cleaner of rooms was lovely. We were there off peak Mon & Tues, and they could have given us an upgrade as they weren't busy. Wouldn't stay at a Ramada again.
