El personal fue atento, siempre atentos a nuestras solicitudes

Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, porque el lavabo del baño no habia personal que lo arreglara, y las alfombras tenían un mal olor; el tema del estacionamiento, para las salidas, hay que esperar mucho tiempo para que salga personal para que abran las plumas

El Hotel en si me pareció cómodo y limpio además de las atenciones.

No me gustó el estacionamiento es incómodo y tiene filtraciones de agua, justo fui cuando estaba lloviendo.Ademas yo por ser cliente no deberían cobrarme, lo entiendo si no te hospedas.. Ah! Y no servía una máquina para pago de estacionamiento, los familiaresque nos llevaron tuvieron que regresar a recepción a pagar. Lo peor de eso es que se ve que dicha maquina tiene bastante tiempo sin funcionar

Buen día, En mi check out he compartido la información para la emisión de la factura. Ya pasaron dos semanas, sigue sin factura. La atención al cliente es horrible, casi no responden y la única ve que me respondieron me dijeron que yo me tengo que encargar. 0 estrellas de mi parte.

La ubicación es buenísima, la alberca es deliciosa la estar climatizada y el personal es muy amable

Íbamos a ir a un evento en poliforum, y ese día estaba cerrado el anexo del hotel

Salía sólo agua muy caliente de la regadera. Nunca la pudimos mediar. Casi imposible bañarse

Reserve por error en la fecha equivocada, la fecha Que la app me dio por default, fue un descuido, intente cancelarlo inmediatamente despues y fue imposible, me rechazaron la peticion de cancelarla sin costo y cargaron el total de la reserva, en una ocasion me paso lo mismo en otro hotel de la cadena marriot peeero de USA y me apoyaron sin problema, no tuve Que pagar, en fin, los errores salen caros en Courtyard by Marriot Poliforum Leon, no me la vuelven a hacer

Pasillos sucios con polvo Alberca con agua fria, se pidio al personal prender la bomba, caso omiso Area de alberca sucia, llena de charolas de comida de otros huespedes Limitantes para solicitar bebidas y alimentos, forzadamente prepararon 2 piñas coladas, en opciones de comida unicamente club sandwich, hamburguesa y tacos Cobro de estacionamiento por separado

Right at a big convention center, pretty good basic shopping nearby. Also near the big university with an excellent history/culture museum. Easy to Uber in and out of. Restaurant/bar was pretty good.

Not a historic district, a lot of traffic and arteries, not a pedestrian-friendly part of town.

Que es muy silencioso, en los cuartos realmente se siente la privacidad, además de que es muy cómodo, el restaurante tiene buena variedad de alimentos, la atención a nuestra llegada temprana fue de lo mejor

En la zona de regadera hace falta una puerta para qurnrl agua no salpique el piso exterior al bañarse

Equipe amigável, sempre disponível para ajudar. Localização excelente, próximo ao pavilhão de feiras e eventos. Cama e travesseiros muito bons.

Chuveiro e torneiras deveriam ter manutenção, pois a pressão e esguicho de água não são bons.

Que no respetaron la reservación reserve dos habitaciones cada una con dos camas una cama grande y una mediana, y no respetaron la reservación me dieron las dos habitaciones con una sola cama mediana, y dijeron que Booking así lo había reservado, por lo cual no creo volver a reservar por este medio ni ha volver a este hotel

La ubicación inmejorable, no tuve oportunidad de confirmar otros servicios como la alberca o el gimnasio, los alimentos excelentes, la limpieza y el aire acondicionado muy bien. El personal excelente y muy amable.

La regadera con gran presión y la puerta de acceso al area solo tiene cubierta la mitad aunque tratamos de evitar saliera humedad fuera del area de regadera costo trabajo, no tienen estacionamiento y el que hay, se tiene que cubrir cuota adicional aunque no es muy costoso creo no debería cobrar, no tienenen preparados tours a la ciudad, considero deberian tenerlos disponibles solicitamos uno y tardaron en darnos información hubo dilación con los trasportes disponibles el personal que nos atendió quedo apenado por no dar solucion favorable.

Chuveiro e torneira entupidos, banheiro fica todo molhado, não parece bem limpo.

La ubicacion ya que asisto con cierta frecuencia a congresos en el poliforum.

Considero que el costo de la habitación es alto en comparación con los hoteles de alrededor y no es posible que en toda la estancia de 5 noches solo tenga derecho a una botella de agua en ese periodo costando 40 pesos cada botella. Habitualmente te dan dos botellas por noche en la mayoría de los hoteles. El costo de los alimentos en el restaurante es alto para la calidad de los mismos.

La regadera del baño tira demasiada agua y dado que no hay puerta en la regadera, el agua inunda todo el baño

lo mejor es la ubicación si vas a poliforum leon, las habitaciones son de muy buen tamaño y muy comodas, te dejan descansar, las habitciones logran una oscuridad total para dormir bien, buenas regaderas

bastante tiempo para realizar el check inn algo molesto, sus alimenots dejan muchisimo que desear tome 3 desayunos y 1 room service y no puedo decir q alguno me haya gustado, para el costo del hotel esta pesimo que no tengan room service 24 horas, despues de las 10 no tiene forma de encontrar ni bebidas ni alimentos

Good hotel, good rest, nice rooms and well located. The breakfast is bad, the service in the dining room is bad. I ordered Mexican eggs and they arrived late and cold. There was no full dining room, so you cannot expect to have a good meal there. Other than this, the hotel is good

There’s no menu for room service i’ll go to restaurant to see the menu… The food wasn’t good at all. Also the cleaning room was poorly so 2/5 stars. Anyways was very clean and quiet. *** the bed was so uncomfortable

11 August 2025 Greetings I wanted to take time out and write you this e-mail of my recent stay at your hotel 8/6/2025 thru 8/10/ 2025 for 4 nights. My wife, grand son and I were traveling through Mexico visiting family and this would be our 2nd time staying at your hotel in Leon. Upon our arrival the staff working that early evening were super amazing. Our check in was smooth and quick. We stayed in room 119 1st floor. During our time there we encountered 2 very amazing associates. First one was or housekeeper Lupita. She remembered my wife from our first stay. Lupita’s infectious welcoming smile was very appreciative during our stay. Every day that we encountered Lupita she would make sure that we were well taken care of and always asked if there was anything we needed just ask her. She kept our room cleaned and well maintained. Our 2nd associate we would like to identify was Javier. The breakfast buffet server. Javier was truly amazing and his ability to take care of everyone at the buffet was inspirational. Javier went over the menu for the buffet and let us know if there was anything we needed, don’t hesitate to ask. The buffet was great. The food was perfect. The hotel itself is located close to pretty much everything we needed. The hotel has an added bonus with access to a laundry room which came in handy after 7 days in country. Lupita and Javier were truly instrumental in how they made that associate guest emotional connection. Lupita and Javier are the epitome of what great customer service is and should be. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated by us Please let you manager as well as Lupita and Javier, that we greatly appreciate their persistence in taking care of us. I am sure their diligence is a direct reflection of his superiors. As a military veteran I have traveled around the world and I have met some wonderful people who have made a lasting impression. Lupita and Javier are truly the embodiment of great customer service. Please let them know that their hard work and true dedication was admired. I appreciate your time Warm Regards D. Flores

The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, coffeemaker, water, WiFi,...). It was also comparably quiet and one could sleep well at night. Breakfast offered a little bit of everything, though all warm options included meat when I was there, even the scrambled eggs, but you can order eggs to your liking freshly made as well as waffles or pancakes. There were two juice varieties, filter coffee and tea. Fresh fruit was also available. There were no non-dairy options for milk in my coffee, but that's ok, I went to the Starbucks next door for that. The pool was on the smaller side but refreshing and also offered some relaxation despite the big road the hotel was situated at (you can't really hear it from the pool which is pretty secluded with some palm trees and deck chairs. Across the road is a big supermarket in case you need snacks/drinks or some souvenirs. There was no problem getting an Uber to/from the hotel.

We had booked rooms including breakfast but they still tried to tell us we had to pay on the first day. They then checked again and turned out, we were right. (You still have to sign a piece of paper/bill every morning), so check again with your booking. We had dinner on one evening in the hotel's restaurant with a group of about 8 people. There was maybe one or two other guests. Still they seemed a bit overwhelmed by our orders as it took really a long time and several of our dishes arrived cold. The taste was also a bit bland, but idk maybe they did this on purpose thinking we couldn't handle spice(s). Also, be aware that there's a service charge of 15% automatically added to your bill and they still ask you for a tip. In general, there are not that many restaurants around, so you might want to uber to the town centre.

Terrible customer service

The hitel was very clean and comfortable. There was an oxxo, starbucks and a taco vendor within 6 munutes walking distance. The parking was safe and always available.

We made a reservation for a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed, we received a room with a single bed, staff said they didn’t have any more rooms, even when made the reservation 1 month before, additional to that we had to pay extra $40 dlls for an extra foldable bed, PER NIGHT, we had to pay for parking too, we paid around another $30 dlls for all the stay, pool was out of service, we had to tell the housekeeping lady to clean our room everyday because at 16:00 of the day the room wasn’t cleaned yet, the hotel it’s just old, seems like the don’t care to upgrade or remodel nothing, rooms even have the old televisions, the ambiance and decoration makes you feel like you’re in a downtown hotel from the 2000’s, to be a “Courtyard Marriot” all these things leave you a bad taste, for the price we paid and the experience we had, I could assure you we would never be back in this hotel nor recommend it to anyone, you could easily get a waaay better hotel near that area for half the price,

Automatically cancelled our fully paid up family room even though we informed the hotel our flights had been delayed 20hours in Orlando. When we arrived at 1am we had to wait until 3am for a room as the system said none were available we had to pay for an additional night and then be refunded to allow the system to recheck us in. 2 children were left in the hotel foyer with luggage while we tried to get a room. We paid for 6 nights and stayed for 5 nights there was no refund. Breakfast first morning was great, good service, good food. 2nd morning terrible as the hotel was full we waited 30mins to get some service. In the end we went downstairs to Starbucks, great service, great food and half the price. Cleaning staff great job.
