ازعاج المترو تحت الارض يهز العماره هز اضافة الى ازعاج الشارع للغرفتين المطلة عليه لان شقتنا في الدور الاول ايضاً تحتاج صيانة للمغاسل لتصريف المياه الدخول لها مزعج بارقام سرية والخروج منها الساعه 11 صباحاً بدري جداً

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect place for our group of eight women. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were very responsive whenever we needed assistance. They handled every issue quickly and professionally, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

The second bathroom was quite small, especially the shower.

위치는 완벽해요. 각종 투어 출발지와 가깝고 마트,관광지 다 가까워요 맛집도 가깝습니다! 넓어요 5인가족 쓰기에!

일단 예민하신 분 비추입니다. 층간소음 장난없고 지하철 지나갈때마다 집이 울려요 ㅋㅋ 그리고 화장실이 줄눈에 곰팡이인지 검은게 있고 그리 깨끗한 느낌은 아닙니다…샤워부스 사이에 누런 물때도 있어요. 청소는 4일동안 안해주고 수건도 안바꿔줍니다 :)

The location, the size of the apartment was really good. It was really handy having a washing machine with washing tablets provided. They had thought of everything.

It's very clean apartment.. three rooms and two bathrooms and rest area.. we loved staying 5 nights with no problems .. we definitely will come back again..

Location

Apartments are not fully serviced, there is a fee and even when we requested cleaning it could not be accomadated. Only 1 decent sized shower, the second shower is in a bath tub and is very cramped. You can only check in after 4pm. After booking is paid for then you are requested to enter details of each guest, including passport numbers, street address, email addresses and upload photo IDs which is a long tedious process before you are granted access to apartment. Online pictures are a poor repeesentation of actual apartment. No closet space for clothing in rooms, incredibly cramped.

A nice spacious apartment and was perfectly located for us. They also very kindly have lockers that one can use to store luggage before checking in or after checking out

Posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi da Casa Batlò, La Pedreira e la Rambla. Eravamo in 6, con ragazzi e bambini dai 15 ai 9 anni e siamo riusciti a spostarci prevalentemente a piedi. L'appartamento era ampio e pulito e i letti molto comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato il kit per lavastoviglie e lavatrice/asciugatrice. Nonostante fossimo al primo piano, l'appartamento era abbastanza silenzioso e la notte siamo riusciti a dormire indisturbati.

La struttura dovrebbe fornire informazioni dettagliate sulla separazione dei rifiuti (dove buttare cosa), dato che l'ospite, prima di lasciare l'appartamento, deve provvedere a portarli differenziati nelle apposite isole che sono a pochi metri dalla struttura.

The building where the apartment was located is in a very convenient spot, within walking distance of most attractions as well as metro, train, and bus stops. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is great that they have luggage lockers in case you arrive before check-in time. The staff at the entrance were very polite—they spoke English, provided directions, and even ordered a taxi for us early in the morning.

Locarie excelenta, mai bine nu se poate. Iar view-ul de pe terasa catre Sagrada Familia este superb. Metrou aproape, insa foarte multe obiective sunt la distanta de mers pe jos. Magazine, cafenele, restaurante, efectiv totul este la indemana.

Apartamentul la interior este micut si usor intortocheat, insa pt noi a functionat. Exista un dormitor matrimonial cu baie proprie si inca un dormitor micut cu 2 paturi twin, cu acces la o alta baie, pe hol. Acest al doilea dormitor nici nu are view, deci pt 2 cupluri poate fi usor problematic. Compenseaza din plin cu terasa imensa, view-ul si locatia.

Lo stile dell'appartamento, molto pulito, dotato di ottimi servizi e posizione ottima e strategica

Al momento della prenotazione veniva mostrata per l'appartamento scelto una foto con il terrazzo, motivo per il quale abbiamo deciso di prenotare, savo poi scoprire, al momento di entrare a casa, che la stessa era al secondo piano e con un piccolo balcone. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla struttura, si sono scusati, ma non ci hanno cambiato l'appartamento

The apartment was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great for getting around. within walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to see.

We enjoyed the comfort, security, aesthetics and location. Everything worked fine. Loved the view from the 6th floor and enjoyed opening the big beautiful windows to enjoy some fresh air. We loved that you were able to have them hold all your luggage till check in since we got there extra early. Great communication, very responsive. Would stay again if ever in Barcelona!

The micro elevator wasn’t a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. It would have been nice to have had some more utensils, especially knives since we cut up quite a bit of fruit.

Location, first floor, keyless entry, spacious, comfy beds, well stocked.

Could hear/feel the subway; could sometimes hear the outside; could hear upstairs neighbours (who decided to party one night for hours).

Nothing really - mirrors in the bedroom would have been useful! And a corkscrew but plenty of screwtop wine in the supermarket next door!

Every thing was good

This is the place you’d like to stay for you vacation. It’s close to most interesting places within walking distance and train station. And it has an apartment manager at the first floor who answers your questions right away. It’s clean and spacious with all the things you need for the kitchen and laundry. If you are traveling with 5/6 people, you can have your own bathroom most of the time; 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms- it’s just so convenient! We were very happy with our stay!

I liked pretty much everything. A set of hot pads or oven mitts for the kitchen would be a nice addition. But we managed without.

Apartment was clean and roomy for our party of 6. 3 bathrooms were a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed. Local amenities and good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Having to pay extra for a change of towels if we required them, as I feel we paid enough for our stay in the accommodation. One gentleman in reception was very pleasant. The other one sat on his phone and totally ignored us as we entered and left the building.

ubicación es excelente a una cuadra de paseo de gracia con muchas opciones de comida y cerca de muchos lugares turísticos, la limpieza esta muy bien y la cocina esta totalmente equipada.

que tuve que ir por las llaves a dos cuadras, la recepción no esta en el edificio donde esta el apartamento, tuve que dejar a mi familia con el equipaje en la entrada del edificio para ir por las llaves, otra cosa es que las fotos que aparecen no coinciden con el apartamento , si en cuanto al numero de recamaras pero no son las fotos del apartamento donde yo me aloje, y el agua caliente se acaba si se bañan muchas personas, y tienes que esperar o bañarse a diferentes horas.

Het terras Bij de booking dachten we een foto te hebben gezien van een groot terras geschikt voor 6 mensen maar dat was dus niet het geval an dan hadden we een goedkoper appartement zonder mini terras kunnen nemen

位置很好，坐机场线方便，很多景点步行可达，附近很多早餐店，还有超市。员工彬彬有礼，会主动开门，大部分时候前台都有人，可以存行李。

确实会有地铁的问题，即使我们住在四楼，地铁经过时还是感受明显。不过不怎么影响睡眠，躺在床上只会有一种被摇晕了的感觉。提前说过我们睡眠不好，不知道是否这个原因，给我们安排了安静的房间。感恩。另外用水有限制，对于多人住宿来说有少许不便。

The apartment is bright, spacious, great fit for 6 people :) the bedrooms and dinning area separated nicely, there were 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, so perfect fit for bigger group or family! Location is great, walking distance to key sightseeing places, near metro and shops/caffès. Beds were very comfortable, all key amenities present (shampoo, towels, shower gel, dishes, iron, etc) :) entrance to building and flat is with code or app, so it was nice thing and no need to share any keys or cards :)

There are sounds of metro (like vibration) and from other apartments above, but it did not cause any problems for us.

De ligging is ideaal. Direct in het centrum, met de metro, trein en bus om de hoek. Maar ook lopend kun je prima veel bereiken. Het appartement is groot, fijne en prettige ruimtes, wel veel deuren.

De resonantie en het geluid van de metro of de trein die blijkbaar onder het complex ligt. Elke vijf minuten klonk het alsof er een onweersbui naderde. Wanneer de metro of trein er onderdoor reed voelde je ook trillingen. Dit is tussen 05.00 uur en 00.00 uur het geval. Daarnaast is de keerzijde van de centrale ligging (wat ideaal is), ook dat er druk verkeer is met de bijbehorende geluidsoverlast. Auto, bussen, motoren, af en toe een sirene en vergeet het getoeter niet. Ramen of deuren gesloten houden. Dit appartement is niet geschikt voor rust zoekers dan wel lichte/slechte slapers.
