방이 깨끗하지 않았아요. 먼지가 많은 느낌아닌 느낌. 3성급정도 조식인데, 한국사람 입맛에 맛는 음식은 없는듯. 먹을 만 했던 것은 계란, 빵, 요거트, 과일 정도.. 그렇게 싼 호텔은 아닌데 실망스러웠어요.

The staff were exceptional: very cordial and helpful. The location was excellent. Breakfast arrangements were very good. All good value for money.

Incredible service from the general manager and staff were always helpful. Helped organise transfers and further accomodation going above and beyond, truely improving our overall holiday being able to be comfortable as well as offering laundry service as we were attending functions. Great location and plenty to do and see via walking or free shuttle services. Thank you again

Restaurant quality could be improved with meals, however staff always very helpful.

It was way expensive for the service they provided. 1. Shower was leaking and no one fixed it. 2. Bad breakfast. 3. A\C won't won't work. 4. Mismanaged everywhere even in kitchen non-veg, utensils were used to take veg item by hotel staffs. 5. Very bad service overall.

Worst Experience of my life. They are rating Five Star of their hotel but the facilites are zero. Breakfast is not upto the mark, they are not even providing Whishky Glasses in the room, Icecubes and other things, they are blackmailing to the Guest in the name of room service, No Hotel Management are liable to take responsibilites, Swim Customes are very costly. Spa is very very bad, Suna was not in working condition.

My Favorite Stay in Nepal: Hotel Landmark, Pokhara! Staying at Hotel Landmark in Pokhara was truly the highlight of my time in Nepal. Everything about this hotel was exceptional — the rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the lakeside area. What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my travel needs. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Hotel Landmark made me feel at home, and I can’t thank them enough for making my trip so special. If you’re visiting Pokhara, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return!

The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to get around and explore the area. Unfortunately, that was the main highlight of the stay. While the surroundings were convenient, the hotel itself didn’t leave much of a positive impression. The amenities and overall service felt underwhelming, with nothing particularly standing out beyond its location. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful, which I genuinely appreciated during the stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, which was disappointing.

They don't have a minibar or a fridge in the room where they are mentioning online that they are a five star hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 7 person. Front office staff of the hotel was very unfriendly and uncooperative because we only asked for a 30-minute late check-out time and they didn't even allow it. Instead, someone warned us that we would have to pay for the late delay.

I stayed in Landmark Pokhara for two days in June and the experience was amazing. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. Special thanks to Ms. Rozeena for fulfilling all our requests and making our stay a memorable one.

Centrally located Lakeside. Good security, felt safe. Off the street. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Staff are all warm, welcoming, eager to help in any way.

This property is conveniently located near the main area in Pokhara. The staff was polite, and the rooms are very spacious.

The property lacks sufficient facilities in the room, which has left me confused about whether it belongs to the category of 5-star or 4-star services, as it feels more like a 3-star experience.

It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel.

The Facilities provided by the Hotel, No Good Internet, TV Services were also not good, Lot of time for complaint solving. N Hot water in the Bathroom.

Liked the location which was very much into the happening area of Pukhara. Swimming Pool, Breakfast were healthy.

Staffs at reception found non cooperative! It's may be for the rush as the Dashain festival was on. But I was very much upset when I didn't get their help even to top up my cell phone! Every time I asked for sight tour or taxi options they passed it to travel desk manager who was never available!

Though we just stayed for a night , Hotel exceeded our expectation , Value for Money . Limited Options for Breakfast, but you cannot expect more in place like Pokhara .

At the Breakfast hall , staff were not ready to extent themselves for Asian customers.

We really liked staying at the Landmark. Good price, service and good. Clean and good location.

The property was old but it was comfortable

The front desk girl morning shift was not competent enough to treat their guest and the boy from the late night to early morning shift was very lazy. I have been to many hotels around Nepal but this is the first time someone said something that doesnt make sense upon checking out.

Hospitality was good and staff were well behaved. Only drawback was the breakfast was cold and staff insufficient to look after all the guests adequately. Location and hospitality great but has inadequate staffing for the restaurant.

Room is clean and spacious, hotel staffs are friendly, how ever restaurant service is terrible. Breakfast is filled with Indian food (for a second I was confused if I am in hotel in Nepal or south india,) with not much option for people who do not like spicy from morning. Funny part is when asked for regular coffee (americano), manager said there is no coffee available to purchase in entire pokhara so no Coffee.

This hotel has an old part and new part. I’ve stayed four times and love the old part. Yes it’s a walk-up but has better lake views. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. The staff are multilingual and professional and eager to pleAse. The new wing is very nice with upgraded amenities. Breakfast was included and the price is good. Location excellent. Really made our stay in Pokhara. We left bags here while we were trekking. Will be happy to return there and I recommend

Nice little hotel in a really great location. Rooms were clean and functional if a little dated. the building itself is really beautiful though and much more charming than many of the hotels in this part of Pokhara. Breakfast wasn't amazing but on-par with most other places I've stayed in the area. Service was great - really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms we had on the 5th floor were great and had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Landmark Pokhara. Specially I was touched by their hospitality and service. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is right in the middle of Pokhara lakeside tourist area. Loved the lake and mountain view from my balcony. Definitely would like to stay on my next trip to Pokhara.

We loved it so much we booked another night! Helpful staff went out if their way to help. They booked a bus for us to our next destination. Lovely people

Hotel is in great location and good enough. However there was no hot water, wifi signal was weak, and view of lake was a bit of an exaggeration. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall an ok hotel but there are better ones in Pokhara for the same value.

Friendliest staff amd lots of space

The hotel was awesome with very friendly staff and very co-operative operation manager. I had a great time staying in the hotel. The main quality of the staff is their hospitality giving it an edge to the other hotels there.

Great hotel with good services. We had a room in the back building and somehow the smell of sewage was overwhelming... It would've been a very good stay (and rating from us) if it wasn't for that smell which was there all the time.

We have stayed for a short duration in Landmark hotel. The location is excellent and the management is very friendly and helpful. They have guided us to the best attractions through the most trustworthy associates. We were very pleased with our stay. I would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Pokhara.

A good hotel choice, in the context of Pokhara, due to its good location, relatively comfortable rooms and lobby with wifi (not good but no worse than anywhere else in Pokhara) and reasonably good restaurant for breakfast and other meals (room service available, reasonably priced and fairly prompt). Hotel staff told us that the hotel advertises and targets primarily guests from Asia and, secondarily, Europe. Accordingly we were the only Americans there during our 4 day stay. Room on 5th floor yielded great views of Annapurnas when they were "out" but note hotel has no elevator.
