I like everything about the hotel: the clean, spacious room; the delicious Nepali food; the beautiful garden; the rain at night; and the very nice and helpful staff.

Wifi te zwak, geen live tv-zenders alleen apps en die waren ook allemaal betaalde apps (hierdoor kon ik geen WK kijken helaas), geen lift maar enkel trap, ontbijt was te karig en voornamelijk gericht op Indiaase toeristen (alleen maar warme gerechten), locatie te ver van de stad, de bedden te hard en zaten los waardoor ze bij de kleinste beweging bewogen.

Beautiful hotel, somewhat ouside the center, but free transport is provided. Very helpful tourist desk providing all information and services to realize local sightseeing

Himalayan Skyscape Experience The flight offered spectacular views of the Himalayan range, including snow-capped peaks, along with stunning aerial views of Pokhara's lakes and landscapes. The hotel travel desk handled all arrangements efficiently.The travel desk staff, Ms Ganga was professional, responsive, and ensured a seamless experience from booking to completion.

Location was perfect and not that far from the Airport or the Lake. Bonus was shuttle service to the central lake and the Arti place was exceptional. The service of the shuttle was frequent and FREE till late at night. Though no one came to pick us up at the Airport and had to Pay Taxi Nepali rupees 1200.00 It would have been nice if some one came to pick us up. The management should seriously think of this ! Breakfast was superb and had variety. Plus the waiting staff at the restaurant and Bar were very accommodating. The concierge guy / Shuttle booking was jus exceptional( very hospitable ) Reception Staff very accommodating. They did not have change but one guy gave me change from his own pocket. I think if you want relax and use the lake side , you can not go wrong. Plus the staff hospitality and humbleness was exceptional. I did not use the pool but was good for children. I would definitely book the place again.

The room we requested when we did the booking ( which was a few weeks before check in ) was not given. They could have easily reserved for us days before we came. Room on 2nd fl. facing the mountains. Plus The pick up at Airport would have been appreciated , instead of looking for a Taxi. One lady on reception could not accept a twice folded new UK sterling note hence I had to go to Lake side to exchange foreign currency

Situé non loin de side lake, l'hôtel met a disposition une navette pour vous emmener et vous récupérer, ainsi cela vous libère l'esprit et vous n'avez plus qu'à profiter. Je remercie tout particulièrement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel qui s'est montrée attentive, serviable et toujours très gentille, ce qui a rendu mon expérience inoubliable.

Mon séjour était trop court, j'aurais aimé y rester beaucoup plus longtemps. Il n'y a rien à redire tout était parfait.

The hotel was very nice and specially the breakfast was very nice.

The staff treated us like royalty. A big shout out to Nancy, Parvati, Susmika, Ganga and all the other wonderful staff whose names I do not remember. We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay, and we got a room with a jaw-dropping view of the Himalayas both times. Not all rooms have the view of the Himalayas, but you can go to the roof for an uninterrupted view of some stunning peaks. Excellent breakfast with lots of options for vegetarians. There is a nice coffee shop inside the hotel and a few shops to buy souvenirs. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Pokhara center all day. We booked our trekking tour and city tour from the travel desk inside the hotel. A big shout out to Kirti for an exceptional trekking tour to Mardi Himal!

The hotel is close to the old airport of Pokhara, and has only two floors. There are no elevators, but the bell desk staff deliver your suitcase to your room, so it is not a big problem.

Excellent spacious hotel, exceptional staff, very good breakfast buffet and regular menu. Travel desk person was especially helpful in arranging tours & flights, guides & drivers. Ayush was an enjoyable guide who took us around all 3 days.

Fees of 1500 Nepali rupees to use steam or sauna for an hour is way too much. Jacuzzi out of service as well.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights, and we had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities for relaxing stay. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and eager to help, which truly made our stay memorable. The dining experience was great, too.

A particular housekeeper was a problem. She would get inside the room (after ensuring) that we were nor inside under the pretext of cleaning and start cleaning even if cash and jewelry were laid out everywhere!

Excellent servoce

The reception and welcome team were excellent and made us feel very welcome with great hospitality! The Asst F&B manager Mr Purshottham went out of his way to help us with dining options and even helped us connect with his contact in Kathmandu to help its with our delayed baggage challenges. Highly commendable!

THE CHEF VICKY WAS AN AMAZING PERSON. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO CATER AN AMAZING CHRISTMAS DINNER. HE WAS SO PLEASANT AND PERSONALLY ATTENDED TO US. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY VISITING POKARA TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. STAFF ARE EXTREMELY PLEASANT.

It says only 5 star hotel in Pokhara but limited hot water shower and lack of other facilities like jacuzzi and all. It doesn’t meet the standard of a 5 star hotel. Staffs were polite & friendly though.

Worse 5 star hotel

The staff were extremely welcoming, polite and very helpful. The food was delicious. The overall atmosphere was amazing.

There were sporadic electricity blackouts (lasting a few minutes) a few times per day. My last night, there was no hot water in the shower.

Hotel room was very stuffy, no hot water, service was very poor. Only one lady was serving bar and food. Room keys didn't work. Staff do not understand hospitality and are not trained.

Good size hotel in the area. Claim to be the only 5 star hotel in town. The amenities however don't reflect the same. No lockers in room, breakfast menu is very basic and does not cater for international travellers. Different internet networks in different parts of the hotel, and they keep disconnecting every now and then. My room had AC not working. Got changed to a bigger room, which was so smelly as if it was not in use for years. You can feel broken floor tiles under the carpets. Staff is great, however. They try to help you as much as they can, but the hotel owners need to invest in improving some of the basic facilities.

The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of a busy town. The service was great and the grounds were lovely. There is a lot of construction going on outside of the compound at this time so not a very walkable area but for a restful stay this was a lovely hotel.

Not really a 5 star hotel, albeit not the worse in Pokhara. Great view on the Annapurna. Comfort is decent, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is basic.

The Pokhara Grande was a pocket of luxury in Nepal. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was lovely with mountain and garden views, food was nice. A Nepali massage was really good. Alas they were not geared up to do the pedicure they advertised but graciously did not charge for this. Would recommend this hotel
