معاملة الموظفين كلهم في الرسبشن في الدخول والخروج كأنو سيئين وعمال الهاوس كيبنق ماينظفون والمكيف كان لايعمل وباب الحمام كان لايقفل مكسور مع العلم ان قمنا بترقية الغرفه ودفعنا مبلغ زياده للحصول على مستوى عالي في النهاية الفندق مخيب للامال

فيه اصوات وازعاج لايوجد عوازل للصوت والفندق فيه عمال يشتغلون فالاصوات مزعجة ولايوجد قنوات تلفزيونيه للافلام ولا حتى قدم لنا مشروب ترحيبي وهو فندق 5 نجوم ولا حتى فاكهه

1-The rooms very old 2-Staff did not give us the rooms same the picture in booking.com website 3-Hotel maximum 3 stars not worth the money we paid. 4-Noise last day construction going on the next rooms. 5-late check in 6-Water in the bathroom weak and the drainage system is old and not working properly. 7- breakfast is poor. I will not book again and i don’t recommend it at all

Very disappointing experience. The bathroom is very old and needs renovation, and almost everything in the room is outdated. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was hot. The water had a salty taste, which was very unpleasant. The room was not comfortable, and the overall condition of the hotel was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this hotel.

De kindvriendelijk heid. De kids clubs zijn goed gekoeld, dagelijks leuke activiteiten. De kinder glijbanen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Grote badkamer. De zwembaden zijn echt fijn. Grote zwembaden. Genoeg ligbedden. De locatie is top. 711, laundry, night market, de pier, massages alles is oo loopafstand.

Perfect hotel for family. Kids pool with few slides was great. Breakfast was also decent. The beach was across the hotel so extremely convenient as well. Lots of local halal food available right outside the hotel (2 min walk).

We had a wonderful and memorable stay, and we would like to sincerely thank to some of the hotel team for making our family feel so welcome. Its it our 3rd time here, and stayed for 20 days always… our old favorite staff at the reception not there anymore, at our comeback we may have difficulties talking to some receptionist cause bit rude to us but ofc not all so I would like to thanks to the receptionists, JJ and Nathan , especially JJ for always being friendly, and helpful to me, she is a gem!!! And let us also do late check out since our flight at night. Thank you also to the security team and bell boy for always greeting us warmly and being ready to assist as always!! A big thank you to the chefs , Ani, Sandip and May for your hospitality. We love their greetings every breakfast! And a very special thank you to the Kids Club receptionists and staff for taking such good care of our children. Especially Memee!!! She is s charm! Every year we came at the hotel she is always attentive to my kids. And thy love her. Also Mr Raschit…and Em, Their kindness, patience, and warm treatment made our kids so happy and made our stay even more special as a family. It’s truly the people who make a stay memorable, and this wonderful team made our vacation one we will always remember. Thank you for the beautiful memories. We hope to see you all again! ❤️

The hotel is right in front of the beach and bext to a main street with shops and restorants , the staf were vere nice and helpful . Good rooms , some are more for famalies with yong kids .

In our kids roon the in only a cyrtain as the door to the kids shower room.

Kidsclub vond ik persoonlijk er wat verouderd uitzien, zelfde geldt voor de kamer waarin we verbleven.

The resort is modern and has all of the facilities that you would expect in a family style resort.

Nothing to dislike here.

Lovely pool. Good breakfast and the location excellent. Although at the far end one from the beach - but closer to restaurants and laundrette.

Location was great, very central to everything.

Staff. The staff were very unaccommodating. Checking in we noticed a bed hadn’t been organised for our child. Notifying reception, they dumped a pillow and blanket in our room for us to set up ourselves. We asked for some sugar to make a coffee and the response was no sorry and walking off. Check out was terrible with not enough staff, we stood there waiting to check out for 30 minutes with staff going out of their way to avoid eye contact.

המלון ממוקם ממש דקות הליכה מהשוק לילה, אך המיקום שקט ונעים, הבריכה וחדר הילדים מתוחזקים כראוי והילדים נהנו שם מאוד. קיבלנו חדר גדול עם מרפסת עצומה. הצוות במלון שירותי ונעים. סייעו לנו בכל בקשה או שאלה.

אין חוף רחצה מסודר צמוד למלון, חשוב לקחת את זה בחשבון. הלובי/חדר האוכל והחדרים מעט מרוחקים אחד מהשני והמסדרונות בבניין פתוחים וללא מיזוג, בילינו במלון במשך שבוע והדרך הלוך חזור היתה מלווה או בחום בלתי נסבל או בגשם 🫤 האוכל במלון מגוון אבל חוזר על עצמו מידי יום. בחדר שלנו ספציפית המנעול לא עבד אך היה בריח. בלילה האחרון ירדו גשמים עזים ובאיזשהו שלב דלפו מים מאחת מדלתות המרפסת לחדר.

Good location

The swimming pool lights should be kept on at night even if the pool is closed, to show the beauty of the resort otherwise it’s so dark, I noticed rarely the staff are smiling, I don’t know what they went through but usually people are smiling specially when dealing with kids but not in this place, however still good place to stay in

La limpieza de las mesas del desayuno dejaba bastante que desear. Tampoco había muchas opciones europeas (jamón york, queso, bollitos…) Está céntrico en la zona de Ao nang, bastante animada por la tarde noche, pero a 40 min en taxi de Krabi y el aeropuerto.

The location of this resort is excellent, within walking distance to the Ao Nang night markets and restaurants. Although the beach across the road isn’t ideal for swimming due to the tides, this wasn’t an issue as the resort has two large pools to cool down in, plus a separate children’s pool with three slides. The resort also features beautiful lush gardens, a koi fishpond, friendly staff, clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. The gym was also a good size with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was good; however, I found the gluten-free options quite limited, with only eggs, yoghurt, salad, and fruit available during my stay. There were no gluten-free pastries, bread, cereals, or bacon available. The coffee was excellent both at breakfast and in the room. We experienced an issue with our room on the first night, but reception staff were very accommodating and moved us to another interconnecting room for the remainder of our stay. We visited at the beginning of low season, so the resort was quieter, which we really enjoyed. We booked our day tours both through the resort tour desk and the same company located just outside the resort. Both offered good prices and we had no issues at all. There were also many money exchange outlets within 200 metres of the resort. A special mention to Bah at the Island Bar, who made fantastic cocktails every day and always provided friendly service with a smile. Great Happy Hour prices too! I would definitely recommend this resort for young families.

We stayed as three adults in an interconnecting family room. While the room itself was great, the second bedroom bathroom was clearly designed more for young children, with the sink and mirrors positioned at child height — ideal for kids, but less practical for adults. One thing to note is that there are no indoor air-conditioned dining areas. The breakfast area is open-air on the first floor overlooking the beach. Only the salads, fruit, juices, and yoghurt were kept in a cooled room.

The pool was great for the kids, and the breakfast was really nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with our 2-year-old daughter and booked a Deluxe Partial Sea View room. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several areas. Upon check-in, the staff member escorted us to our room. We took the lift to level 3, then had to continue walking until we reached a staircase. At that point, we were informed that our floor did not have lift access and that we would need to carry our pram up and down the stairs for the duration of our stay. Both my husband and I were very disappointed, especially as the hotel was aware we were travelling with a young child. Families with children should be given rooms with proper accessibility. In addition, our request for a crib bed had also been forgotten. We returned to reception immediately to request a room change. Staff agreed to move us, but only the following day. Back in the room, we noticed several issues. The toilet was dirty, the room smelled damp, and the smell appeared to be coming from the air conditioning. The room also felt old and outdated. Considering we paid extra for a Deluxe room, we did not feel the room met the expected standard. We waited to see if the damp smell from the air conditioning would go away, but it did not. I started coughing as I am quite sensitive to allergies. Around 1am, my husband went to reception again to express our concerns. A staff member came to inspect the room but did not ask us any questions and instead attempted to spray something into the air conditioning unit. I stopped him because my daughter also has allergies, and I did not want chemicals being sprayed into the room while we were sleeping there. At around 1:30am, we carried our sleeping daughter downstairs and spoke to reception again. Thankfully, the receptionist on duty was understanding and helpful. He showed us another room. Although the new room was smaller and felt like a downgrade in terms of size, it was much cleaner, newer, and did not have the damp smell.

Loved all the pools, the activities & everything for the kids

Een fijn restaurant, comfortabele kamers met een goede badkamer. Ook het balkon was prettig en de zeer ruime zwembaden.

Het bedienend personeel en aan de receptie waren niet zo vriendelijk als onze eerdere ervaringen in Thailand. De mannen van de beveiliging en het ontvangst waren wel erg vriendelijk. 35 minuten gewacht op een zalm salade.

The location was fantastic, the longboats across the street were great value booking direct. Daily restock of minibar was great for a drink in your room.

The daily cleaning of the rooms and balcony could have been better.

המלון לא יותר מסבבה, אבל הוא כנראה הכי סביר שיש באזור. המיקום ממש 2 דק׳ מהשוק והוא גם בדיוק מול ״תחנת סירות״ לונג טייל שמסיעות אותך לכל מקום. באופן כללי - ממליץ להגיע לקראבי רק אם אתם נוסעים לריילי ביץ׳ או עושים טיולים באיים. קחו בחשבון שהמלונות לא יהיו השיא של הטיול שלכם. החדרים הפשוטים יותר עם הגישה לבריכה - מעולים עבור משפחות וילדים קטנים כי הם באזור של הילדים ולנו זה היה מעולה.

ריח של ביוב בחדרים ובחלק מהמסדרונות. החדרים ״מריחים״ נקי, אבל לא מרגישים ככה. חדרים פשוטים ולא מפנקים - אז לא לפתח ציפיות.

Les piscines sont très belles et grandes, surtout avec un enfant. Le jardin de l'hôtel et très beau aussi Les chambre sont assez jolie

Le personnel ne fait absolument pas d'effort pour comprendre d'autres langues. Nous sommes français, nous faisons un effort de parler en anglais et de montrer des traductions avec notre téléphone, mais limite ils s'énervent... pas très accueillant. Notre chambre se trouver a 4 ème étage vers les dernières chambre et l'ascenseur était au bout du deuxième bâtiment. Pas d'espace fumeur hors mis l'extérieur ( jardin) mais pas de cendrier

L’emplacement est idéal le complexe est grand parfait pour un séjour en famille

J'ai aimé que l espace extérieur toboggan piscine mais cest beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos

Il n y a pas de plage directement lié a l'hôtel là photo mise sur booking est trompeuse il y a une route a traversé et quand la marée le permet on peut se baigner .les équipements sont trop anciens ainsi que la déco des chambres nous sommes partis une nuit avant la fin de notre réservation.

הבריכה נחמדה

לקחנו שני חדרי שינה מחוברים. בחדר הילדים- וילון בין חדר השינה לשירותים/מקלחת. ריהוט ישן,ריח לא נעים בחדר, מאוד מוזנח. שעתיים אחרי הצ׳ק אין הגענו לקבלה וביקשנו לעזוב למחרת בבוקר ולקבל זיכוי, אישרו לנו לאחר שיחה עם מנהל.

la habitacion de los niños estaba completamente adaptada a sus necesidades, con un baño y ducha completamente accesibles a ellos y con decoracion hermosa que las hizo disfrutar mucho mas. ademas, teniamos salida directamente desde la habitacion a la piscina de los niños, por lo tanto nos dio mucha seguridad y comodidad al poder vigilarlas desde la comodidad de nuestra propia terraza

al llegar me dieron la habitacion equivocada, haciendome entrar a una habitacion que estaba ocupada por alguien mas... deberian tener mucho mas cuidado con esto, ya que es una vulneracion a la privacidad y a la seguridad.

Garden was nice

Staff not friendly like you expected in thailand, rooms are not very comfortable, location is little off, crowd is weird, and prices are rip off, we stayed for half the price in a mich nicer place the night before, pool bar is old, drinks are overpriced.

This is a good 3 star sold as 5 star. We booked for 6 nights, we left after 2.

The breakfast was good, the hotel's location is excellent - just a few minutes walk from the landmark night market. The pool is good and clean and there are slides for the kids. The staff was very kind and always willing to help.

We stayed in the relatively new area of ​​the hotel but still felt like everything was old. The water flow in the shower was not good and it sprayed in all directions, the water drainage was not good and all the sanitary ware like the taps were rusty and old. There were a few times when the electricity in the room went out and finally they changed us to a room where the electricity and drainage were fine but everything else was still rusty and old.

Too far out of town. Very noisy between floors. Felt like the upstairs room were moving furniture all night. Couldn’t sleep well at all!

Hôtel avec un super emplacement face à la mer et au début de la grande rue principale avec tous les restaurants et magasins ! Grande piscine et magnifiques jardins ! Le personnel au top vraiment très gentil !

כמעט בכל תאילנד בכל המלונות נתקלתי בריח חזק של עובש בחדרים , סגרנו חדר משפחה ובעקבות ריח נורא העבירו אותנו לסוויטה קומה שלישית עם בריכה שם לא היה ריח של עובש אך לצערי הרבה מדרגות ומקשה מאד מבחינת ילדים . מעבר לזה הצוות היה מקסים הכל היה נהדר 🤍

الموقع مميز وقريب من السوق الليلي والمسبح العائلي ممتاز منطقة الافطار جميله والاطلاله بسيطه وصباحيه

الاثاث في الغرف متهالكه حجزنا غرف عائليه لكن عند وصولنا اخبرونا انها غير متوفره واعطونا غرفة على مسبح للبالغين اضطررنا لتغيير الغرفه ثاني ليلة السعر مرتفع جدا جدا مقابل المكان والخدمات والافطار خرب كرسي الحمام واضطروا لاصلاحه ونحن موجودين بالغرفه تعطل مفتاح الباب واضطروا لتغييره اكثر من 3 ساعات ونحن بالغرفه ولم يتم تعويضنا بشيء!!

The facilities are nice, but the staff seem overly concerned about controlling every small item. We had to sign for towels, sign for balls, and almost everything else. It felt a bit excessive and unnecessary. Guests come to enjoy the facilities, not to take them home. A bit more trust in guests would make the experience much more pleasant.
