Restaurant food was terrible. We ate at the restaurant next to the main lobby for dinner one night and breakfast one morning. For dinner, I ordered Nasi Goreng (Bali’s favorite dish), and it comes with two grilled prawns. The prawns were cold, the sauce on them had no flavor. I only ate one prawn. I also ordered duck spring rolls as an appetizer and the oil they are fried in must not be hot enough because the fry oil was still oozing out of the rolls. Oil everywhere. For the breakfast visit, I ordered an omelette made to order at the buffet. I asked for medium to well done eggs. The inside of the omelette was pretty runny and I ended up with salmonella poisoning later that day which was our day to travel home on three flights totaling 24 hours on planes. It was a horrible trip home.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Amazing food options and the most welcoming people!

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and extremely well maintained, with stunning surroundings and a really relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious and halal. The facilities were fantastic, and there was always something to enjoy whether we wanted to relax or explore. What really stood out was the attention to detail and how genuinely helpful the staff were. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, which made a huge difference. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay and one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, excellent service and a truly relaxing experience. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

We had an incredible time at Samabe Bali! From the excellent room and grounds to the kind staff, we felt we were home away from home. We hope to return one day to relive the magical moments!

I know this isn't Samabe's fault, but the sand was very rocky and harsh on the feet.

Our overall experience at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas was beautiful and far beyond our expectations. The property is stunning, the rooms and villas are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff are truly outstanding—professional, elegant, friendly, and always willing to help. The hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay, and overall, we had a wonderful experience.

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved: • Dining utensils: The villas do not provide basic plates, spoons, or other eating utensils for guests who would like to have food inside the villa. We were informed that these items are available for an additional charge of IDR 150,000, which I found disappointing for a resort of this standard. • Toilet brush: A toilet brush was not provided, even after we specifically requested one for cleaning purposes. This is a small but important basic amenity that should be readily available. • Breakfast: The breakfast selection is very diverse and impressive, with many international options. However, considering the number of guests from the Gulf region, it would be a wonderful addition to offer some Saudi/Arabic breakfast options, particularly Saudi coffee and dates, as well as a few familiar Arabic dishes.

The staff were all delightful. The grounds and gardens and view over the ocean from the pool were truly beautiful. The suites are very large and have incredible views. Breakfast is abundant and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxed.

The monkeys can be a bit of a pain and you can't leave your verandah door open or they will come in and steal your food. This meant I had to rely on the air conditioning when I really wanted the fresh ocean breeze. They do, however, have a dedicated monkey chaser on hand :) I was travelling with my elderly parents and the walk from the suites is quite steep. There is a buggy service that is fantastic though, but maybe something to keep in mind. All minor things that did not take away from such a lovely place and people!

Einfach alles perfekt. Service sehr freundlich. Top ist auch der E-Butler über Whatsapp 24/7 erreichbar. Ich empfehle unbedingt das all inklusive zu buchen, es lohnt sich allein schon für die ganzen Aktivitäten die wir in den 4 Tagen gemacht haben. Und auch das Essen im Hotel ist Top. Die Lage ist deutlich ruhiger als andere Hotels und die beste Wahl für Honeymoon. Danke an das gesamte Team.

Samabe is an amazing resort with amazing people. Extremely friendly, very fast, very on top of things and they literally go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The buggy in the resort is very convenient. Food is very good. We had great breakfast every day with fantastic service. Located at the beachfront, there are various activities that can be done such as para gliding, sailing etc. I would highly recommend Samabe to anyone visiting Nusa Dua!

The resort was over all of our expectations in every way. The most amazing experience was the kindness and the helpfulnes of the staff. The rooms are huge and comfortable with a beautiful view to the ocean. The beach was clean and had all of the services needed. The pool was also very lovely, and they always added something extra to our day like complimentary cocktail, massage, fruits. We would go back anytime!

Everything about our stay at Samabe Suites & Villas was simply amazing. The Ocean Front Suite was stunning, and falling asleep every night to the sound of the ocean was hands down one of the best experiences we've ever had. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely human in their approach — you could feel real care behind every interaction. Housekeeping was exemplary, the amenities were excellent, and the food was outstanding across the board (especially the Cave dinner - the best experience so far). Honestly, there wasn't a single detail that fell short.

This is what we call a 5 star resort. This resort was beyond exceptional. Everything was great, even the smallest details. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice with great view and really clean. Value for money.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Our only recommendation would be that the food at the restaurants good be improved.

Perched on the edge of a cliff giving beautiful views of the ocean. The gardens were immaculate as was the cleanliness of the whole property. The staff are just beautiful people. So friendly, helpful and attentive. 10/10

В общем и целом, это прекрасный отель. Само по себе место замечательное-холм и небольшой участок джунглей, вид из номера потрясающий, отличный пляж с естественной тенью или с зонтиками. С едой тоже всё в порядке-из всего, что удалось попробовать, в основном все было вкусно и красиво, только одно блюдо было откровенно не очень. Персонал супер доброжелательный и услужливый, пешком не дают пройти и пару десятков метров, норовят подвезти на багги. Очень спокойное место

С одной стороны, инфраструктура достойная, много персонала. Но несколько моментов заслуживают большего внимания-чистота пляжа. Понятно, что мусор в море-это общая проблема ЮВА и в одном отдельно взятом отеле ее не решить, но просто убирать его с купальной зоны вполне реально. За 3 дня пребывания видела только однажды, как персонал нехотя что-то там убирает. В остальное время пластик, осколки стекла и прочее валялось там где прибило волной. Во время пребывания в отеле проходило свадебное торжество, что само по себе прекрасно. Но и репетиционные мероприятия музыкальной группы как бы немного нарушали расслабляющую атмосферу… и ладно с ним с фейерверком, зрелищно, немного громко, но тоже можно пережить. Но почему нельзя убрать остатки от этого мероприятия? Весь следующий день на пляже валялись останки петард и прочее… Еще одним неприятным моментом стала встреча с обезьяной в кабане, которая была заказана на целый день. Во врем обеда я почувствовала что кто-то прыгнул на стол… ну кто бы это мог быть, конечно, обезьяна! Схватила снеки, арбуз, еле отогнали ее. Я понимаю, что это часть природы, которая окружает отель, но вопрос безопасности не решен-а если бы обезьяна не ограничилась едой и решила бы напасть на меня? Во всяком случае, свои прекрасные зубы показывала и шипела… было очень страшно. В качестве персонала были девушки, которые попытались прогнать обезьяну, ну и кое-как справились. Наверное, момент безопасности в таких случаях должен быть более продуман.

While the property itself is beautiful , my 3-night stay was marred by multiple issues that I did not expect from a resort of this caliber. Hygiene concern: During breakfast, I was shocked to see a staff member handling the fruit plate with bare hands — no gloves, no utensils. This is a basic food safety standard. Ready-to-eat foods such as fresh fruit should never be touched with bare hands, as it poses a serious risk of contamination. For a luxury resort, this is simply unacceptable. ​ Late checkout not accommodated: Despite requesting a late checkout, the hotel showed no flexibility or willingness to accommodate it, which felt dismissive — especially given the premium price paid for this stay. Beach access — escalator out of order: The beach is only accessible via an escalator, which is already an inconvenient setup. To make matters worse, the escalator was out of order for maintenance during my entire 3-day stay. This made getting to and from the beach a frustrating experience, particularly in the heat. No beach atmosphere or service: Once at the beach, there was virtually no animation, no activities, and no attentive service. It felt neglected and far below what you would expect from a luxury beachfront resort. No drinks offered, — just an empty, underwhelming experience. Overall, Samabe did not deliver on the luxury promise. Between the hygiene concerns at breakfast, the refusal to offer late checkout, the broken escalator blocking beach access, and the lack of any beach service or entertainment, I left feeling deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this property at this price point.

This was one of the nicest and most exotic resorts that we’ve ever had a chance to visit. It overlooked the Indian Ocean and the private beach was beautiful. Our room was huge with a very lovely shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous! The restaurant was good.

В отеле небольшая, но чудесно оборудованная пляжная зона. Из-за рифа образуется я небольшая лагуна, воды было достаточно и в отлив и в прилив для купания. На пляж идет лифт, удобно. Чудесные завтраки, персонал старался обеспечить нам максимальный комфорт

Best service and staff were attentive to your needs. Ebutler was really efficient and fast. They made you feel really special. Room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Spacious Balcony with a stunning ocean view which was the BEST. Private Beach access was just a short walk from our rooms.

Maybe Suite rooms need to be refresh in the near future. Rooms is a bit dated. Breakfast need to have more local dish and delicacy. Hotel need to have a small bakery or a cake shop. TV channel quality need to be improve.

Tout est absolument exceptionnel dans ce resort ! Le prix est élevé, mais le niveau des prestations dans tous les domaines est très au delà de ce qu'on peut voir ailleurs et même imaginer.
