One Niseko Resort Towers

部屋も広くて、9階だったので、ロケーションもよく開放感抜群でした。上層階、角部屋のリクエストにも、対応して頂き、ありがとうございました♪朝食も、洋食、和食のセットメニューでしたが、ボリューム満点で健康的なメニューで美味し買ったです。お風呂も温泉♨️でなかなかいい泉質でした。

ベランダに、小鳥の死骸がありました。リビングのソファーが座り心地悪いです。

We stayed in the summer season, so restaurant hours were more limited I think, but the staff here were wonderful. Their onsen was a trip highlight; we went every day. Their breakfast buffet is very elaborate and delicious.

We would have appreciated more evening dinner options at the hotel- if you don't reserve the restaurant, the cafe closes pretty early.

スタッフさんとシャトルバスのドライバーさんがとても親切で、私達の要望にも快く対応してくださり、本当に有り難かったです。ホテルの外にヤギさんがいてとても可愛くて癒されました。温泉の泉質はよく、あつめのお湯で疲れが取れます。水風呂は無いので冬場の利用が最適だと感じました。自然に囲まれていて星空や部屋からの景色は最高でした。車ではありませんでしたが徒歩でも簡単な散策ができました。近くの山もハイキングができそうでした。近辺のおすすめをドライバーさんがたくさん教えてくれてありがたかったです！

カーペットやソファのシミ、部屋の網戸に穴があったのと備え付けのIHが使えなかったのが気になりました。代わりにポータブル式のものが用意されていました。部屋はもう少し清掃がされていると快適に感じられると思いました。電話をかけた時に繋がらないことが2.3回あったので少し不安になりました。スキーシーズンでは無いためかスタッフさんがやや少ないのかなと感じましたが、それでも最善を尽くしてくれました。露天風呂には蜘蛛がたくさんいて蜘蛛恐怖症の人にとっては快適では無いだろうと思います。4つ星ホテルなのでより気になってしまいました。

お部屋も広く、朝食も美味しく、温泉も良かった。 外にはヤギさんがいてお得感があった。

仕方ない事ですが、お部屋の絨毯やソファの汚れがどうしても気になってしまった。 朝食の飲み物がドリンクバーではないものが充実してればなお良かった。100%オレンジジュースなど。

朝食がおいしかったし毎日メニューも変わっていたので、楽しめました。 部屋が期待通りとても広かった。 温泉の泉質もよく露天風呂を楽しめました。

部屋の清掃が行き届いていない。 ソファの下から前の宿泊客のトランプや汚れた靴下が出てきた。 カーペット敷なので埃っぽい。綿埃も出てきた。 温泉の脱衣所が狭い、ドライヤーが少ない。

部屋が広くて快適だった。 朝食美味しかった。

The veranda was too dirty to use. There was no cutting board in the kitchen. The staff gave a wrong room’s key.

朝ごはんがおいしかったです

4歳と5歳の子供が添い寝無料になっており、布団や朝ごはんがついていなかった。（これはbooking側の不備） まず、布団のことをフロントへ伝えると「添い寝になっているので、シングル２つで大人2人、子供3人で寝てください」と。普通に考えて狭くて無理ですと伝えてると感じは悪かったですが追加で布団を敷いてくれました。布団を敷にきてくれた男性スタッフに予約確認票には朝ごはんも全員込みとなっているし、布団も込みである事を伝えると「予約サイトの事なな「みんなそうだけど追加料金を払っている」「

ニセコにしては安いほうだと思う。

部屋にバルコニーがあるのが良いなと思い宿泊したが、虫が入るから使用禁止になっていてガッカリしました。 わかっていたら別の宿にしていたかもしれないくらいです。 露天風呂エリアででかいクモの巣が3カ所くらいあったのは気になりました。

温泉の前の段差が見えづらく躓きそうになりました。

空間很大，還有廚房跟廚具餐具可以使用，整體乾淨，雖然不是很新的飯店但住起來舒服，浴場空間也很不錯，整體很喜歡。

視野不錯，滿眼翠綠，房間空間大又明亮，有小廚房（可惜沒有調味料），一樓有洗烘衣設備，備有停車場，適合家庭旅遊

連住兩晚，原訂早餐為5份日式，有提早前一晚跟櫃檯更改其中兩位為西式，但最後送餐仍是5份日式

Personeel zeer behulpzaam en aardig. Heerlijke onsen en zeer ruime kamer alles was geweldig.

和洋室の部屋に宿泊しました。 とても広く子連れでも伸び伸び過ごせました。 また冷蔵庫も大きくキッチン用具があったのも良かったです！ 温泉も良かったです！

和室に布団2組と案内がありましたが 敷布団がペラペラで床に寝ているような寝心地で残念でした。 またカバーがついておらず、汚れがかなり目立っていて不快感がありました。 フロントに電話で確認し、カバーはつけることができました。

The property is very good , nice deco and design , room are big , bed comfortable , large freezer , full of kitchen wear , room facing nice view , our family have a wonderful stay at the hotel . Staff are friendly and very kind , they allow us check in earlier with foc . Hotel Onsen was nice too , they open 24 hours and just stop operate in between to clean the onsen . Breakfast is adequate too . We wish to come again!

Maybe the breakfast can upgrade a little bit more for more varieties especially for the vegetarian option .

息子が一歳になり家族で初めての旅行で利用させて頂きました。 こども用のアメニティや転落防止のベッドの柵、食器等揃っており無料で貸し出ししてくれるのでとても助かりました。 朝食もおいしかったです。

客室は少し古さを感じます。和室の障子が少し破けていたりソファにしみがついていたり…

시설이 낡은 느낌이 있다만 온천,객실 내부는 노던리조트 이상. 가격대비 말도안되는 가성비이고 조식도 매우 만족함. 리뷰에 위생 문제가 있다는 평이 많았지만 매우 청결했음 직원분들도 매우 친절했음

호텔 셔틀이 있지만 자차가 없다면 매우 비추천

We loved our stay at One Niseko. It was my husband, two sons age 10 and 12 and myself. Our room was plenty big and stocked with you need to cook and clean. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We didn't eat at the main restaurant as we spent most dinners eating on the Mt. The downstairs cafe was great and daily ice creams were a must. We had breakfast on our last day, and it was wonderful as well. The Osen was all of our favorites. The tradeoff was a very quiet resort as opposed to the busier areas. The resort itself is a bit older, and it shows, but once again that wasn't huge deal to us. When you arrive you can small the Osen. If that is something new to you it may be a thing, but we welcomed it after a long day on the Mt. Overall, we loved our stay and the helpful staff. We will stay again next year!

The only negative was the distance to restaurants and groceries. We knew this when we booked but didn't think it would be a big deal until we ran out of milk and could only get to a store with a taxi ride and an hour to kill. They do offer a daily run to 7-11 to get groceries but we were always on the Mt during this time.

The food was not very good The place had a terrible smell The front desk was not very helpful Nobody seemed to interested in making the staff easy unlike the 5 other places I stayed in Japan

I have stayed at this place more than 10 years ago. The facilities are still the same, but I do miss the old small convenience store as it had more goods to buy, the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

I found that the quality of the food has gone down compared to when I came. The food was a bit too oily to my liking. Nonetheless, the margarita pizza was good.

The room was large

The room had stains on the couches and carpet. The corridors and reception smelt. Food wasn’t great at all.

Monipuolinen aamiainen. Neljän hengen huone oli tilava ja siisti. Hyvät tilat lasketteluvarusteiden säilytykseen. Kaksi onsenia vuoroilloin. Toisessa sauna ja kylmäallas mukavana lisänä.

Illallisessa oli toivomisen varaa. Ski roomissa hyvien tilojen vastapuolena liian vähän lukollisia kaappeja.

Getting to Annapuri and back is easy enough but is further away from the main towns than I realized. Would be a great destination while you are skiing Moiwa resort. Onsen facilities and the ski locker room were amazing. Bedrooms were clean and functional, with great views of the mountains and trees. Staff was over the top amazing and accommodating, the breakfast was phenomenal!

Access to town is hard because it is further away, so taxi is necessary to get to and from Grand Hirafu for dinners etc. but the property did have a restaurant as well as the neighboring property which were both worth checking out.

Great stay at One Niseko Resort Towers for our ski trip. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious comfortable room, great breakfast. Little gem in Niseko. Was hard to leave
