突然の宿泊となりましたが、よく対応してくれました。

スタッフが足りないのか、呼び出してもなかなか来ない事がありました。

溫泉質好，挑高的泡湯區顯得奢華。別有一番氛圍。

周邊沒什麼吃的，較不方便。

高齢の両親にプレゼントし、私と娘と三世代でお世話になりました。両親はとても喜んでくれて過ごす事が出来ました。

お部屋が広くて快適でした。 お風呂もとても良く、朝ご飯が地元の食材豊富で 美味しかったです。

外観が修繕工事中で少し残念でした。

露天風呂だけ良かったです。

布団で寝ましたが、薄っぺらいマットレスで最悪な寝心地。昭和時代かーって感じ。お風呂は、内風呂は熱くて入れません。朝食も、メニュー少なくて料金の割にはコスパ悪いです。函館のビジネスホテルより、少しいいくらいなレベルです。今まで色々ホテルに宿泊しましたが、ワーストクラスです。

The onsen is great, especially the outdoor onsen with the forest view., The breakfast is good.

The room smells bad. The futon bed is too thin (but it was ok when I used 2 of them on top of each other). There is no place to hang the habd towel next to the sink (?!)

Everything was perfect. The food was great. Our room was nice and quiet. We LOVED the 19:30 -20:30 "Music in the Mori" piano and violin performance in the lobby! And, we are very grateful for the kind support we received by the young man from Nepal at the front desk who was ever so patient in helping us set our car Japanese car navigation system to our next destination. Thank you so much!

Fantastic location, friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, fantastic onsen and great restaurant - both buffet and set menu. 12 of us are cycling around Hokaiddo and they made it so much easy for us Couldn't recommend highly enough

部屋が広くて静かでした。レストランから白樺の森が美しく見えていた。お風呂も広くて良い温泉でした。食事も美味しかった。

Beautiful place, perfect ski location, great facilities

Quality was very very low compare to price we paid. Not clean at all..and especially quality of food both moring and dinner..it just like ready to eat food from supermarket..very horrible to stay there. Make me feel very bad to niseko!!! I promise not to come to this hotel again or even to niseko. It sell only the name Niseko but very bad quality. Even booking.com should get rid of this hotel from list!!!!

夕食が最高です。今回2度目の宿泊でしたが朝食は少し種類が少な目な感じがしました。 食事が良いので宿泊先に選んでいます

翌朝の浴場の利用時間、8時半までは少し感じました。翌朝利用できなかったのが残念です。 それと部屋は清潔感あります。ただトイレの扉鍵が壊れていたのが残念。

Dinners were terrible

We loved the outdoor bath, the half view of the surrounding trees is stunning and so peaceful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of varieties to choose from, and the restaurant itself is lovely. It was so nice to enjoy a meal while looking out at the outside surrounded in snow. A great place to stay!

Nothing that I do not like.

The onsen is wonderful, and the food at the restaurant too. Very nice stay.

性价比很高了，虽然不能滑进滑出，临近的雪场和安努普里不互通，雪道少了些，但是很适合来初次体验或者亲子的，或者练技术的，因为人真的很少，雪道很宽

อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยม มีตัวเลือกหลากหลาย ห้องพักดี สะอาด ห้องออนเซ็นก็กว้างขวางดี ไม่แออัด ที่จอดรถฟรี และมีช่องจอดพอเพียง ตำแหน่งโรงแรมแม้จะไม่ได้อยู่ใจกลางเมืองแต่ก็ได้ความสงบและไม่วุ่นวาย ใกล้ลานสกี annupuri ขับรถแค่ 10 นาทีก็ถึงลานสกีแล้ว

ไม่มี ในความเห็นของผมคือทุกอย่างดีหมด เป็นไปตามที่คาดหวัง

Прекрасный отель всего в 700 метров от подъемника. Хорошая еда по очень умеренной цене. Шведский стол - 30 долларов. Огромные номера - впервые такое на горнолыжном курорте!

Lidt afsidesliggende ift. skiområderne. Ikke så meget plads til bagage på værelset. Virkede lidt slidt nogle steder.

The bigger Onsen is enjoyable. Breakfast buffet is decent, a lot local choices. There are music performances scheduled in the night on certain days.

The male and female Onsen is swapped between a bigger one and a smaller one in the alternate day, the smaller one looks more like public bath and it's too cold inside

It was clean and very nice staff, both front desk and dining room. It is 10 minutes from the ski area by hotel shuttle, very convenient, you don’t need a car.

The onsen area could be improved as it is a bit old

The hotel is sooo good with their foods, facilities, onsen, everything. Very much enjoyable.

Very accommodating and incredibly kind we had to be to CTS airport at 9am and we went to the hotel at 6:45am to find a taxis and they woke some wonderful soul up and he drove us 2 hours to the airport no question if he didn’t do that we would have missed our flight and been out $300 10/10 staff 10/10 property 1000% recommend if you are looking for a chill and quiet place to relax

Everything was great but be prepared to go to bed by 8:30-9 on weekdays maybe 10 on weekends

Hotel provides free shuttles to and from the Annupuri ski resort along with bus access to the JR Niseko station. The staff were very kind and helped me when I had lost my phone on the slopes. Breakfasts have a good selection and are buffet style.

Despite the no smoking policies, the room had a lingering cigarette smell that seemed ingrained into the room. Combined with my sensitive nose I did not have a great experience in my room, although I had only used it for sleeping.

무엇보다 맛있는 조식과 대온천장이 제일 마음에 들었습니다 직원들도 친절했고 주차장도 여유있었습니다 또한 스키렌탈센터가 붙어있어서 무척 편리했습니다

시설이 조금 노후되어서 어느 날은 엘리베이터가 작동을 하지 않았습니다 우리 모두 계단으로 걸어다녀야 했습니다 대온천장이 저희가 가장 좋아했던 시설인데 조금 낡았다는 느낌이 들었습니다

I liked the staff, little shop, dining area, onsen, facility to hire ski equipment and shuttle bus to the slopes. It was a very traditional Japanese experience for us.

The location was a bit isolated and there wasn’t much close to the hotel. I would prefer to stay somewhere closer to shops etc next time.

静かなニセコの森の中という感じで落ち着いていて、ゆとりがあって素晴らしかったです。 ロビーでの演奏も素敵でしたし、ラウンジも自由な感じで、飲み物やアイスが無料なのもありがたかった。 食事も朝食、夕食とも美味しくいただきました。 初めての旅行となった子どもにも優しくしていただきました。

温泉も気持ちよかったんですが、更衣室から洗い場と移動するところがちょっと寒かったです

朝食バイキング、最高でした！お部屋も広かったし、座椅子もありがたかったです。

お風呂の温度が熱めで、あまり長くは入れませんでした。

料理が特に美味しかった、晩御飯を食べたあとにラウンジでのピアノ演奏は素敵でゆっくり家族と過ごせました

温泉に入れるのは貴重！ ビュッフェがあるのは朝食も夕食も良かった。

ビュッフェのバリエーションがあまりお肉などがなく連泊だと飽きてしまった。

Toilet and bath is kinda old

Great property, large comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, excellent onsen and everything you need to hit the slopes (transport & hire).

The only thing to note is the walls are paper thin, so can be noisy. But this wouldn’t stop me returning.

It is not worth for our money. They don’t clean the room every day. For triple room the extra bed is a tatami which is not comfortable at all, the mattress is very thin. Good breakfast.., free parking

The tatami mattress is bad.
