The reception was great and the staff was awesome during my check-in thanks to the prompt and speedy service. I will definitely be back for my next visit to JB.

Can you imagine that you go into a room without telephone to call front desk ? Would this be hotel service and the staff at front desk claiming that she just started work and doesn’t know ??? At 2 am I am still waiting for telephone to go into a room and they refused to change room for connecting when I used to book with Shaun ( the owner ) and was painless . The air conditioning was so noisy that I could not even sleep .

Booked the family room for 2 adult and 1 child, comes with free breakfast (breakfast choice is limited) Location is good near to Tesco Bukit Indah and the is a Value Mart nearby. Room is spacious but room is pretty worn out (deco, toilet bowl, shower), mouldy wall paper , toilet bowl have difficulty flushing, bath tub with shower head(stand cant hold on to the shower head) is very worn out. Floor and bedsheets are dirty with stains and dusty. Staffs are nice and friendly. Did an early check out .

It's a budget hotel but very bad cleanliness. Only thing is strong wifi.

I have chosen the newly refurbished unit and to my surprise, it is filthy and the toilet bowl can't flush down the waste!! it is so not worth it for the price paid. pls reconsider booking this hotel.

2nd time staying here. Good location; near to TF Value Mart, Tesco and lots of restaurants & eateries. Towels were full of stains and room had cigaretee smell. Sound proofing poor (can hear next door and people talking along corridor in middle of night). Hope can improve in these areas.

We stayed in a twin room. My son loves the hotel and asks to stay there every time we go to Johor. The room was clean with new curtains. The breakfast is ok with good varieties. Its location is convenient with TF hypermarket just across the road and Tesco and aeon at a walking distance. The room could use a deep cleaning to be better, and Moe light in the room would be super. Yet, overall it is good and worth the money paid.

Room size is just nice. Buffet breakfast was adequate

bed bugs, saliva stain on pillow and blanket. I couldn't sleep the whole night. Never again I'll stay there.

hair dryer not working. smoke air from aircons in rooms. light switches by bedside are dummies, not working at all. can’t walk to bukit indah even though it’s close as their are no pedestrian crossings at all. staffs are quite ok.

The most worst hotel I ever stay, very disappointed…Air conditioning not cold at all, towel looks grey in colour and smell not good, rain shower not strong enough, curtain very dirty, lighting switch point makes people irritating, no provided shampoo & shower gel.

Great for night sleepover. TV quality was bad as I think it is going to be spoilt. Not clear. Breakfast was reasonably good though.

My friend and i stayed in Pariss Hotel for one night. This is a old hotel, but they manged to keep the room look updated. The room that we had was clean. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The room is very big and spacious. For the price that we paid, its a very good deal. There is a 7-11 convenience store not too far away. Several good eateries and pubs nearby. There is also the GIANT supermarket just 1 min walk away from the hotel. The hotel has its own spa as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We requested for a late check out, which they kindly obliged.

Room is quite old, bathroom malfunctioning, WiFi was not available until hotel restarted the router. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel would've been perfect if not for the leaking water on the floor and very bad wi-fi signal.

Great location and great service staff. However, hotel was not well maintained. Toilet flush was not working well, room was not cleaned throughly and the breakfast choice was bad.

The hotel stay was good, the room is clean, not noisy away from main streets, able to find supper in the late night. Will definitely come back again.

Bed is not tidy up as we still can see hair not belong to us on the bed. Lousy wifi can’t connect to network. Stay for one night still ok for my family. Breakfast is disappointing.

It's our 2nd visit for this month, and again we are greeted by very friendly and helpful front-desk staffs, but sub-par chamber maids. When we reached and go to our room, it was already nearing 7pm. The chamber maid has just finished cleaning our room and we greeted one another at the door. The same cleaning lady we had in our previous stay. Once we stepped into the room, we are immediately drawn back due to the fuming vomit smell in the whole room. Yes, the whole room was full of vomit smell, to the extend I almost threw out ! We called the cleaning maid and told her about it, and then she took out a metallic device and told us that she can run the machine in the room to suck out the smelly air ! We rejected, of course, and went to the front-desk to complain about it. Without hesitation, the frontdesk staffs gave us another room, and after saying sorry for many many times, they upgraded our rooom too, just to ensure we have a pleasant night. Either the cleaning crew is shorthanded or lack of training, if it is done properly, this is definitely our go-to hotel. p.s., the new upgraded room we had did not have any toiletries as the cleaning lady forget to put it there ... so we need to contact front-desk again ... sigh ...

It is ok for a night stay. The room aircon takes time to get cooler. The rest is ok.

No fridge, wifi weak-always disconnecting, surrounding got people smoke inside room, the smell of smoke in the corridor

For a 3 star hotel, I would say it's quite a good idea to have a small pool. However, everything else is chargeable, such as RM10 for extra towel which I think us unnecessary.

Considered not bad for the price. The breakfast is nice! Value for money. Would be great if the staff can get rid of the cigarette smell that is lingering in the room.

excellent services, comfort room and good staff. Sahur services is the most impressive and the staff is very friendly with customer. Room is look like the expensive view. The hotel place is strategic location where easy access to shop and supermarket like Tesco and Aeon. very recommended to business trip person, couple and even family to stay here.

Matress was very soft and sagged in the middle. Not very comfortable for me.

Hotel was just like described in website. Walking distance to Giant and Tesco. Plenty of carpark outside the hotel. Staffs were friendly, food was decent.

We were there the week after CNY. Had great view of the fireworks set by the neighbouring house from our floor. Walls of hotel was a bit thin. Could hear a man in the hallway knocking his room's door since his partner locked him out. The hotel staff was fast to respond. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and staffs were friendly. However the wallpapers were peeling off. Maintenance could be done.

Very friendly staff that made the stay welcoming and warming! Will definitely stay here whenever we visit the area again! Conditions of the room and friendly service can easily match the top hotels!

It's very near to highways,restaurants,Tesco and Giant Hypermarket

Conveniently located hotel Lots of eateries nearby and close to supermarkets First room given to me had a noisy aircon vent which they can't fix so they changed my room. The new room's toilet bowl had a faulty flush which required multiple flushes to get everything cleared. No shampoo provided. Only shower gel in a dispenser. Not a big problem since we can easily get cheap better quality shampoo and shower gel from the supermarket.

Giant hypermarket not so good if you areblooking for good variety but aeon mall would be a better place to go. Quite a few of mainland Chinese restaurants around. For local Chinese coffee houses, just cross the road and you cam find good food.

Overall was good , is only the check in time is little long, and after 11 that's nothing here nearby

Ok. Stay 4 days for bussiness. Not enough parking due have to share with nearby shoping complex and other shop lot

Stay 1 night on Christmas Eve, the fireworks sound is loud and the mattress condition were not good. It is sank in the middle, not too sank but can feel it, No hotel slipper and no small fridge. Understand it is not a five star hotel, i'm not expecting a big pool but the pool water should not be murky color..the kids play in the pool and drank some pool water T_T

Try to check-in at 12.00pm was told by reception room will only be ready by 1.30pm so Check-in reception at 3.10pm was given a room not clean yet and reception apologise was relocated to a new room with bad wooden smell and turn on aircon but aircon fan sound very loud so need to endure the whole night. Seem like hotel shortage of staffs to do housekeeping during December holidays. Hotel location is good very near to Giants supermarket. Breakfast is Ok only.

Plenty of pubs and clubs beside of the hotel. It would be great if you like it. Not recommended for family stay as its too noisy and always jam in front of hotel. Food store and straight opposite of Giant. Quite convenient. The room condition was fine but the finishing is bad. Its clean room but all the furniture and renovation finishing is bad. Disappointing breakfast.

The location is good, walking distance to Giant Nusa Bestari and convenient for people taking the CW6 bus to/from Singapore. The rooms are old, can see spider nets on the ceiling. Aircon is old too, a bit noisy. The staffs are friendly though. Overall okay for a short stay.

The breakfast was above average, staff were generally helpful and the nearby hypermarkets and eateries were a plus. The room air-cond were very very noisy that we requested a room-change, which they did, very reluctantly. Do NOT stay at Room 819 unless you are stone-deaf.

Hotel was located beside GIANT supermart. Not a bad location with some food around but its at one corner. 3 Star rating for sure. Bed is a little noisy when sleeping on it.

The bed sheets and the towels were not that clear white clean. The bedroom didn't provide any small refrigerator. Breakfast was ok but that Saturday morning the curry chicken didn't refill. Wifi was strong in my room

My room is 717. Toilet bowl faulty need to call hotel staff to repair 2x.. The shower glass door can't close properly. Air ventilation is not working. Staff is OK but can be better as pls do check first before allow customer to use the room. Overall bit expensive as due to the conditions. Breakfast is OK except not much choice.

Only booked for 1 night stay for family of 3 overall stayed is comfortable. Check-in 3pm. Arrived early 2.45pm was told booking voucher from Expedia not printed out yet or system not ready. Front desk service very slow we told to expediate as my child is very tired. Waited till 3.15pm then can checked in. This hotel employee are all Indian first walk in like Little India hotel. Nothing much to do in hotel. Outdoor Mini pools for kids just inside the cafe link. Breakfast is only nasi lemak and fried beehoon not much a variety exclude child price rm$10. Price a bit steep. Nearby eateries only opens in late evenings. Quite a distance to AEON Bukit Indah need to take taxi or grab car from rm$5-$10. Too far to walk.

Cozy and comfy we did enjoy the stay thr the staff r friendly. If bfast was ok and it situated near to legoland

arrive at midnight, they collect RM100 for deposit. the reception is helpful when i tell him i have no much Malaysia Ringit with me and he offer me to give RM 50 only for deposit . Nice stay and free breakfast

The hotel is cozy with first class service from their staff. their breakfast is great and cheap hotel rooms too. if you're in JB, I highly recommend this hotel IF you are not the fussy type.

Good stay overall. Was upset with only the incorrect billing while I booked at a lower rate at Hotels.com this really disappointed me.

Short stay but comfortable. Not bad food around. Hotel breakfast is poor.

Hotel location is very convenient surrounded by restaurants and shops. Down side is you will get a hard time looking for parking. Images on websites were taken when hotel is new! Everything looks like in the photos BUT add 5 years of wear&tear. Another thing that you should take note, most of customer are here for the SPA "package".

Hotel was well situationed with plenty of street food stalls around, supermarket & massage spas around the surroundings. Hotel staff was friendly to assist to get taxi as well.

Not so bad overall. Pricing is ok. Hotel food is moderate.
