Geobay Hotel

Location is good, near mall and food outlet

Room got no window. Booking.com should indicate so we know. I have phobia on room without window and didn’t rest well

Housekeeping staff always smile. 😊👍 Zero body massage machine is available at the lobby. Ample parking space.

Strategik area

Good place, lobby good person ✨

The hotel is right next to Tea Garden, perfect for breakfast since the hotel doesnt provide any.

The room has a jacuzzi which was the sole reason i booked this hotel. However, the jacuzzi malfunctioned. The room was not clean with lots of rubbish under the bed and minimal amenities. The towel provided had stains and when we asked the reception for a new one, they said we wld be charged RM20. The walls are thin and we had hard time trying to sleep as we can hear other guests going in and out. The hallways are carpeted and smell bad. There is not allocated parking for us, park outdoors at your own risk. Also, the staff could be more welcoming. Everytime we are at the hotel lobby, we hear the staff arguing with each other. The staff charged us wrongly and then blamed me for talking to her when she was keying in ... Definitely will not come back again. Save your money for other hotel!

Clean and very near to my office. Organize and decent.

Im trying to extend but they never ask me if i wanted to extend ahead of time. They already reserved my room to new customer. I have big luggages and it’s very difficult to check out and transfer to another hotel.

Near eatery n Aeon Bt Indah

A lot of shops & eateries nearby. Supermarket & shopping mall too.

The traffic around that area is terrible, even at non peak hours.

Nice

Nice

Clean & excellent service

Nothing

Location

Inconsiderate staff who insisted I pay cash for the deposit during heavy evening rain pour. They don’t allowed me to enter without paying cash deposit

Location

NO CONNECTING ROOMS, the Refrigerator not cool for the drink and it was too small

Location is good

but staff at front desk seem very curt. especially when checking out, she seemed to be frustrated with us for no reason. no water was provided in the room.

Good location

My room without window. Should have window for better comfort

Location is good with many amenities around

Hotel wanted to charge 20 bucks for request of extra towel

Towel is very old

comfort and cleanliness excellent

I m a hotelier also, its only thing the Receptions Staff should told the guest that the room booking or room allocate for the guest without window at least guest be aware.

Nice location

Tha bathroom towel need to change. No more original white

Was okay

Their room smell and bedsheet smells awful. Their cleaning service is poor

Good family bonding time.

It wasn't as close to Aeon mall as I expected. However, can grab at a low fare to mall.

Quiet

Bed not clean and had foul smell. Bath cubicle didn’t have screen and floor at toilet gets very wet after bathing.

Your need to really take care for the cleaning and the stuff

Easy to find food nearby. Tea garden besides hotel is good & halal.

Can hear noise sometimes outside room, but still fine..

Good location, affordable rate, comfortable room, and good soundproofing.

The staff were not polite. WiFi signal in room was very weak. Towel was smelly.

Good location

A bit musty smell

Cleanliness

Room with no windows instead..

The location is very good. Staff were friendly and quick in responding to the room issues. Check in and out process were fast and smooth. Even provide bathroom slippers, disposable slippers and bathroom ammenity kits.

The hotel was abit dated as the AC in the room that we checked in was not cold despite setting in cool mode and 16 degrees Celcius, full blast, but was still warm. The reception arranged to change another room for us and the other room AC though was cold but was making loud noises from the AC. Overall room maintenance could be improved.

Good value for money accomodation near AEON. Lots of good dining options around the hotel.

Some lights didn't function

The hotel was very convenient for me have enough facility but it's not sound proof bcoz of the space between the door. The staff need to be more friendly but they were gud and helpful. Plz included Malay Chinese and indian channels. Be more multi racial.Keep up the gud work.thanks

Hope the hotel have more tv channels in all languages specially in basic 3 ..my bathroom water flow was a bit bad bcz the water drainage was bad flowed slowly wen showering flood a bit.

Best location 👌
