Brilliant location in the centre of the old town. The hotel itself is just to die for with atmosphere and interest and chic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The room was full of interest. The breakfasts were fantastic. You can tell we were impressed...

Ενω ειμασταν στην καρδια της παλιας πολης ητανε πολυ ησυχο το σπιτι και επειδη ηταν και το τερμα παρνω δεν ακουγοτανε τιποτα αποτα αλλα σπιτια.το πρωινο εξαιρετικο και το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικο.πολυ ωραιο το σπιτι.

Θα ηθελα να ειναι λιγο πιο καθαρο.οχι οι πετσετες και τα σεντονια.ητανε μια χαρα.το μπαλκονι και τα κουζινικα

The only thing that could make Rimondi better is to have a designated car park. Finding parking nearby was sometimes challenging and expensive

The property is located within the old town and so close to all amazing restaurants and little shops. Even though we were right in the middle of old town in the cobbled streets (no driver access), the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were amazing. So friendly and professional. Nothing was a problem. They met us at where our taxi had arranged to drop us off (at beginning of cobbled streets) to take our luggage a short minute walk to hotel. Also the breakfast staff were so friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Lots on offer with fresh juices and a healthy smoothie each morning.

We had booked two rooms and both were lovely - being next to one another - but we found our bed, being a smaller double, to be a little smaller than we would have liked. Bedding , even though beautifully clean, could have been a little more substantial (even though in one of the rooms a blanket was provided) We didn't get the cleaning service on one day but we were offered clean towels and more toiletries.

Perfect location for exploring the old town

Shower in the Eden Residence was off the kitchen - separated by just a curtain. Difficult to use the small pools - more for a very quick dip to cool off

Great location in town. We were at the heart of all the shops and the beach was a 10 minute walk! The staff were also just wonderful and attentive. The hotel itself is just beautiful. Many nights after being out we sat outside and had a night cap. Fantastic experience

Le personnel, son efficacité, sa gentillesse, et son accueil dans faille. La propreté irréprochable du lieu. La disponibilité du personnel proactif et aux petits soins. L'emplacement juste idéal au centre ville. Deux piscine de la taille parfaite avec un jacuzzi en prime.

L'emplacement dans le centre de la vieille ville est parfait, avec un parking à proximité. L'hôtel est plein de charme et très cosy. Le.petit dejeuner est très copieux et tres agréable autour de la piscine. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel, great friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast with big variety.

The Reception staff and manager were extremely helpful and kind despite an initial disagreement which was resolved within 24 hours

There were two small things which bothered me. The size of the pool, and the shower was very small and when the bath shower was used instead, a lot of water leaked onto the floor.

Absolutely everything. The staff were impeccable. Attentive and friendly. Special shout out to Georgia and Kostis who were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were hard and the walls were thin to you could hear other guests walking and talking in the halls and because my room overlooked where breakfast was held you could hear people in the mornings

The hotel is beautiful and right in the centre of Rethymno, but quiet and ideal for a relaxing break as well as sightseeing. Breakfast is amazing with an incredible variety of food and choices and is an unhurried pleasure eaten outside in the lovely courtyard. All the rooms are individual but all have pleasing outlooks and we were truly happy with our room at the top of the hotel with its views over the town. The two pools are wonderful the bar extremely pleasant and quiet. and the staff are amazing, attentive, courteous and so very helpful. This is a wonderful hotel.

I really cannot think of any improvements that could be made or are needed to be made. The hotel owners have thought of everything.

שודרגנו בחינם לסוויטה דופלקס, שבדיעבד פחות התאימה לנו בשל העובדה שחדרי השינה בקומה שנייה, והשרותים והמקלחת בקומה ראשונה.

Great value for money and lovely staff.

Very warm welcome. We arrived early and they let us leave our luggage. They then texted when the room was ready and our bags were already in our room, with the AC on when we arrived. Hotel is pretty luxurious. We enjoyed a lovely complimentary welcome drink by the pool. Room was great, great bed, nice bathroom, good tv (only streaming services though). Breakfast buffet was a real winner-a huge choice and more than enough options for a diabetic! Wish we stayed longer.

Minor gripe. At night there are lots of little lights on in the room from the emergency exit, fuse box etc, so was hard to get it really dark. But that’s all. Everything else was top class.

Onze koffers werden naar de kamer gebracht voor ons en we werden welkom geheten met een drankje (voor mij ook alcoholvrij en dat was heerlijk!). Het voelde erg luxe en de kamers waren erg mooi, schoon en comfortabel! De locatie was echt geweldig, helemaal in het oude centrum - je bent zo bij een heerlijk restaurant, in de haven of bij de fortezza. Daarnaast heel prima ontbijt buffet en twee pools die erg fijn waren.

De tijden van de pools waren wel een beetje onhandig voor onze ene nacht, jammer dat ze om 8 uur dicht gingen en pas om 11 openden. Nu mag je ze op dag van in en uitchecken gewoon nog gebruiken, maar met onze timing dus helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Enige minpunt bij ontbijt was dat de verse melk absoluut niet vers was en niet lekker smaakte. Het licht van de airco was enigszins fel, maar met een handdoek er overheen ook opgelost.

Friendliness of the staff across all the roles in the hotel, as well as the extremely central location in the old town. I visited the hotel in the beginning of the season opening in April but I suppose it would be amazing to sit around the pool at the inner patio and have Cafe Freddo during the summer time.

En rolig oase midt i gamlebyen. Utrolig hyggelig betjening som ga god service og oppriktig omtenksomhet. Vi følte oss veldig ivaretatt. Atmosfæren var svært god og behagelig.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Schöner Innenhof mit Pool. Frühstück in Ordnung, aber nichts aussergewöhnliches. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zimmer leider eher altmodisch. Keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Morgens haben sich die Senoritas vom Staff schon um 7 Uhr lautstark im Innenhof unterhalten, da hier das Frühstück stattfindet.

We hadden residence voor 4 personen geboekt, maar een bed was de bank in de woonkamer. Deze lag erg slecht. Ze hebben opgelost door een matras op te leggen, maar was echt niet comfortabel.

Tout était parfait à cet hôtel. Personnel très courtois. Très bel hôtel, très bon emplacement. Architecture magnifique. Petit déjeuner très complet, diversifié, copieux.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en men had veel keuze. Het was een mooie kamer en een heel goed bed. Hardere matras, dat hebben wij graag.

Jammer genoeg was er vrij veel lawaai. 's Nachts tot een uur of 3 kon men mensen nog heel duidelijk horen praten. En 's morgens hoorden wij de poetsploeg al op tijd hun werk uitvoeren.

The property was well located in the best part of town. The staff were friendly helpful giving us tips on the best places to eat and visit the breakfast was absolutely top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay so much that we went back a second time for two more days, well done keep up the good work.

Excellent location in the centre. We stayed on the top floor with a little terrace which offered a beautiful view. The traditional building is beautiful. Staff at the reception was super helpful and forthcoming.
