Location was really good, quiet at night but only a 10 minute walk into old town if you want a bit of atmosphere

The bar at the pool is pretty poor, doesn’t open until 2 and there isn’t much options, also the lady who works at it has really poor customer service.

Location , rooms and breakfast as really good.

Pool is a 3min walk from main building and sun loungers in front of hotel are not part of the hotel which means you have to pay. Well wotlrth it though

The location is perfect. Right on the beach and within walking distance of the old/new town. The views from the beach are stunning. Rooms are nice and big.

Check in at 4pm is crazy for the price you are paying. There was nobody on the front desk when we arrived. They only give you one bottle of water in your room even though we are two guests. We asked for more water at night they said they don't have water you have to go buy yourself. They also told me to refill the bottle from the tap in the bathroom but the glass bottle is too big to fit under the tap so you cannot do this. In a hot country and expensive hotel to deny water to guests is outrageous. I specifically asked for a quiet room away from street noise, lifts and cleaning storage rooms. Our room was facing the street and the windows are like paper so I did not get sleep any night with all the noise disturbance from outside and also our room was right beside lifts and cleaners storage which I specifically asked not to be. The breakfast ends at 10.15 not giving guests time to relax in the mornings. Wifi connection wasn't strong.

The only thing that was really great - is the location of the hotel. Personnel was nice. Daily basic room cleaning was ok.

Depois de um dia de trabalho faço 3h até Albufeira estava cansadissima e quando chego ao quarto que era suposto ser de classe superior com vista mar, não tinha água quente o ar condicionado não deitava frio o telefone direto a receção para poder reclamar não funcionava. Pedi que queria ser recebida deste incomodo de uma noite péssima, descontaram 30 euros preço de sócio. Não recomendo.

Localização ótima. Com estacionamento. Tive direito a um upgrade do quarto. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade. Cama confortável. Muito perto da praia e do centro velho de Albufeira.

Location was ideal not to central but just on the edge oh old town. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, very good breakfast. Lobby and restaurant area were really nice. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms could use a bit of a refresh.

Es un hotel que para el precio est en pésima condiciones antiguo, y debido a esto se ve sucio, el pasillo que llevaba a nuestra habitación en el techo la pintura descascarandose y el baño de la habitación antiguo pequeño con las ranuras de la ducha negras, y ya para completar el desayuno estilo buffet pero huevos panes tortitas fruta y poco más, no nos gustó.

Great location with a pleasant 10 minute walk to the old town

The breakfast was not great, we only ate there once on our week stay. We were there from 15th-22nd May and the pool bar wasn’t open so we had to go to the hotel bar across the road every time we wanted a drink. The rooms are very dated and in need of renovation.

Está muy bien ubicado, a 3 minutos andando de la playa. Es un hotel antiguo pero muy bien limpio y bien equipado. El desayuno buffet es muy completo. Tiene un aparcamiento muy grande también al lado del hotel.

Very close to the beach, very clean. Very large bedrooms. Very good breakfast! Lovely swimming pool. Bathroom fully stocked with everything you need- squeaky clean too! Fresh towels every day if you need. Very friendly staff, who spoke English which was very helpful!

No kettle in the room, one bottle of water left on first day, but not replenished, and hard to find water in the hotel itself . My patio door was broken, so I struggled to open and close and get on the balcony. There is a bar, but it’s not well signposted. And hard to find the stairs between floors, as there are no directions.

La chambre bien , matelas confortable , sdb impeccable, propre et pratique.

Le vilain décor vu du balcon. Et escaliers obligatoires pour accéder à la chambre. Très bruyant du fait des travaux à l’extérieur.

Ease of check in. Rooms were spacious and clean. staff were helpful and efficient. Pool facilities were nice. Area was quiet and close to everything. Great access to beach.

Pool was a little away from Hotel. 4-5pm for check in is a little too late. One hotel is clearly a lot nicer than the other and I feel this is a clear mislead at times. Particularly when booking.

Boa localização, possibilidade de estacionar, a preço razoável (10eur). Peq almoço é muito OK e la quartos também, limpos e suficientemente confortáveis.

O hotel está OK mas nota-se que precisa de algumas reformas, com paredes a precisar de reparação. Os ekevadores também nunca estiveram todos a funcionar.
