Enorm vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie met een supermarkt op de hoek en een goede busverbinding. Hier zouden we zo weer blijven. Plus: Nespresso apparaat!

Ontbijt kan je het liefst buiten eten of halen en maken bij de Consum op de hoek.

Miła i pomocna obsługa, pokoje duże, czyste, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Blisko do sklepów spożywczych (Lidl, Rossmann), restauracji, i to co najważniejsze niedaleko od hotelu jest stacja metra, co zdecydowanie ułatwia zwiedzanie. Polecam :)

The staff at reception were really kind and helpful. There was sufficient space in the apartment for 5 adults and the lounge was spacious. Parking was organized and the garage was secure.

There was a lack of practicality. If you needed a kettle, iron or even a hairdryer, this had to be requested from reception with a EUR20 refundable deposit. Not only is this an inconvenience not having these basic facilities in the apartment, it's a an additional deposit over and above the standard EUR250 booked on your card. You have to pay EUR7.00 per beach towel taken from the accommodation and this is not refunded even though you return the towels. It would make more sense to just buy your own towels at the beach. There was no cleaning service or change of towels during my 3 night stay. The 2nd bathroom was also very small. The location is in a quiet neighborhood which is nice however it's pretty far from the main tourist attractions. Overall, this was not value for money and more should be done by the accommodation to be worth the money.

Hotel a pochi passi dalla fermata della Metropolitana “La sagrera”, che permette di raggiungere in pochissimo tempo le mete più importanti della città. Stanza comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario, e molto pulita. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio a pagamento che si trova proprio di fronte all’ingresso dell’hotel. Lo staff sempre disponibile e accogliente (reception 24/7).

Assenza in camera di frigobar e di una macchinetta del caffè o bollitore. (Disponibile nell’area comune) Assenza del bidet. L’accesso al garage è possibile solo con una chiave che va richiesta di volta in volta alla reception.

Locație bună. Hotelul dispune de parcare subterană. Personalul a fost amabil. Camera a fost ok. Mic dejun variat.

Γενικά είναι αρκετά άνετο, μεγάλο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. Πολύ καθαρό! Σε ήσυχη περιοχή, 5-6 λεπτά από το σταθμό του μετρό. Ευγενικό το προσωπικό, μας εξυπηρετήσαν σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Θα έμενα ξανά ευχαρίστως!

Το ένα από τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια δεν είναι και τόσο άνετο γιατί είναι αρκετό στενό και το κρεβάτι του ήταν επίσης κάπως στενό για διπλό.

La verdad es que todo genial. Tienen el espacio súper bien aprovechado. Las habitaciones bonitas, el desayuno muy bien; especial comentario sobre la chica pendiente de rellenar todo y hacer que te sientas a gusto.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Supermärkten und kleinen Bars rundherum. Die nächste U-Bahn Station liegt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten aber ausreichend. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sehr sauber.

Die Zimmer sind leicht abgewohnt.

Le personnel très accueillant et disponible, le parking, la propreté et l'espace dans la chambre. Une très belle salle de bain spacieuse et avec un grand nombre de serviettes. Des lits confortables et la climatisation. Hôtel situé dans une rue calme sans trafic et sans travaux qui sont très importants en ce moment à Barcelone. La proximité du métro ce qui permet de rejoindre en quelques stations le centre-ville sans changement. Un coffre fort pour mettre à l'abri papiers et objets de valeur, le petit-déjeuner très copieux au prix de 12 euros.

Peut-être ajouter un petit frigo dans les chambres et une bouilloire pour se préparer thé ou café.

Questo hotel mi piace molto. È molto pulito, il personale è eccellente e la posizione è ottima. L'unico problema è che mi hanno assegnato una seconda camera, e ogni volta è sempre peggio. Dalla mia finestra non vedevo altro che mattoni.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel Acta Laumon. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, the room was simple, but clean and provided everything I needed. It was just 5 minutes away from the metro station Sagrera and therefore easy to get to the center. All good, I recommend it!

A acomodação é excelente!!! Localizada num bairro tranquilo e seguro, com comércio e estação de metrô nas proximidades, não afetando em nada a ida ao centro da cidade! Chuveiro ótimo, camas confortáveis, limpeza excelente, receptividade perfeita de todos os funcionários. Voltaria com toda a certeza!!

Staff were very polite and kind, rooms were kept very tidy and clean, towels were replaced daily and beds made. Breakfast was complimentary for our stay because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was an amazing bonus which we were very happy with. Rooms came with nice soap and shower wash. Shower was amazing, very powerful and refreshing. Air con was also very good and well regulated. Overall amazing stay.

Estávamos em família de 6 pessoas e o apartamento comportou todos nós perfeitamente. São 3 quartos confortáveis, ar condicionado central funciona muito bem no calor de Barcelona. O hotel está a 2 quadras andando de uma linha de metro o que facilitou muito nos deslocamentos. Os banheiros são adequados, fluxo de água muito bom. Com certeza voltaria.

O café da manhã é caro para o que oferece (12€ por pessoa), mas ao lado do hotel possui diversas lojas que oferecem café da manhã com bom custo benefício (comemos os 6 por 23€). Como é algo que você pode pegar ou não, é uma forma de economizar um pouco ao longo da viagem.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Ten minute walk to the metro. Supermarket nearby. Dedicated lift to each apartment.

The first night we stayed in the hotel which was cleaner and newer, then for two nights we transferred to an apartment which was older. No kettle in the kitchen (although one could be borrowed from the reception across the road); no free condiments that you usually see (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, tea, coffee etc.), nor baking sheets or aluminum foil. AC was not as powerful as in the hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also rented an apartment and that one was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and provided support at every time. The breakfast that’s available for an additional charge is good and convenient.

Although its location is conveniently close to a metro station, it’s very far away from the city center and the main city attractions. Going back to the room to rest in the middle of the day to stay away from the heat is not an option. The rooms are extremely small. They’re smaller than a cruise ship cabin. The bathrooms in both our rooms had a pillar placed in the middle of the room. The one in our room was even touching the toilet seat. This made it very difficult to use the facilities. My sons’ room had a pillar inside the shower making it difficult to take a shower because the pillar was robbing one fourth of the space in the shower. I still cannot understand why these units have these very inconvenient architectural flaws.

Smooth check-in. Nice host. Very efficient AC which allowed us all to sleep well. Good shower. Not far to the nearest metro. Supermarket 2 minutes away on foot.

The price is not cheap and yet it didnt come with any water bottles. “Eco friendly” is just a way to not change the bed everyday or give new towels unless necessary. The towels had stains on them. The housekeeping would be SO loud in the morning.laughing and banging doors. Definitely would not stay here again.

Bili smo u odvojenom četvorosobnom apartmanu uz hotel za šest odoba. Lokacija nam je idealno odgovarala a u sam apartman se ulazilo direktno iz dovoljno komfornog lifta a takođe i sa stepeništa . Jedan sprat jedan apartman .

Jedino - pošto uvek odsedamo u hotelu Laumon - polako uočavamo da vreme i veliki promet (uvek se mora dosta ranije rezervisati u odnosu na termin koji se želi) da će uskoro doći trenutak za rekonstrukciju i popravke što će nam biti žao .

Staff were rly friendly and helpful they let us check in early and check out later. The room was nice and clean and comfy bed.

We missed breakfast but that was our fault we booked for the festival so the location was okay.

200 euros for a night is not worth it. This is a budget hotel. Very budget. The pricing of 5 star hotels in the same city are similar.

The hotel’s location was excellent, very close to the metro station and only a few stops away from the city’s tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and cleanliness were also very good. If I come to Barcelona again, I would definitely stay here again.

Appartamento per 6 persone molto bello, luminoso e pulito. Davanti all’appartamento c è la reception dell’hotel, comodo per qualsiasi informazione oltre ad esserci una macchinetta per prendere il caffè e anche qlc snack. Per raggiungere il centro si deve prendere la metro o il bus, le fermate sono vicine. La metro è molto comoda perché c’è una linea che va diretta in centro ed una che va diretta alla metro che poi porta all’aeroporto. Nell’appartamento è presente anche una macchinetta da caffè con qlc cialda in omaggio per farsi il primo caffè

Nessun problema particolare, solo un asciugacapelli avrebbe fatto piacere averlo (ma noi non abbiamo provato a chiederlo). Se alla reception ci fosse anche un distributore con le cialde per la macchinetta che c è in appartamento sarebbe molto comodo :) Una delle tre stanze era un po’ piccolina ed aveva il letto matrimoniale alla francese.

Estaba muy cerca del evento deportivo al que asistíamos. La zona es muy tranquila y hay una parada de metro muy cerca bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Buen desayuno, limpieza excelente y buen parking.

Eché en falta alguna repisa o mueble en el baño y una neverita o minibar.

Hotel minimalista ma completo. Ambienti e camere con spazi non eccezionali ma con bagno veramente grande. Personale sempre disponibile e propositivo.

No me gustó el olor de las tuberías que había en el apartamento ático, también había hormigas en la cocina. La terraza no estaba limpia y no tenía ninguna zona sombreada. La ducha del baño pequeño salía por dos sitios, por la alcachofa y por la de lluvia.
