Las escaleras, subir 4 pisos a pie en una estrecha escalera con maletas aún me tiene con dolor de cuerpo.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026A localização é ótima, dá pra ver o Coliseu e é só andar até o final da rua que ja está lá, da pra fazer muita coisa a pé e na própria rua do hotel tem uma cafeteria deliciosa e bastante comércio. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos a todo momento, foi tudo muito organizado nas informações. O hotel é bem simples, mas o quarto aconchegante e cumpre bem o propósito se você vai pra Roma turistas e precisa de um hotel confortável pra descansar.
Infelizmente não tem elevador, como fica no terceiro andar pra subir com malas é desconfortável. Fomos no alto verão então bate muito sol no banheiro, que acaba não sendo muito refrescado pelo ar condicionado e fica bem quente. Apesar de serem pontos incômodos, não deixaria de me hospedar por conta disso.

On a busy street (mildly loud at night, not too bad though, earphones were also provided). Had to carry luggage’s up 3 flights of stairs

Ottima la pulizia e abbiamo apprezzato molto la decorazione con le asciugamani pensata per i tre bambini sul loro letto. Molto buono anche il servizio nella zona comune con mappa della città e caffè.
Avrei gradito la chiave per il bagno che nella nostra camera mancava

Il y’a sérieux manque d’équipements notamment pour pouvoir se restaurer et se poser à l’établissement ( chaises, assiettes, fourchettes….). Également, la machine à café et la bouloir sont dans le hall commun et serve de point de « petit déjeuner »

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The location is excellent for exploring Rome. The apartment was great for our needs - 2 adults & 2 children 11 & 14. We only needed one night and it ticket the boxes for this. The instructions sent through booking and WhatsApp meant we could access the property easily and without any fuss. Bedding was clean and bed was comfy. Sofa bed was fine for our two kids. The complementary chocolates was a nice touch. And the bathroom facilities were great with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for us to use.
If you have trouble walking up stairs then you may struggle as it’s 3 flights to the room, this was difficult as we had two large suitcases with us, but we did know this and it is clearly signed before booking. The property has a few superficial marks etc, they could do with tidying up a few cracks in the walls by the floors etc, but this does not impact your stay!

Şifrelerin önceden gönderilmiş olması ve uçağımız rötar yapmasına ve akşam çok geç gelmemize rağmen sıkıntı yaşamadan odamızı bulduk ve ayrıca da hemen mesajlara dönüş yapıyorlar.

You have to climb 3 floors to the hotel rooms as there are no elevators. One should be prepared in case they are travelling with large luggage.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Lo mejor de la habitación es sin duda la ubicación: a dos o tres cuadras del Coliseo, cerca del Foro y del centro histórico. La cama es muy cómoda, y el baño, aunque pequeño, también: buena ducha. El aire acondicionado -indispensable en verano- funciona a la perfección. Las ventanas aíslan el ruido de la ciudad, las cortinas son oscuras, de forma que se puede dormir muy bien. Aunque nosotros somos jóvenes y no teníamos equipajes grandes, es bueno tener en cuenta que hay que subir tres pisos a pie en unas escaleras antiguas y angostas, así que no lo recomendaría para personas de la tercera edad o con dificultades de movilidad. La persona encargada fue amable y servicial.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Wat een topligging! HQH Daplace ligt in Via dei Serpenti, midden in de bruisende Monti-wijk en op amper tien minuten wandelen van het Colosseum. Eigenlijk lag alles op wandelafstand: het Forum Romanum, de Trevifontein, Piazza Venezia... we hebben de metro nauwelijks nodig gehad. De kamer zelf was heel proper en verrassend ruim, en de airco werkte uitstekend – geen overbodige luxe in de Romeinse zomer. We sliepen er heerlijk. We kozen bewust voor een verblijf zonder ontbijt, en dat raden we iedereen aan: de buurt zit vol leuke koffiebarretjes waar je 's ochtends zoals de locals aan de toog een cappuccino met een verse croissant neemt. Veel authentieker (en lekkerder) dan een hotelbuffet. Monti is sowieso een aanrader als buurt: veel gezellige restaurantjes en leuke winkeltjes, en 's avonds verzamelen de Romeinen zelf rond de fontein op Piazza della Madonna dei Monti voor een glas wijn. Heerlijke sfeer, en toch geen massatoerisme. Kortom: wij komen zeker terug!

The receptionist(s) delightful. Location was very convenient. The only drawback were the myriad of stairs but we had minimal baggage since our stay was only 2 nights.

Room too small. Feels very crowded even for a couple. Bed is terrible, the mattress is done, almost u shaped and caused us neck and back pain. Too much stairs to reach, and very narrow, it was terrible to get up and down, with and without luggage. Room is clean but bathroom is not very old and not in a good condition. Not a good value for the money.

The rooms were small, not much room for suitcases in the Economy Double. The Superior Double Room had a very bad odor.

The air conditioning was old and quite noisy. The bathroom was separated from the rest of the room by a wall that was semi-transparent at the top, so turning on the bathroom light during the night could easily wake the other person sleeping in the room.

L’unico piccolo neo è rappresentato dalle dimensioni della camera che avevo in uso, che per una notte sono state più che sufficienti, ma che per un soggiorno di più notti potrebbero risultare leggermente ridotte per due persone.

Foi disponibilizado café em cápsula, biscoito e balinhas. Excelente custo x benefício.. nada luxuoso, mas pra uma estadia curta é só praticidade.
Sabíamos que não tinha elevador, mas reforçamos ser um ponto negativo, pois fica no 3o andar e a cama não é da mais confortável.

Hier ist eine umformulierte, sachliche Bewertung: Das Hotelzimmer ist ungünstig geschnitten, sodass es kaum möglich ist, einen Koffer vernünftig zu öffnen oder abzulegen. Die Matratze ist deutlich durchgelegen und bietet nur wenig Schlafkomfort. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, zudem wirkt die Ausstattung instabil und teilweise wackelig. Insgesamt entspricht das Zimmer nicht den Erwartungen an Komfort und Funktionalität.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The location is brilliant for tourists who are not particularly interested in the Vatican. Such fun being so close to the Coliseum, and an easy walk to so many other tourist sites, but the best thing is the proximity to good eateries, including an amazing gluten free bakery just two doors away! We loved that there was a coffee machine in the common area, and that the double-glazed windows and shutters completely blocked the busy street noise and lights.
The fact that there is NO LIFT is a real limitation. There are four flights of stairs to get up to the rooms, and you have to carry everything up there. It's a genuine living-in-Rome experience, but you have to take the bag with the good. The bad includes days when the sewer smells come up through the drains in the bathroom, in spite of the bathroom being scrupulously clean!

The double bed is 2 singles out together and isn’t reinforced well so slides out if you move, maybe a bed topper could prevent this but otherwise it was comfy. Crazy stairs - not ideal with luggage and if you have mobility issues but absolutely worth it!

Reviewed May 7, 2026A localização é excelente, 5 minutos do Coliseu e 10 da Fontana, diversos restaurantes com todas as opções de comida, lanche e café. A equipe do hotel, mesmo não sendo 24 hs, nos deu um apoio completo pessoalmente e através do Wtsapp. Tem duas linhas de Metro muito próximas e isso facilita muito o dia/dia.
Apenas o fato de não ter um elevador, mas a pessoa da recepção, muito prestativa ajuda quem tem dificuldades para descer ou subir as malas (neste caso precisa chegar ou sair no horário presencial da recepção). Isso faz muita diferença para quem tem alguma dificuldade.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Lage vom Hotel. C.a. 200m vom Kolosseum entfernt. Kaffekapseln, Mineral , Gebäck, Ohrstöpseln, Zahnbürste sowie Duschgel und Schampo gab es Kostenfrei. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Minisafe ist vorhanden. Täglich wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und frisches Bettlaken und Frottewäsche bereit gestellt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Taxi in Italien sind freundlich und Kostengünstig.
Ausstattung entsprach nicht dem wie angegeben auf den Fotos. Der Fussboden ist sehr abgenutzt. Der Lärm von der Stadt ist gut zu hören, auch wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, daher die Ohrstöpsel :). Die Ausstattung ist eher abgenutzt. Die Halterung der Dusche / Spülkasten Toilette war nicht richtig befestigt und aus dem Bad/Abfuss kam immer wieder der Gestank von den alten Rohren/Kanalisation in das Zimmer. Kleiderschrank war sehr klein. Ablagefläche kaum vorhanden. Das Hotel befindet sich in der 3 Etage mit einen nicht funktionierenden Lift. Tip für Transporte über Taxi App Italien buchen. Funktioniert tadellos und ist um einiges günstiger als der Transport vom Hotel. Hotelpreis 35 Euro - effektiv bezahlt mit dem Taxi und Trinkgeld 15 Euro, für den gleichen Weg.

Pas d’ascenseur et les chambres sont au 3eme étage. La salle de bain était très (un peu trop) lumineuse.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Excelente ubicación cercana a Coliseo y otras atracciones en el centron de Roma. El personal fue rápido en responder comunicaciones y ordenado con la información para el check-in.
Definitivamente no es un lugar cómodo para mucho equipaje. Escaleras y puertas estrechas. No fue un problema para nosotros en esta ocasión.
