La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y bien equipada, además con aire acondicionado (hay hoteles de cuatro estrellas en Viena que no están climatizados). El personal, aunque no efusivamente amable, sí fue correcto en todo momento. Lo mejor, sin duda, el desayuno, realmente extraordinario: en pocos hoteles puedes tomar Apfelstrudel, Insalata Caprese, salchichas de Núremberg y champán
Por ponerle un pero, está un poco alejado del centro, pero solo si se quiere ir andando. La conexión con metro es muy rápida y, ciertamente, el barrio es muy tranquilo, presidido por la noria del Prater

Der Schimmel an der Decke im Bad geht für mich einfach garnicht. Daher die Abzüge im Punkte-Score. Und dass die halben Sender im TV nicht gingen, war mir auch ein Dorn im Auge. Wenn ich in Österreich weder ORF 1, noch ORF 2 ansehen kann, aber ausländische Programme schon, fehlt mir ein wenig das Verständnis.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Olyan vagy még jobb volt mint a képeken. Makulátlan tisztaság! Metró megállóhoz közel, Prater kényelmes séta távolságra. Kávé, tea, vízforraló bekészitve 2 személyre.
A klíma szabályozása nem volt lehetséges. Picit fáztunk a szállodában. Örültünk volna ha a tv rendelkezik internet csatlakozással. Így sajnos csak német nyelvű csatornák voltak elérhetőek.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Чудове розташування: поруч метро Воргартен, транспортний вузол Пратерштерн (трамваї, автобуси, пряма залізниця в аеропорт і на вокзал, метро), річковий вокзал Рейнсбрюк. Поруч ринок і фудкорт Воргартенмаркет, дитячо-спортивний майданчик Максвінтерпарк. Ну і, звісно, найголовніше, - поруч Пратерпарк. Професійний персонал, дуже гарне відношення, щиро вдячний. Гарний сніданок, в номері чайник, чай, кава тощо. В номері чисто, прибирання щоденно, все працювало належним чином.
На сусідній вулиці ремонтні роботи розпочинаються о 7.00

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Die Lage zwischen Prater und Donauinsel ist super. Beides zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Ruhige Gegend. Hier werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Wien sind. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Buena disposición de los trabajadores, nos ayudaron a encontrar un taxi y fueron super amables en todo momento. Está cerca de la estación de Prater y del parque de atracciones. Tiene ascensor, las habitaciones son muy grandes y las camas muy cómodas. Enfrente tiene un parque que para los niños es maravilloso.
No hay nada que no nos gustara.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Der Empfang war herzlich und der Check in unkompliziert. Das Einzelzimmer war schön und das Bett war komfortabel. Zu meiner Freude war auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, mit Kaffee und Teezubehör vorhanden. Badezimmer, WC war auch super und alles blitzeblank. Generell die ruhige Lage ist echt fein.
Leider gibt es einen Minuspunkt wegen der Klimaanlage. Sie ging tadellos, meiner Meinung auch nicht besonders laut. Ich habe sie irgendwann vorm schlafen gehen, abgestellt. Leider gab es danach ein ständiges Tropfen im inneren des Gerätes. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat bzw. sich schwer beim einschlafen tut, der springt mit der Zeit wahrscheinlich im Quadrat. Ich konnte dann doch relativ bald einschlafen.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε περιοχή καλά συνδεδεμένη με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο, ιδανικό για solo travellers ή άτομα που ψάχνουν μια budget fridnly διαμονή σε μονόκλινο.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι το συγκεκριμένο μονόκλινο στο οποίο έτυχε να διαμείνω εγώ ήταν λίγο μικρό.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Vi følte os værdsat som gæster. Beliggenheden er også rigtig god i forhold til at benytte undergrundsbanen. Værelset var rigtig pænt og behageligt. Aircondition var et ekstra stort plus under vores ophold, da der var op mod 40 grader i Wien.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Im großen und ganzen alles bestens, sehr gutes Frühstück, Betten, Einrichtung, gute Verkehrslage - Bus- und U-Bahn Nähe,
eine Hotelbar gab es, aber leider keine Cocktails , vor unseren Zimmer stand rund um die Uhr der Staubsauger ( die gesamten 7 Tage), unsere dreckigen Handtücher lagen auch einen ganzen Tag bis zum nächsten Morgen gegen 11 Uhr vor unserer Zimmertür auf den Flur, obwohl wir am 1. Tag an der Rezeption gesagt haben das sie diese bitte entsorgen sollen ( war kein schöner Anblick jedesmal beim vorbei laufen), kamen uns vor, wie in einer Abstellkammer!

Hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Die Klimaanlage war zwar auf 20° eingestellt. Gefüllt waren sicher nicht mehr als 16° Umstellen war nicht möglich. Beim Versuch kamm nur ein blinkendes HI. und weil es so nett ist mit der Klimaanlage bläßt sie direkt Richtung bett wo ich mit dem Kopf liege. Hab auch versucht sie auszumachen. das Steuer Modul war dann auch aus. aber nicht die Klimaanlage. bin um 22.30 auf's Zimmer. da brauch ich auch nicht mehr fragen wo der Hausmeister ist. Hab mein Anliegen natürlich beim auschecken vorgebracht, bringt mir aber auch keinen Schlaf. Danke für die Erholsame Nacht

TV in the room looked like it was just about to fall, hard to use AC so it is always 17° cold in the room 24/7, bed is alright but feels like it needs renovation, breakfast is alright for short stay but unbearable if longer than 2-3 days, furniture and interior looks outdated

To be honest for 4 star hotel I expected a clean room. Not only the furniture, but also the towel rack was very dirty. There was dust in various corners and the walls were dirty as well. We were staying with friends, and in their room the ventilation didn’t work, the door couldn’t be locked, and other defects. Quite a disappointment.

I was bei disappointed about not having a gym add on google the information was outdated. The AC and the vent in the bathroom were extremely loud and the vent kept making noise for 20 minutes after turning it off.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im 2. Bezirk, fussläufig (ca. 10 Min) zum Prater, zur U1 und auch zu einem sehr netten Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders für uns, da wir meist bei einem Städtetrip auf das Frühstück im Hotel verzichten, war der vorhandene Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee bevor man sich auf Tour begibt.
Leider kein Hotelparkplatz. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze über EasyPark kosten ca. 8 Euro für 2 Stunden. Meine Empfehlung ist das Parkhaus Garagen am Prater.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Typisches Stadthotel an ruhiger Lage. Zimmer ist von der grösse her ok, resp. Üblich für eine Grossstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Wien.
Die Klima war etwas zu laut, zum Glück konnten wir sie über Nacht ausschalten, weil es nicht alzu heiss war.

Klimaanlage war sehr laut, hat aber gut funktioniert. Ich konnte sie leider nicht über Nacht anlassen.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Umístění hotelu, kousek od metra, kousek od Prátru, před hotelem dětské hřiště. Slečna recepční velice ochotná, pomohla s parkováním, všechno ochotně vysvětlila.
Jediné, co bylo malinko otravné bylo, když paní u snídaně chtěla asi 6x vidět kartu od našeho pokoje kvůli číslu, které si nebyla schopna zapamatovat. Byla velice milá, ale …

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The room was clean and had AC, the hotel was quiet and very well situated for our purpose, the shower worked and had hot water - all in all, it provided a good nights rest that we expected it to provide.
The AC fan made a noise like it was making its final rotations and we had to turn it off for the night.

Specifically important for the very high temperature in Vienna those couple of days - the room was very well air-conditioned. The bed was very comfy and we had everything for a pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and kind.

It was very noisy when the shower was on in the next room. The room was very small.
