Location was great. Very near train station.
Didn't like that without key the fridge & AC is turned off. Can't keep perishable items in room or fridge if staying out all day. Room takes a while to cool down. We recommend AC instructions in English on how to operate remote.
Location is great.
Location is very convenient. Price is good.
Room a little small. Had to open suitcase on bed. Should have reserved a bigger room.

The hotel is very close to train station. Very easy to find the location. The staff is always very pleasant. Restaurants and shopping is nearby.
Nothing to dislike.
Convenient place from Airport, JR, Train, Easy to find anything to eat and shop
Convenient by walk from JR Kamata station Surrounded with shopping places, TOKYU Kamata, Granduo, Donki,. Also access from Haneda By Keikyu line train , bus . Very good and friendly staffs.
Area was good for shopping and staff very helpful. Room was a bit too small for us.
Very great hotel with amazing customer service.
Great staff, location. Very nice and sumptuous buffet breakfast. I had to check in the morning after my intended stay began but there was no problem. They accommodated me. it is near a train station and buses stop nearby taking you to many locations in Tokyo.
the morning buffet was amazing.
The staff was friendly. They make a point to recognize you and know what room you are in after you check in. The hotel restaurant seems very popular for breakfast. Two of us were traveling, and this appears to be one of the few hotels in the area that offers 2 beds.
The reason the staff makes a point of recognizing you is that you are asked to leave your key with them if you leave your room for more than 20 minutes. The key is a physical key on a keychain and like many Japanese hotel rooms has to be in the slot in the wall in your room for the air conditioning to work. The hotel room itself seems rather old, the air conditioning a bit slow to cool down the room. When we arrived we were asked to wait a few minutes as they were just finishing cleaning our room from the previous guest. Once we arrived in our room, there was a mostly empty plastic glass of a drink, a almost empty carton of apply juice in the mini-fridge, a half full and empty water bottle, and a pair of boxer shorts on the floor. Other than that, the room seemed clean. The staff apologized for the state of the room, which was not cleaned up to their standards, so perhaps this is an unusual case.
The location is very close to train station, convenient stores, restaurants and shopping mall. The staff at front was nice, the hotel cleaners provided clean towels and kept the rooms clean. When I travel to Japan I like to stay at this hotel.
Single girl overnighting in Japan. Picked this hotel since it was close to the bus line that goes back and forth to HND airport AND had ¥100 stores, 24 hr Don Quijote, Uniqlo, McDonald's, etc. near by. Catch bus that goes to KAMATA STATION. ¥300. Check in was quick but they will need to photocopy ur passport. Check out is 11am but you can pay extra ¥1,100 per hr up to 2 hrs longer. I opted for a bigger bed cause I am accustomed to American size rooms and beds. It is still tiny- like a cruise ship room. Wifi works- but u will need to get code on tv. TV channels all in Japanese. A/C works great!! Happy hour self help refreshments available by front desk. Need to insert key chain in order for electricity to work in room. Pre-paid extra for breakfast-$5 I think - It is Japanese style buffet - miso soup, rice, salad, toast, mentaiko, sausage, tofu, noodles in soup...they will hold your luggage if you need to check out. 2 elevators , self help amenities- no thrills - just enough for overnight stay before flight. Water pressure in shower/ tub great. There are mom and pop bars around area but it's safe.
The location of the hotel was the prime reason of our choice. Being that it's location is a few minutes from the JR Station and that the receptionist informed us that there was a bus service from close by that we could use to go directly to Haneda Airport, which we did. The hotel has easy access to the town with its restaurants.
The only downside was the lack of facilities regarding hot drinks in the room. A kettle was available via the floors central repository, as were cups and tea bags. but the only choice of hot drink was green tea but no milk.
シャワーを付けると大きな異音がして怖かった。ベッドサイドの時計が遅れていた。コンセント位置が高い位置で使用しづらかった。シャワーカーテンがカビ臭かった。タオルがハイター臭く硬くて不快だった。
Breakfast buffet was lots of choice. They didnt have high chair for small kid but they gave us separate area so kid can be laud little bet. Over all good service.
Very Clean
Very quiet hotel, staff is friendly. There are many dining options around the area this is my go to place
Staff were helpful and friendly especially Mr. Ting who was professional and most helpful in arranging our transportation.
Ok! I liked the very symphtic personel
For this price you cant do more and I did not expect more.
The staff was very friendly and respectful and the location was very close to Kamata station making for easy exploration of Tokyo.
The pictures on booking.com made the single person rooms look much larger than what I actually got. The bed was uncomfortable and my knees hit the wall when using the toilet. There were also only two power outlets, one of which was located next to the bathroom door and presented a tripping hazard when In plugged things into it. The wording on the website was also misleading in terms of breakfast, which I interpreted as being included, however, it was an extra charge.
Probably will not use this hotel again
very good
OK
The staff were friendly, courteous and responsive. I would certainly use this hotel again and recommend to friends and family. Location is close to the Kamata train station train station, but not too close, and easy access to shops and eateries.
Room was small. Breakfast was good. Location was the reason I'd choose this hotel.
Convenient location very close to Kamata JR station, 10 min walk to Kamata Keikyu station. Everyday clean sheets, free bottle of water, etc.... Reception staff is very friendly.
Rooms are very small, but hey most people don't stay 2 weeks but one or two nights. Its Tokyo right?
The staff is kind.
Nice buffet breakfast
Size of the room
nice to have a place with so many non smoking floors available, and close to the airport too. the staff was very nice and helpful. and the place overall was clean and well kept. the breakfast looked like one of the better hotel breakfast’s I’d seen. although I didn’t eat it I’d wished I had. the best part was that their was wifi for each room and it worked well. a lot of places I’ve stayed this was not the case. i was very grateful for it.
it was a bit hot in the room, turning on the fan only helped so much but I’m sure the front desk could’ve helped. since it was a short stay I just left it as is.
Top
Booked a double room, but the 1.5 bed was barely big enough. Room was too small for a single adult. When I told reception, they just laughed, so I was stuck in the 'kids' room. The one star it does get is for the breakfast. Otherwise avoid this place.
Rooms are on the small size but for one night, perfectly adequate. Caters mainly for business people and the restaurant just offers breakfast but many small eating places close to. Good bus service from right outside Kamata JR station, will take you to Haneda airport.
I've been there many times, staffs are nice, check-in check-out are smooth, room are decent. The rooms are a little dark and carpet's old but that's okay for a short stay.
First of all, I love the neighborhood. 2nd, how it's so close to Kamata station. 3rd, though it's so convenient, their rates will not break your budget. It is near 7/11, Lawson, Family mart and Don Quijote. All withing a 500 meter radius. There are pubs and ramen shops. One of my favorites is that, they are close to a post office to send post cards home. Lastly, the staff is so caring. We were here during the Hagibis typhoon and though their kitchen is closed, the staff that were left working made sure we were taken care of. There was a typhoon and an earthquake and we were just hangin' out at the hotel. They made us feel safe. Thank you so much for taking care of us.
The hotel is in a great location relative to Kamata. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars around. The rooms are super comfortable and clean! Bathroom a little small but to be expected for the great price! The staff are friendly and it has all the amenities. Great value for money and would stay here again!
Can’t fault the location - easy to everywhere we wanted to go, and only 20 mins from airport for our early flight. Rooms dated but functional. No kettle tho. When they say “small double bed”, they mean a single. Staff very helpful and good English
I had a good stay. The staff tried to be helpful but their limited language ability made things difficult. The room was a little old but very clean. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was rather large by Japanese standards, although it was not laid out optimally, at least there was room for some luggage storage.
This property was tiny and dirty. The walls were dirty there was mold all over the bathroom, if it was a surface in the room it wasn’t clean. They also charged us extra when we arrived for there being two of us when the room we booked said it was for two people.
Convenient to train. Quiet. Good breakfast
First time staying this hotel. Location is good since it is close walking distance to JR Kamata station. I think this is a older hotel so I can see some age for the room but I think they kept clean enough.
nice price
This is a business hotel. Very basic, rooms are small but if you travel within japan as often as I do, you won't be surprised, it is standard for the price they ask for. Staff is pleasant. You get your key, get to your room, take a shower and go to bed. 100 m away is the early bus to HND airport. What else do you want? I always stay in this hotel when I am in transit. Never had a problem. But if you are one of those annoying tourists who ask millions of questions before even reaching the elevator, then this place is not for you.
I read the reviews after booking the hotel (should have done the opposite, really). So I had lowered my expectations before checking in. I read many comments mentioning that the staff were rude. However my experience with the staff was fairly positive - they were polite and nice. In terms of the hotel itself - do not be fooled by the photos. They do have a very decent lobby, but that's about it. Their rooms - I am a traveller that is very used to tiny and compact rooms in Japan, so their room size to me were not the problem. The main problem was the cleanliness of the room. The walls were scratched, toilet had a stretch kind of smell... I wasn't quite okay with that. However, I chose this hotel for its location. The bus stop really was just right around the corner so if you needed to catch an early morning flight, it is totally hassle free as the bus takes you directly to both international and domestic terminals of Haneda airport.
They helped me check in another day! it was great!!
hotel breakfast was good and had varieties. It will be good if guests who have to leave early to take an earlier flight to have a simple packed breakfast eg before 6:30am
The room is incredibile small, impossible to sleep in the double room because the bed is for 1 person. The staff at the reception doesn't speak English, so impossible to have some information.it's also far from the center.
Hotel staff couldn’t even make dinner reservations for us. Washer and dryer were small but didn’t even wash our clothes well at all. AC turns off when you leave the room so it gets hot until your ac cools the room. Advertising was misleading saying small double bed w it’s picture of two beds. Instead we had to share a twin size bed between me my husband and toddler. Would not stay here again.
As per all Japanese hotels the room was a bit small, but for a single night and close to everything in Kamata, it was right on the money, walking distance to 2 stations and heaps of places to eat, and drink.
I transit through Haneda airport often and recently tried this hotel. The hotel is fine and very close to the Kamata station. It's on the smaller side, even by Japanese standard. Room is dated and not the most cleanest but adequate for one overnight stay. Staff was friendly and speaks enough English to handle the check-in and check-out process. I had the paid breakfast here and it was probably the best part of my stay. There were a lot of variety and everything was tasty.
Highly appreciated air con can be improved, not enough for hot summer.
We arrived at our hotel and it was close to the station and easy to find. When we were in our room, it immediately smelled like smoke. It was hot, humid and the room smelled to bad. Everything else was perfect but this ruined our stay.
If u don’t want to be like a refugee waiting for an early flight, try this inexpensive hotel near the Katama Train Station. Lots of place to eat nearby and shop. The taxi cost abt $30US for an early flight at 4:15am.. very convenient!
A very good hote. The room are spacefull and clean. The bed are soft and nice and can have all peace and quite you need after a day to looking around. The position of this hotel is good for those want be close to airport. Infact not far, a couple minute walking, there is the Jr station and a bus stop for the bus to Narita Airport. The only problem could be the bathroom becouse is not so bis and could give same problem for avere people
So many cheap restaurants were available. I could enjoy Chinese foods including Gyoza at the reasonable price.
Nice hotel close (2-3 minute walk) to Kamata Station. Haneda Airport is about 8-11 minutes away by train from Keikyu-Kamata Station, which is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. Facilities are clean and staff can communicate in English. One downside is its proximity to the station makes the train departure melodies audible if your room window is open.
The main entrance is on a street that looks more like an alley. Inside is alright, though the room is tiny (single). Took me a minute to realize I had to insert the keychain into the wall near the door to get power, as that was not explained while checking in.
Stayed for three (3) nights and the place were amazing, it was just a few blocks away from the station. There were so many store around the area, the staff were so accomodating. They clean and change bedsheet everyday. 9/10 for my overall stay.
