La posizione è ottima per il traghetto, solo 5-10 minuti a piedi. La struttura è molto carina e lo staff gentile. Purtroppo siamo state solo per la notte quindi non abbiamo usufruito di nessun servizio eccetto la camera con bagno. Lo spazio esterno deve essere molto piacevole in estate

位置很好，離搭船碼頭走路不到10分鐘。 可能是淡季，幾乎沒遇到其他住客，很安靜。 Check in 時遇到2位工作人員，很親切。 很喜歡門口的佈置，如果不是天氣冷，坐在門口露台發呆應該很舒服。

房間設備簡陋了一些，浴室腳踏墊很髒又破了。 我訂單人房，私人浴室沒有提供基本的沐浴洗髮用品，不太方便。 床單床鋪有點潮濕，一進門就有異味。

Low season, just a few backpackers at the hostel, but it was exactly what I was looking for. Great staff, super super clean, beautiful rooms, everything was great.

We were looking for something clean, cheap and close to town and that is exactly what we got :) The staff were friendly, the room was clean and we were only 5 minutes walk from town. Very basic but exactly what we were expecting for the price.

Me gustó que está muy cerca del ferry, las camas tienen enchufe cerca y es económico.

En la cocina, sobretodo en los cajones de los utensilios y cubertería haría falta una limpieza a fondo desde mi punto de vista. Los baños son un poco antiguos pero podrían estar más limpios, o a lo mejor es lo que tiene llegar a última hora. De todas maneras desde la habitación el wifi iba muy lento y la conexión no era buena.

Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war etwas zu kalt, aber nachdem ich die Unterkunft darauf hingewiesen habe wurden am nä Tag etwas mehr Holz aufgelegt und die Türen geschlossen

Spinne im Zimmer und Ohrenschlüpfer zwischen den Kissen. Furchtbar! Ich habe kein Problem mit alt und in die Jahre gekommen aber mit dreckig. Keine Reaktion der Unterkunft. Ich habe extra ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, damit ich ein sauberes angenehmes Zimmer habe. Nie wieder Ich habe kaum geschlafen und gefroren, da ich meine Reisedecke und das Reisekissen verwendet habe, weil ich so in den Laken nicht mehr schlafen wollte Geht gar nicht

Close to the harbor, the accommodation was clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly. You could leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. There was several shower rooms, which was very convenient. The price was affordable. If I have the chance, I would stay there again

There is cockroaches, earwigs and no heating in the room I booked. And six dollars to wash clothes. Very expensive. And customer service very very poor!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not even the homeless!!

Fantastic location, villa rooms a great size, wonderful wood fire in lounge, nice sunny outdoor spaces.

Lacking in utensils in the kitchen (no sharp knives), building is old and some areas need some tlc. But good value for money!

L'hôtel est magnifique, avec beaucoup de cachet. On dirait une ancienne grande maison, reconvertit en hôtel. Il y a des dortoirs partagés et des chambres individuelles avec leur propre salle de bain. La terrasse est très agréable avec les fauteuils, les fleurs et les guirlandes lumineuses autour des arbres. Le salon est confortable et la cuisine assez spacieuse pour que tout le monde y prépare son repas. L'ensemble est très propre et entretenu. L'équipe est chaleureuse, et mention spéciale aux deux adorables petits chiens Pedro et Penelope.

Parfois il faisait froid dans la salle à manger. Il manque de place pour suspendre sa serviette et poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.

I was last to arrive in 6 bed dorm. Had top bunk (I’m elderly). Wet washing of other 5 females hung up everywhere. No towels on my bunk (I assume towels were provided) maybe girls used them. No staff around, it was late.

Super location! Right next to the bakery, port and buses, as well as high street. Cute and quirky

I haven’t rated the staff and didn’t really see any as was late when I checked in and early check out. Not sure my key worked in the main door? Was only there one night sadly

At The Villa, what I liked the most was how clean and well maintained everything was. The bathrooms were great, the showers always hot, and the kitchen really well equipped, which makes travelling so much easier. The atmosphere is relaxed and practical, perfect for both resting and exploring the area. Definitely a great place for anyone on the road.

At The Villa, there was only one small detail. The bed linen was clean and looked new, but I felt like the pillows could have been washed or replaced. This is something that happens quite often, sometimes the sheets are changed but the mattress or pillows are not in the same condition, or are a bit old. But honestly, that was the only thing.

The Villa is amazing! It was adorable with several kitchens and lots of different spaces where people can hang out, inside and outside. Communication with the Villa was good and check-in was easy even though we came in after hours.

Didn't have breakfast as needed to catch ferry.

Only half a towle. No soap or shampoo. The stears had no lights and elderly friend nearly fell on bottom step. Stears to office had no rail for elderly person.

So close to town we could walk to get a meal (great fish and chips at the Paperfish). Really helpful staff. Quiet. Hose provided to wash the bikes down and we could keep them in our room. Added bonus. Very good value stay

Bed was very soft. Shower room floor very wet at the end of the day.

It was a friendly relaxed vibe with great facilities and staff. Perfect for a one night stay for us.

I understand this can’t be helped but the room was light all night because of street light outside. We were in room 2. Perhaps black out curtains could help mitigate this. It was also very noisy with people talking and laughing in the kitchen until 10:30pm. We had an early ferry so it was hard to sleep. It could help if staff enforced the rule of quiet time after 10pm. We also understand not everyone has an early start.

The Villa is a traditional building with a bit of outside space out front by the porch and a small garden at the back with tables and outdoor cooking area and a handy bakery next door.

The communal spaces are limited but that makes the outdoor space more valuable. Oh and the wooden floors are noisy if someone stomps around at night with their boots on.

I stayed here before in a dormitory but decided to upgrade to my own room and I loved it. Well worth the money. The Villa is in the town and very easy to go for walks and catch the ferry to Wellington. I like the quirkiness of the Villa and the hot tubs was an added bonus on a chilly day. Lovely to have a sink in my room

A little spruce up and a bit of paint in places would help, but this doesn’t detract from the uniqueness of the place
