Nice clean room in a convenient location. Motel is within walking distance of everything you need.

Room was great but I would have liked thicker pillows. They were good though and very clean

Warm, friendly staff. Room was warm clean and tidy. Close to interislander boarding. Centre of town so close to shops and food. Would definitely stay again

That the room was warmed up and a light left on.

Person next door had TV on until around 3pm and kept us awake as thin walls.

Friendly, thoughtful, staff, excellent location close to Ferry and in the centre of Picton. Warm room, (good heating made up for draft around the outside door), comfortable bed. Clean, adequate bathroom. Good shower. Quiet room. Value for money.

Minor issue- Window shutters don’t shut out outside lights from other rooms close by- had to wear sleep mask.

The staff were lovely, the room was nice and clean, comfy bed and right in the town center. Perfect for the weekend stay will definitely be back!

The location was as near perfect as you can get. I have a disability that made stairs problematic when I booked on line did not realise that my unit was on the 2nd floor. The receptionist was able to give me a down stairs unit with an adjustment to the rate.

Finding out that the unit was on the second floor on arrival.

This was an exceptionally clean and well provided Motel room, everything was provided and it was quiet and in an excellent location ( free parking too).

Centrally located on the main road. Good place to spend the night if you are catching the early ferry to Wellington and don’t require much comfort.

A little pricy what what they offer. Rooms facing the road can be quite noisy. Very basic room and definitely in need of some tlc.

Stairs - to second floor room make it difficult to get larger luggage to room. Also large step up into shower could be a challenge for some

A great location in the center of town and short stroll to the waterfront. Friendly staff

Could improve the little things that add to the experience such as pump dispensers for body wash/shampoo etc, glass screen rather than plastic curtain over shower and not offered fresh milk. Whilst the unit was clean and tidy it appears to be a little dated in its decor

Clean, comfortable room, centrally located in Picton, somewhat dated, but with a renovated bathroom.

A little expensive for an older motel, but the convenient central location would explain the cost.

Locality

Late night noise from Irish Bar. We asked for late check out as my fiancé was very ill. We were given to 11am but staff knocked on the door at 10:50 while my fiancé was in the bathroom which was disappointing. The room was expensive for what we got.
