My room was supposed to have a balcony, and they misrepresented it online and in the booking. There are only two rooms with a balcony, even though they appear in all of the deluxe room photos. I specifically chose this hotel for the balcony, only for them not to have a room available.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony, and the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the area with recommendations

Reasonable and quaint, the hotel is well-suited for the business or holiday traveller. The view from our 6th floor room as just breathtaking. The bed was very comfy and the amenities, bathroom, lighting etc were all great!

I had an excellent stay at this property. The cleanliness was top-notch—the room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, even offering me an umbrella when it started raining. They also provided high-quality Ritual brand personal care products, which was a nice touch. The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and very convenient. It was easy to get around, with dining options and transportation readily available within walking distance. The property looked exactly as pictured in the listing, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located place to stay!

We absolutely looooove this place!! We used the hamam every morning! We also just got engaged so they gave us a free champagne. The front desk were always so friendly and the location was perfect! We will definitely come back! (:

Underbar personal och härlig atmosfär! När vi hade något önskemål eller bekymmer gjorde personalen allt för att vi skulle få det bra utan att vi kände det var något besvär. En stor eloge! Dessutom väldigt rent, fräscht och tyst.

The hotel was great starting with assisting with the language differences to arranging our departing transportation. They were very very attentive to our needs. If ever we go back there we will stay!!

Overall a good place to stay. 15 min walking distance from the arc of triomphe ... There´s a bus stop at the door that leves you right in front of the eiffel tower in 20-30 mins (depending on traffic)..and it´s more or less ten min walk to the metro station. The only downside is that for a 4 star hotel (and the price you pay) the room and wc are relatively small.

Hotel was in a fantastic location for walking to the many sites of Paris! There were good dining options near to the hotel as well and it was also well located for the Metro. The room was light, spacious and was very clean, if you choose to have breakfast there were good options available for a reasonable price! Overall highly recommend!

Very clean and welcoming. Enjoyed the neighborhood feel of Neuilly. Enjoyed dinner at Restaurant Fratelli nearby. Patisseries and chocolate shops in close proximity.

The room is so tiny that there’s barely any space to move. The staff was great though. Breakfast was great as well.

Presque tout a été bien sauf des nuisances (bruit) intermittentes pendant la nuit. Une sorte de moteur ou autre appareil assez dérangeant pour dormir.

Stayed 3 nights and decided to stay 4 nights ! Great access to key Parts sightseeing spot ! Plenty of dining options and close to super market, wine shop, ATM and close to metro Porte Maillot. Reception personals are all warn, kind and supportive. Thanks.

Sjarmerende lite og rolig hotell med veldig serviceinnstilte ansatte som snakket ok engelsk. Nyoppussede rom og god frokostbuffet til fransk standard å være. Nær beliggenhet til restauranter, skogsområde og t banen :)

Super ophold hvor personalet virkelig er hjælpsom uanset hvad du spørg om. Skønt hotel i et dejligt område tæt på både shopping og seværdigheder.

L'accueil était parfait. Le personnel très aimable et très serviable. La propreté irréprochable. Les couchages de très bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et les produits servis de bonne qualité. Enfin, la situation de l'hôtel est très pratique. Beaucoup de restaurants autour, proximité des transports et des centres d'intérêt touristiques.

Hotel 37 Bis is perfect in everyday. While it may seem a bit "out" from city center, this is an additional plus for this fine property as it is just steps away from the Metro 1 line and there is bus access just outside the door of the hotel. The hotel is refined, has A/C for summer, and is beautifully appointed. The staff could not be more accommodating - they greet you as if you are old friends and are eager to help with any questions. The quality of everything in the hotel is exceptional, the beds are very comfortable and one is greeted with a fresh bottle of purified water each day. To add to this perfect stay, there is a pharmacy, a grocer, and an award winning patisserie/boulanger just down the street along with a host of charming shops, and a typical French market just steps. This is my go-to hotel when in Paris and I give it my GO GO GO GO GO rating. Merci Hotel 37 Bis for always meeting my expectations.

A great little hotel not too far from the subway. Very nice bedroom, bathroom with Ritual Shampoo and Soap. Everything feels new and cosy

This was a random pick for my trip based on location and what a stroke of luck it was! The hotel was super clean and roomy for me, but what made it even better was the awesome staff. From the ladies at checkin to the very kind night manager (I wish I wrote their names down), they were so helpful and friendly. I’m not sure when I will get back to Paris but I will for sure make this hotel the place I stay!

Easy access to metro, safe area, the room was very clean. The shower room and sauna were really great. Toiletries and hair dryer available as well as a mini bar. Very enjoyable stay 😃

Excellent customer service. I was sent an email questionnaire a few days before my trip asking if I needed anything. After selecting transportation- they set up everything for me with a driver. When I arrived at the hotel I was offered a complimentary drink. I was early for check in but they worked hard to get a room ready for me so that I could shower and nap after my red eye flight. I’m very grateful for this. The hotel is well appointed. The rooms have a beautiful scent and come with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom and also a fully stocked mini bar. (There is a fee schedule for the mini bar) The bed and pillows are so comfy and I appreciate the black-out blinds. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with a few complimentary pods and a free bottle of water on arrival. They really treat you so well here. This will forever be the hotel I stay at when I visit Paris.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean. I was welcomed with a birthday note on my bed and champagne by the balcony. The bathroom floors are heated and a towel warmer by the sink. The room has a stocked mini bar, iron, robe, and tea/ coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The stay was perfect for my solo travel. I will definitely book again.
