Tudo mal instruido nao é confortável e nem tem um bom cafe da manhã .

Rooms are decent and the location to the beach is fab. Almost on the beach.

This is our 3rd return to the resort and love it BUT the one downfall is that we could not swim in the pool at night when returning from dinner. They chlorinate the pool fairly early. Would suggest they only do this at midnight as it would give holiday goers who generally only return from dinner late the ability to cool down before retiring. This is a holiday resort after all.

A decent hotel but overpriced. It was off season, so there is no pool party. The food was average and the room weren’t special

Nothing bad but nothing special

Rooms were very clean, staff were very professional and spoke god english. Perfect location, right next to the beach. Not really the hotel to take if you intend on sleeping early as there is loud music playing because of all the bars near by until 5-6am. But for easy access to the beach, this is definitely the spot. They have a big swimming pool on the beach with a bar!

A piscina é boa, e tem uma linda vista para o mar. Existe um bar na piscina também.

Eu esperava muito mais para um hostel. A famosa festa da piscina acontece a tarde, quando todos estão nos passeios, e acaba 9 da noite. O bar só aceita dinheiro, como vou pagar se estou dentro da piscina? Façam um meio de cartao ou algo do tipo para ser pago no check out, não da pra usar dinheiro dentro da piscina. Phi phi é muito quente, e as 11 em ponto o ar condicionado é desligado, tornando insalubre ficar dentro do quarto, que é pequeno e não tem armarios para guardar as malas, então os quartos ficam uma bagunça. Phi phi tem muitas festas, se você for curtir as festas e quiser descansar no dia seguinte, prepare se para acordar as 11 horas. Não vi cozinha compartilhada e não existe nenhuma atividade programada para interação dos hóspedes por parte dos staffs. O banheiro para tomar banho não tem onde colocar as roupas. Eu esperava muito mais, pois tem uma estrutura muito boa, e uma localização excelente.

Great Hotel , friendly staff and helpful, nice swimming pools , clean and nice room. We enjoyed our stay here without any complaints! Special thanks to the front desk receptionist.

si quieres descansar es imposible, hay dos discotecas con musica techno toda la noche.

frente al mar, con piscina linda pero todos pueden entrar al comprar algo no solo los del hotel y hostal

llegué a las 3am a mi habitación, dónde habían 6 camas, habían 4 hombres y yo, al llegar a las 3 am estaban 3 hombres con 3 mujeres y una pareja en mi cama, los tube que hechar yo por qué los trabajadores no lograban sacarlos, decían que habían pagado, pero las mujeres no eran de esa habitación, al día siguiente me dijieron que me cambiara como si yo fuera el problema, dormí en una cama donde había una pareja quizás haciendo que cosas y la respuesta de ellos fue que podía pagar más por otra habitación privado como si fuera algo normal que una pareja estubiera en mi cama, 3 meses viajando por sudeste asiático y fue la única mala experiencia que he tenido

A acústica do quarto em que eu fiquei era ruim, pq o som da balada é muito alto! Se quiser sossego nao vai ter!

La ubicación y la pileta

Los dormitorios muy malos, sin cortinas, sin siquiera un gancho para colgar la toalla. Todo bien q hay joda permanentemente pero las habitaciones retumban permanentemente por la música de afuera, no se puede dormir. El aire acondicionado lo manejan ellos con horario.

Pra quem quer curtir balada, a opção é excelente! Próximo às Festas Noturnas e tem a Piscina Durante o dia que é bom pra interagir e se conectar com pessoas de todo o mundo.

Por ser próximo D+ as Baladas a Acústica dos quartos nao funciona bem e se vc buscar relaxar não é a melhor opção pq a rotatividade de hóspede é grande e se o hóspede vai embora os funcionários ja entra no quarto pra limpar e nao respeita os outros hóspedes que estao dormindo, seus rádios amadores no último volume e pra mim me incomodou !

Rooms were not so good!! No doors just glass doors with curtains!! Less privacy and security

It was very loud at night because of the parties at the beach. So just be aware of that. Besides that it was great.

Food quality not upto the mark, also the buffet breakfast did not have the variety, no live counter, food was not hot, all in all not a great value for money. The amount that was charged was too high for the facility that was provided.

Room is so basic My thought was pool party till midnight so We booked it for Monday then came to know that overrated pool party is on Tuesday so requested to change the dates but the deliberately refused our request saying that not available in chat but it will be if we pay 500 baht(Rs1500) more… and told room is costlier on Tuesday although we checked it was same price on booking and other websites also… Man come on we have already paid Rs12500… but what to do so I paid Rs14000 total for this pool party (just because I didn’t wanted me and my girl to go to some other place drunk at midnight) and there were just 4-5 people playing in the pool…And it just wrapped up at 8:30🥲….Just totally not worth it you can book somewhere else and chill in the pool for free

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Strand, mit einem Strand Pool - und einem Relax-Pool, beide mit Pool-Bar Freundliches und hilfbereites Personal (hat uns bei Ankunft sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten als gebucht, welches einwenig von dem Strand-Pool entfernt war - ruhigere Lage) Hervorragentes Frühstück mit toller Auswahl, direkt am Strand mit fantastisches Aussicht Coole Strand-Beizli am langen Strand entlang Ein Upgrade in eine Villa am Relax-Pool lohnt sich

3x pro Woche findet eien Pool-Party statt - sehr laut bis früh in den Morgen, danch viel Schmutz und Abfall am Strand Es wird geraucht, gekifft und "gesoffen" was nur in einen Menschen hinein geht, dadurch steigt der Lärmpegel immer mehr Es gibt keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme am Strand

Ubicación buena un poquito ruidosa pero la isla phi phi es así desayuno simple pero bueno

Lovely location right on the beach but the music is extremely loud and it doesn’t stop until 3am every night.

Although it was a nice spot I would not recommend staying here there is no privacy, it’s not clean, toilet and showers are together so everything gets wet and there is no where to put your things. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and this was unfortunately very average

Ligt direct aan het strand. Vriendelijk personeel.

Eerste instantie ziet het er mooi uit. Mooie lobby maar dan wordt je een gebouw verder gebracht waar de kamer gesitueerd is. De kamers liggen in soort van overdekt straatje met de ramen tegenover elkaar dus geen privacy. Je terrasje is voor de deur. Misschien erg leuk voor feestende jongeren maar voor ons viel het tegen.

Notre chambre était une annexe de l’hôtel avec des chambre non insonorisé. Pas moyen de dormir!!! Le petit déjeuner fade!!😭

La piscine, l’emplacement directement sur la plage.

Collé à une boîte de nuit extérieure qui ferme à 4h du matin donc la seule chose qui vous sépare de dormir dans une boîte de nuit et votre porte de chambre. Les pool party sont cool et moins dérangeante le son est fini à 22h. Pas de locker dans la chambre un simple petit coffre. Aucun rideau aux lits aucune intimité.
