I stay here every time I am in High Level. It’s always an overnight stay and this accommodation is convenient right on the highway yet not noisy! Front desk is friendly and efficient. Fireplace is a real nice touch and takes the chill off the room in winter. Highly recommended

The roomwas clean and liked that the satellite tv had all channels, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Restaurant hours were limited.

This is one of the many old hotels in the area. Don't eat the onsite pizza, I swear it's a frozen bake.

My regular stay in High Level. Has all I require for an overnight stay. Enjoyed a really good meal in the restaurant. The room was cosy with fireplace for heat! Young lady that welcomed us at the check-in counter was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

The motel was clean and quiet. The check in was fast and courteous. The restaurant in the motel has great food especially the pizza and ribs.

It was our first time staying at this property and we loved the very friendly staff at the front desk and the engaging server at the restaurant. The food was excellent in the resto as well. The room was well appointed with a gas fireplace, which would be quite cheery during a winter or late fall stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and most pleasant hotel experience me and my family had. Best breakfast includes by far! Great staff! Hospitality at its best! Clean and quiet rooms, double entrance. Fireplace, AC, shower is awesome! Quality Inn rocks!

High Level hotels are comparatively high priced considering the age of condition of the facility

Great stay

Room was relatively clean, although the air conditioner was very dirty and unbelievably noisy when it kicked into operation, had to turn it off for the night as it was to loud to get a proper sleep. The thermostat was hooked up backwards, lowering the thermostat increased the heating and raising the thermostat decreased the heating to the room, very easy fix, just change the wires on the thermostat to get it to working properly. Other customers leaving at 5am very noisy slamming doors. Breakfast was very good with a good assortment of eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, cereal, and juices. Check in and check out staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

There was an old musty smell and the air freshener was smelly. Black beetles coming from the drain in the bathroom. Room furniture was filthy needed to be steam cleaned. Just an old building with a coat of fresh paint. Mirror had fingerprints. Staff were friendly and helpful Would never stay there again

This is my regular stop for an overnight stay. Personnel is friendly and helpful.I like the individual fire places in the cold months. Sometimes loud road noise is a disadvantage to staying there. All in all a decent place to stay.

We like the Quality Inn - it is class and our favourite place to stay. Their rooms are attractive and well laid out. The service is very good and the food is excellent and well portioned.

There was a couch in the room microwave and small fridge, this was perfect especially the couch to watch tv in. The staff were fast in checking me in as well.

Room was cool and fireplace wouldn’t start- Took some time to get it going and then you were unable to adjust it so the room become very hot and has to get up at 1 a.m. to turn it off.Otherwise,the room was fine just like my previous visits. Just a one night visit like usual and provided what I needed.

Staff were friendly and courteous and very professional and helpful when I locked myself out of my room (with deadbolt and safety lock engaged!). The facilities look a little tired, however.

Entry into lobby was extremely icy and not maintained. Room and microwave were not clean. Breakfast was generally good.

Booked a double room. Was given a single room and all double rooms were booked, doesn't help if you have kids.

It was a nice property but unfortunately my room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

I got a king size bed and consequently the room was large. It was comfortable and clean. There’s a fireplace, table, two chairs, a dresser, desk, two nightstands and still there was a lot of room.

Everything was good but we expected a sit down free continental breakfast but received it in a bag to bring back to our room. Plenty to eat, but not the variety we expected. We were told that it was due to a staff shortage.

It’s my go to place in High Level. It is everything I require for a quick overnight stay!

The pizza is great! There is an entrance to your room from the hall as well as directly outside. The room has a full size fridge and a fire place as well as A/C in the summer.

The staff at the front desk is not very nice or helpful, I went to print out some documents and they were always showing a poor customer service attitude, this was rude. Lots of flies and spiders inside my room. The breakfast to go was a plus and the rooms are okay but aging

Check in was smooth and safe. Room was very clean. Especially enjoyed the bag breakfast supplied since many hotels seem to have just cancelled their free breakfast.

High Level is a highway town. This hotel adjoins the Stardust. Sketchy back alley.

Very basic. Beds were comfortable but there was notujng special to make tuia stand out.

Fast and friendly check-in (I believe his name was Darren) which was appreciated given the long day of driving I had just had. Room was definitely older but clean and the shower was nice and hot in the morning. Good complimentary breakfast in a bag due to CoVID-19 restrictions. Would stay here again :)

Service was good. Room had many mosquitos, either coming from the crack in the door, or from the loose vent in the bathroom. Don't think I will stay there again.

I recently started staying at the Quality Inn again and was very impressed by the renovated rooms, lobby and the updated complementary breakfast. Service was very good. Great quality for the price. Gas fireplace and mini fridge in room is always nice. Even though I've never personally used the exercise facility, it appears to be well maintained. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in High Level on business.

Restaurant and lounge were both closed when I checked in at nine pm had to go to the bar to get food, which happened to have strppers performing in it

Convenient location, large rooms with kitchen and fireplace. Only complaint is that the room had a very strong air freshener smell and the breakfast was not good - especially if you eat gluten free.

Treated very well and nice room at a very good rate! Nice Choice Hotel and well located! Decent rooms with better than average service, Television and other normal things. Good place to spend a night while traveling from the NWT! 1

Room was too small it didn’t look like in the picture.

Nice place to stay for a few days, cost was reasonable. The only thing i didn't like is that it advertises an airport shuttle. It doesn't have one.

The room is spacious. It has a desk, separate table with chairs, fireplace, kitchenette, and single queen bed. While it was a little dated, it was comfortable and convenient. The housekeeping staff are friendly. Check in staff were efficient but not engaging. They have a gym with all the basics for a weight and cardio workout. The price is reasonable and the location is great. If High Level is a stop along the way, this would be a good choice.

Quality is not the operative word for this property. Room was dirty, smelled of smoke and was desperately in need of some maintenance. Would never stay here again.

This is a reasonable place to stay while traveling through the area. I was heading from Edmonton up into the NWT, and this was about the halfway mark. I arrived very late, 11:00pmish. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was dated, but clean. Room also had a kitchen area, so had i been earlier or had i planned on staying a few days, the option to cook for myself was there. Breakfast buffet was ok, I went later, 9:00am and there was not much left, but the lady who ran it offered to cook me up more. Cost was $145 for the night Food, fuel and other hotels nearby. No issue recommending this place.
