Fantastic stay, as usual!

Soft, comfortable beds! Great location between Jomtien and Walking street.

A good-sized apartment with a very comfortable bed. The location was good for getting to both Jomtien and Pattaya by walking or via the baht buses. Also close to the Thappraya Night Market. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Lack of facilities for making hot drinks.

Beautiful, well maintained, the staff is very kind. the rooms are clean. The only negative is that there is no elevator, but the staff will help you lift your suitcase.

Friendly staff and location was just outside the town but only a baht ride away to enjoy Pattaya or Jomtien. Nothing was to much trouble and Mike and his wife are fantastic hosts .

Just stayed for 1 night as i was late arriving. I was greeted by a man on arrival who was a pure gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. The check in was easy and all staff very friendly. The room was decent enough for the price and had everything we needed. Unfortunately my short stay was spoiled by a nasty stomach bug and i woke up at 2am and spent the next 8 hours in agony in the bathroom. I think i must have eaten some contaminated food earlier that day. The wife explained to the owners that i was feeling ill and they were very kind and helpful. We had other accommodation booked for the rest of our trip because we wanted closer to the beach. I would like to thank the staff at pattaya garden for their kind hospitality during our stay.

Older property but well taken care of, very clean throughout, comfortable bed and spacious room. The owner and wife ( assuming wife ) are fantastic.

The owner were nice.the place needs updating. Few animal crawling in our room. Bring your toiletries. It will be nice if they cleaned the property, tidy and our room

The room was clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Super comfy bed. The location is very convenient too. Great restaurant next door. The owners, Mike and Ning, do all they can to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. Great bed, excellent shower, and good AC.

The staff was very nice, and helpful with information about atm’s, restaurants and transportation, the room A/C was leak but worked good enough for a good nite sleep we enjoyed our stay.

The location isn't the best. Low water pressure to the bathroom basin, but the shower was good.

Good location with easy access to 10B trucks. There are food choices right outside the apartment, and a 7-Eleven less than 5min away. Short trip whether you want to go to Jomtien or Pattaya city. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English well. Spacious room. We were 5 people. (2 adults 3 children) The room had 2 bedrooms with each their own air-condition that worked well. The living room was equipped with a large ceiling fan that was able to keep the room comfortable on its own. I highly recommend staying here.

Not a huge problem as we kept the bedroom doors closed after dark, but worthy a mention. The way the hall was built up to our room (104) made it an easy access and a dead end for mosquitoes. After dark you could see a congregation of mosquitoes hanging outside the door. Opening the door after dark results in a bunch of mosquitoes entering the room.

Excellent location , on tuck-tuck route, close to restaurants, massage,pharmacy , 7 eleven and bus station. Short drive to Jomtien Beach. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed, good water pressure, fridge, AC . Quiet room. Ning receptionist, cleaning lady and manager has always a smile on her face available to answer any questions that one might have.

Great little hotel, owner was very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable 😌 nice clean room and in quiet area.

Great people running the place, friendly and helpful. Tiny pool and no lift but manageable.

The room was neat, clean, and spacious. The lady at reception was attentive and helpful.

The parking said on site but it was on the side of the road. The swimming is very small. You can't swim. There is a new condominium going up across the road so early morning noise.

From the moment of my arrival I was greeted with the utmost of kindness. They welcomed me by name, got me checked in within a flash and showed me to my room. What I liked best about the room I stayed in was a counter for me to use as a workstation for my laptop and microphone. It was a much better layout for my work than a traditional desk. Mike, Ning and Jo all befriended me, giving me great suggestions for restaurants, activities and the best beach to go to. My first stay was only a few days but I liked it so much I booked again for another month. The location is central to everywhere I want to be and there is not a lot of noise on this street which allowed me to sleep very well. Speaking of a restful sleep I was quite impressed with the quality of mattresses they have. I am sure these were imported as the quality was best in the world. Pattaya Garden Apartments will be my go to place of serenity whenever I revisit Pattaya. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay superbly pleasant. My highest recommendation of 10 Stars Plus Plus!

Mike the owner great guy nothink to much trouble tge staff where fab, rooms were massive. location for me perfect as walking distance to the 2 beaches are about 20mins

Nice place, large room,lots of natural light, pool located next to reception at the front of hotel near the road doesn't make for a good place to take a dip. Never used it. Four story building and no elevator. No view

A comfy spot! We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Staff is nice and speaks English. They were accommodating. Had no problems at all. And they have a pool. Great price, great staff.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely and I loved the fact that the fridge stayed on without needing the key thing to be in the slot - such a simple thing, but gosh it makes a difference!

Every time I have stayed here its been great. I highly recommend this hotel as they have the most comfortable beds I have slept on in Asia. The location for me is great as mid point from walking street and Jomtien beach. The 10 baht bus is located just outside making it easy to get around. Thanks to the staff of Pattaya Garden for an enjoyable stay.

Small hotel, in a quiet area. Big bathroom, comfortable bed and the staff friendly. I checked in late and there was no problem. Would stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area away from the bars and clubs, but still close enough to be within a 25min stroll to walking street and the beaches. The staff at the 24hr service desk were very kind and helpful. They advertised a sports bar which was non existent and i wasn't able to purchase any drinks. The pool filter did not work and was consistently covered in a thick layer of mosquitos. We had no power for a day in our rooms, which meant no fridge, no aircon and no running water, which wasn't fun when I just wanted to relax. I was disappointed we were not compensated for this in anyway, considering the rooms were already over priced. All in all if you just want a basic place to sleep and a friendly smile at the service desk, than it's not too bad.

Mike and Ning who own the place take obvious pride in not only the quality of your rest but also the non intrusive but highly welcome aura that greets you from the moment you arrive and remains well after you have left. Everyone is a friend even the Night Manager/Security Guard whose contagious smile you cannot but help but adopt. No guest is forgotten as we found when returning there after almost a year away only to be greeted by a huge smile and genuine welcome from both. Great in that there are no coach loads of tourists swarming over the place but if ever you wonder what it is like at the UN, you need look no further. All are welcome, all are friendly. Whilst food is not provided by Mike and Ning, you will be delighted with the arrangements in place to eat ranging from a full and excellent breakfast to very high dining at an almost unbelievably low cost. My wife and I have travelled extensively through our lives but struggle to find anywhere that can compare as favourably as this. Well done guys, see you next week!

Great place to stay! Hotel staff was VERY nice and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Very inexpensive...the value of this room for the amount it costs is unrivaled. I will be staying here every time I come back to Pattaya.

Excellent for the price, very friendly and professional staff, at first I thought maybe not the bast location but soon changed my mind, it was fairly quiet but still real close to everything. The best beach only a 3 min scooter away, lots of restaurants close by, walking street in under 10 min by taxi

It's a nice place big rooms, quite, value for money a little bit out of the way from pattaya, but can get baht bus a cross the road takes you where you want to go for ten baht. overall nice stay

Wanted to get away for the weekend. The staff were friendly and attentive. The owner Mike greeted me on arrival and gave me helpful information about local active ites and how to get around. Great location close to the beach and walking street. Secure and peaceful location will book again when in town. Highly recommended

The hotel was very welcoming, the owner was friendly but not intrusive. Construction noise outside in the morning did get noticed a little. My room was very well equipped and only one time (last full day) my room was not cleaned. Wifi was excellent in my room. Location: just off the main Pattaya - Jomtien road so plenty of baht buses to catch but be warned this road is not easy to cross when busy. There is a 7-11 nearby. Motorbike parking ok outside the hotel. There is no lift so be prepared for 5 flights of stairs if you are on the top floor. Also the small pool is a bit cold. Overall I would stay again as it balances the need for a calmer vibe but close enough for party city if the mood takes me.

be careful if you decide to book here. i expected to spend to spend a week here but got dumped in a nearby hotel instead without any explanation or apology.

Usually stay at a different resort however they were full so we tried this one out. We will stay here in future. Top place, top people and top condition

Brilliant place. Very comfortable bed with top class linen. Perfect wifi, flat screen tv, quiet remote controlled aircon. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Definitely recommend this place

Stayed for 19 days and was very impressed.Just been refurbished with great clean rooms.Great location close to main road. Just 2 mins from centre of Pattaya one way or Jontiem the other way by mini bus ( less than 20pence ) Buses run every couple of minutes.All staff are brilliant.Mike and Telac the owners cant do enough to help and it felt like home. I will certainly go back and the price is excellent considering the standard. Really hot and muggy weather however the aircon system was the best I have had in Thailand. Pool is small but ok to cool off in the hot afternoons with a cold beer. Good cheap cafe,shop and laundrette next door.

It was a great place to stay the host was great and very helpful and the staff are great the rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy I just cant fault the hotel all it has a security guard there all night and he has been with them for the last 10 years for safety and security I can not fault it

One tip, take the Superior room it is almost twice the size or regular room and just a little bit more. The staff were excellent, I needed some ice and the girl downstairs went over to the corner store and bought me a bag of ice and gave it to me for free. Now that is service which aims to please and make you feel special. I will stay here again.

No ac in marinara of the suite, but otherwise a nice stay. Pool was nice. Nothing fancy, but nice place. Very clean. Huge bathroom.

The host was good same for staff - But the room was too small for 2 people. (WHICH MEANS THE PRICE WAS OVER THE TOP) - Many cheaper hotels at the same or less cost a few 100m away. Bathroom was big (This was a PLUS) - Pool well??? not a pool as such - more like a big bath.

This was my second time to go to this hotel. The proprietors are excellent hosts . . . watching out and taking care of my needs. Very comfortable beds - high quality mattresses - the same I would expect in the most expensive hotels in this resort city. I will go back.

Pattaya can be noisy and gritty.. but this place set down just off the main road between Pattaya and Jontiem beaches was perfect for me. I wanted a easy to get to apartment-like place with great comfort. This hotel was just that. The bed... wonderful... soft and plush with a very nice comforter... high end hotel quality .. not the typical "hard" asian style bed. For my California body it was just what I needed. The pictures are accurate and check in/out was easy. No lift in the building but I did not mind the climb to my 4th floor mini'suite. Loved having a seperate seating area. Everything is newly refurbished.. lovely blue paint .... nice terrace with a view to an open field next door. I rented a motorbike but you could also take the 10bah bus into the city center or onto Jontiem's beautiful beaches with no problem anytime of day or night.
