Hotel Francesca

Great location, beautiful hotel and very friendly staff

I liked how frequently the staff cleaned the room. Especially when they would clean the balcony each day and make up our bed. It had all the necessary equipment you needed. Best part was that it had a parking space for its customers. All in all it was a great choice and just 3 minutes from the beach at most.

The room had some room for improvements, it was not that upgraded. The bed mattress could have been upgraded and some better decorations as well, the TV was kind of old but for summer vacations is not something that you pay too much attention at.

Everything

Amazing location and the staff and owners were wonderful. Very helpful and hospitable. Great to have the pool on the windy afternoons.

Very good location, 2min walking to the beach and restaurants/mini markets.. Clean and spacious room (everyday cleaning). Staff was very nice and helpful. I would come back here again if I ever come back to Naxos.

Overall, everything was fine. As a small recommendation, a mosquito net for the balcony would be a helpful addition, but we didn't experience any issues. Everything else was completely fine.

I've been to Naxos 12 times. It's my go-to Island and now Francesca's is my go-to hotel. The staff, from the owner on down, is phenomenal. The location is steps from the best organized beach on the island as well as restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop into Chora. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with large balconies. The showers are closed and with better water pressure than I even have back home. The main area has trash bins every few feet to get rid of coffee cups or any other junk you don't want in your room. The pool area even has two closed showers. It's all these extra touches that will keep me coming back.

Nothing. Anyone who complains about this place is looking to make a fuss. That's how good it is.

We loved our stay at this family run hotel. The location was unbeatable and the pool and room was spotless.

No one really available at reception.

Typical cycladian rent rooms, with a nice swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and premises were very clean. The rooms are very well situated at a quiet small road right next to the main road and one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Last but not least, they are pet friendly by all means!

There was nothing not to like.

The staff hand wrote a whole page of recommendations for places to visit during our stay. The pool was beautifully clean and a welcome change from the very salty sea. The staff were so kind and welcoming. I had a wonderful time.

It was clean, comfort enough, perfect location, good brakefast. Special thanks to Maria

The receptionist Maria was wonderful and very accomodating through my entire stay! Property is steps from beautiful beaches.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is in a great location, just a few minutes away from the sea, and the pool area is especially beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated that they even prepared a map of the island for us, with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. This was a really thoughtful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. That said, the rooms could benefit from some renovation, as the furniture and overall interior feel a little dated. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was also somewhat weak, although it worked better in the common areas. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially because of its excellent location, lovely pool area, cleanliness, and exceptionally friendly staff.

La piscina all’esterno è pulita e confortevole.

Wonderfully situated close to restaurants and the sea is a two minute walk. Very comfortable room with nice balcony. Excellent air con. Bathroom on the small size but this is not really a problem. Nice size pool with loungers and umbrellas. Public transport is also very accessible with supermarket and lovely bakery well within walking distance. We did not have the breakfast option.

Nothing to comment here. Everything was just fine.

Everything was delightful. The shower was amazing, albeit a little cramped. The staff were very friendly and it was a perfect location.

Bref, absolument parfait

Everything was perfect. The room was right next to the pool and it was very peaceful.

Can’t beat the location! Everything is so clean.

Loved the architecture, the location, the staff, and the pool and sunbeds were great additions

Ubicacion y practicidas

Amazing location 1 street from the main Agios Prokopios strip. Parking was a big plus. Clean rooms and a fab pool. Super friendly staff. Rapid check in.

The room is small. Great for 1 person, and slightly tight for 2.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room very clean, and the kids loved playing at the swimming pool!

We love love the pool, location and they cleaned the room everyday!! Super nice family owned hotel. We will be back for sure! My kids loved it there!

Nothing!!

Hermosa piscina y ubicación.

Pésima Internet. Imposible trabajar.

Elke ochtend vers bereid ontbijt.

I dream of staying here again! Rooms were big and airy. AC worked perfectly. Gorgeous view from balcony. Fabulous pool. Close to everything we needed, including bus to the main town. I cant wait to return someday

Nothing

Posizione, piscina, parcheggio e pulizia

Migliorerei alcuni particolari nella camera, tipo interruttori staccati

Rien

La ubicación. El personal. La tranquilidad de las instalaciones. La piscina. La limpieza del apartamento cada dia.

Poco menaje y artículos de cocina. Lo mínimo mínimo. Estaría bien completar

Very clean and the best location! Had everything we needed and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing.

Perfect location, 2 minutes to beach, bus station, restaurants.. Room was nice, great shower pressure, very comfy bed, we slept like babies. Very welcoming owner, we had great time here.

The room was relatively spacious and the balcony was a real highlight — plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. For a short stay of a couple of nights, it does the job well.

The fixtures, kitchen, and furniture all looked quite worn and tired. There was also a strange, persistent smell in the bathroom. On top of that, we could hear chairs being scraped and moved around as late as 00:30. For a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Toppklass!

Inget

Location was perfect - pool amazing for the kids - staff extremely friendly and very helpful with all our needs Maria that worked at reception was amazing!

the wifi was a bit slow but not to much of a problem I would suggest the cleaning staff pack the mops and buckets away once cleaning is done as it was not great seeing it around the premesis

The location close to the beach and bus stop. Very nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. The size of the family room with 2 separate bedrooms and terraces is great.

The WiFi doesn’t work well, kitchen could be improved. The stovetop is very slow and not enough kitchen utensils.

Fantastic location and pool. Perfect place for us as a family of four, lovely welcome and a great suggestion list , thank you 😊

Nothing

The property was excellent, location was brilliant and staff couldn’t be more helpful, they had us a map of the island with lots of recommendations written on absolutely amazing 🥰

Nothing all amazing

Beautiful hotel with central location. Staff was incredible and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of options available.

I didn’t like when I had to leave…

The location was amazing, WiFi was good, room was small but very comfortable and had a nice balcony. Maria in reception was so kind and helpful

Bathroom was a bit outdated but nothing to complain about

Amazing location, and the pool is great!

Amazing 😍

Excelentemente ubicado.

Amazing location right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great rooms and facilities, 10/10

Posizione, pulizia, servizio in generale. Piscina super.

Bra läge i Agios prokopios, nära stranden.

Maria at the reception was very nice and helpful. Cleaning was good and we could borrow beach towels. There was a laundry service available for 7-10 Euro. The location was very good, in a calm area, still very close to restaurants and bus station.

Wifi coverage and speed was not good. Beds and pillows were a bit too hard for my taste.

Location was great, pool was clean and refreshing.

No tea, coffee or milk provided to at least tie us over for 1 day.

Location, the staff, swimming pool is cool, the room is big

The shower is right next to the wc All the bathroom end up wet after a shower

It was as expected in the picture it was clean the staff lovely near To all the beaches I loved it so much I am going again

The noise of other people

The staff, location, the balcony and pool

Nothing really

Pesados

Posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, personale cortese e disponibile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Niets

Amabilidad del personal. Ubicación. Comodidad.

Pool was great

Everything was great. Maria was very kind and gave us good tips, the breakfast was really good and very clean in the room.

Great location, close walking distance to the beach Agios Prokopios with lots of restaurants. Small supermarket close to the hotel where you can buy essentials and bus tickets. Also nice pool to relax after a long day at the beach. Owner of the hotel super friendly and always provided recommendations and help when needed. Can only recommend for that budget!

Perfect location and loved the pool in late afternoon!

3. Lumina foarte slaba in camera . 4.

Large and clean apartments. Great value and quality. We will return again

All was good. Excellent

Very clean, great pool, staff helpful with many recommendations and helping coordinate transportation. Location is very central with 2 minute walk to beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. ATV rental nearby and a great way to visit villages.

No complaints

Really close to everything you need, super clean and lovely staff.

Good location. Near the beach and restaurants. Very clean, nice pool.

In our case the room was tucked in a corner and dark.

A big ' Thank you ' to Maria .she was very helpfull with our situation ! We love the pool and the is super clean ..we had a very nice time 🤩😎☀️

Rien

Location, friendly staff, value

Nothing
