Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Very clean, lovely pool area.

Just a minor thing but some of the handles on the chest of drawers in our room were missing. Also although the shower was lovely, the shower cubicle was very small and there was no where for soap, shampoo etc.

The location was excellent. Apartment updated, modern and clean. Bathroom was great and shower was perfect with great water pressure. The pool and breakfasts were an added Plus. Nikko and his staff were awesome.

There was nothing not to like. Highly recommend this hotel.

The owners are nicest people ever. The family running the place is so warm hearted and helpful. They took care of all guests with such earnestness. I have never experienced su h hospitality.

The shower area is a little small.

Lovely family run hotel. Staff were very helpful booking a taxi to get us to the hotel from the port and quick to respond to messages. Rooms are well appointed and cleaned daily. We all loved the swimming pools and the choice of food for the buffet breakfast.

Great base on Naxos Island. You are 5 mins away from Agios Prokopios beach and abiut 10 mins from Agia Anna beach. The bus stop is 2 mins away to get to Chora. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The highlight: the amazing pool. We spent most afternoons enjoying it and it never felt too crowded.

The staff was wonderful - super nice and helpful. The location was excellent - just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The breakfast was great - a lot to eat. The pool was always super clean. The room was also cleaned every day and very well.

With a 2 star hotel, as rating by booking, this place was really amazing. I just sincerely think they should be moved to 3 star. Maybe for that they can put some kettles in the rooms and add a few more things...

L’hotel Perla è molto carino e accogliente, lo nostra camera era bellissima con arredi nuovi, spaziosa e letto comodo. Vista mare favolosa La piscina è bella con lettini comodissimi. Hai vicino tutto: fermata autobus praticamente difronte alla struttura, spiaggia 5 minuti a piedi (forse anche meno), supermercato e lavanderia difronte. Rristoranti tutti vicinissimi. Il proprietario è simpatico e cordiale.

Clean hotel in a great location. It’s family run and the whole family works hard to make this an enjoyable stay. Pretty much right on the beach and many many restaurants and cafes. Good location for renting a car and exploring the island. Breakfast was great, pool was very nice, and room was very comfortable. Nice owner that works hard.

La posizione è indubbiamente favolosa, a pochi passi dal lungomare di Agios Prokopios. La struttura è ben tenuta, pulita, molto gradevole. La piscina è sempre pulitissima e i nostri figli ci si sono divertiti moltissimo. La colazione varia e molto gradevole a bordo piscina.

La struttura mi è piaciuta tantissimo e ci ritornerei, indubbiamente però un punto di demerito va all’arredo un po’ antiquato delle camere. Ma niente che infici lo splendido soggiorno in questa deliziosa struttura.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au Perla Hotel et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. L’équipe a été adorable avec nous, toujours accueillante, disponible et attentive à nos besoins, notamment avec notre bébé de 6 mois. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. La chambre était exactement comme sur les photos, très agréable et confortable, avec un ménage quotidien impeccable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le charme de l’hôtel et l’espace piscine avec les transats. La localisation est vraiment idéale : la plage, les restaurants et les commerces sont tout proches. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied avec notre bébé pendant tout le séjour, ce qui était vraiment pratique et agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est également excellent, surtout au vu de la qualité de l’accueil, du confort et de l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil. Nous recommandons vraiment cette adresse

L’hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Aghios Prokopio ed ha tutto a portata di mano. La struttura è bene tenuta ed ha una piscina favolosa. La colazione è molto ricca. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e vengono pulite ogni giorno, compreso cambio biancheria. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, soprattutto Nikos che ha sempre una buona parola per tutti ed è sempre sorridente

The hotel was spotless, and the room was cleaned daily. The pool was also very clean. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and a beautiful beach, with a bus stop nearby. Nikos was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was quite varied and filling, although it was a little repetitive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

The size of the room was good. The ppol was good as well.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was bare minimum, but I wish there was more fruit or veggies or something else. Beds are not super comfortable, but ok. Always had problems with the shows- there was no door in the shower to stop the water from going everywhere, which is not super convenient as shower is next to the toilet and to the sink. We had to clean up the bathroom every time after taking a shower.

We enjoyed this hotel. The pool is beautiful and protected from the winds of Greece. Everything is clean and the owners who live there are kind. The supermarket is literally across the street and it's convenient. Palm twins the coffee shop next door is also a must visit.

Property was very clean well located and great swimming pool. Loved the balcony as it had a clothes drying rack which was super convenient. Pool was large enough for kids to play without annoying others. Always plenty of sun beds. We had an apartment which was modern and spacious.

The manager was a bit uptight and was very strict about the kids coming in and out of the pool which we understand but he could have done it in a nice way. My husband asked for milk about 20 mins before the start of breakfast and was told gruffly to wait. The taxis organised for us were double the price if we went to the taxi stand. He didn’t make us feel entirely welcome even though he tried to project a demeanour of being very hospitable. We were only allowed one pool towel a day but they weren’t changed unless you asked for it so we used the same towels for multiple days and dried them ourselves. Room could have used a full length mirror.

I liked the spacious room and the location of the property. It was very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast nice.

The sea view balcony was lovely if you ignored the car park in between.

Convenient location on a beautiful island but the grumpy reception/ owner spoiled our experience.When I asked for new beach/ pool towels he said we had to use the same ones given for the duration of our 3 nights stay. When asked for taxis or boat trips, he steered us towards his relatives who charged us double the usual market price ! The toiletries were not replenished during our 3 nights stay. Don’t stay at this hotel !

We absolutely loved our stay at Perla Hotel with our family. It offers the perfect balance of location, comfort, quality, and outstanding service. The brand-new swimming pool is fantastic, with incredibly comfortable sun loungers that made it easy to relax after a day at the beach. What makes this hotel truly special is its wonderful team. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their guests. They handle every request with professionalism and a smile, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent. Within a few minutes' walk you'll find many great restaurants and traditional tavernas, and the island's beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach is only about three minutes away. There is also a large parking area for guests, plus a supermarket and a gas station directly across the road, making everything extremely convenient. We were genuinely impressed by every aspect of our stay. We highly recommend Perla Hotel to anyone visiting Naxos, and we will definitely be coming back.

Mi è piaciuto tutto di Perla hotel. Era bellissimo e soprattutto pulitissimo, sia la camera che tutte le aree comuni. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e comodissima anche per raggiungere la Chora. Inoltre, proprio davanti all’hotel c’è la fermata dell’autobus, quindi è facilissimo spostarsi senza auto. La colazione era molto buona, con un’ottima scelta di prodotti, e tutto il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Naxos!

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Perla Hotel. Die ganze Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind top gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, 100 m zum Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem absolut ruhig. Familien geführtes Hotel , für Fragen und Anliegen immer ein offenes Ohr. Werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!

Very convenient location with a very short walk to the beach, opposite the supermarket and near the bus stop. Extremely friendly staff and a wonderfully clean facilities. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet. Fantastic Pool.

L'intera struttura è un vero gioiello per bellezza, pulizia, centralità, comodità e tranquillità. Una vera oasi di pace, dove si dorme divinamente ed ogni risveglio è allietato da colazione ottima e varia. A gestire tutto c'è un'imponente signora con i suoi due figli, tutti molto professionali e affabili. Consigliatissima!!!

Il percorso che conduce alla spiaggia passa accanto ad una zona sporca e maleodorante (esterna alla struttura), che si può evitare facendo un giro leggermente più ampio.

The shower head didn’t stay in place, but the rest is the maintenance in the hotel was good. Breakfast didn’t start until 8.30 so couldn’t grab anything before we left which was unfortunate. Still a good place to stay.

Είναι κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείου, σε καταστήματα και στην παραλία. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά!!

Our room was brand new, it was spacious and the long dressing counter with the mirror was convenient for my toiletries. We had a balcony that faced the sea. It was nice and quiet. There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel, which gets you to the main town/ port. Walking distance to the beach, beach clubs and restaurants,

Everything! Gorgeous room, very clean and with great amenities. For the price it is truly a gem, would book it again in a heartbeat! The staff is super helpful and warm, breakfast has a nice selection. Simply great!

Wifi is quite shaky; I would appreciate having some kitchen towels or kitchen rolls in the kitchenette, also some dishwasher. The dishes were washed with daily cleaning but if one is using the kitchenette you might need to tidy up a bit in between. These are all really nitpicking though :)

Excellent location, great and friendly staff, yummy breakfast (especially the orange pie!!), and extremely clean. Perla was great value for money, close but not too close to the beach, close to food and amenities! Staff was very helpful, and especially thoughtful of our 15 month old

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were looked after to the best by the family that own the hotel. They made sure we were informed and could not do more for us. The hotel is great value and right beside the beaches.

Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Hotellin sijainti loistava ja hintalaatusuhde täydellinen. Saimme viellä yllätykseksi bonuksena hotellin isoimman huoneen :) Allas-alue iso ja siisti. Aamupala loistava.

El personal fue siempre muy amable y servicial. El desayuno espectacular. La ubicación es perfecta si buscas pasar mas tiempo en la playa, para moverte recomiendo alquilar un auto porque casi no hay transporte público y es una isla muy grande con mucho para ver.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and looked after everything we needed. The location was quieter than Chora but some good local food options made it a great spot.

We arrived in late April and quite a few places were still closed. But even in the six days the area really started to come to life.

A great family run hotel. Spacious studio room. Close to supermarket, shops & restaurants, beach and bus stop. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Swimming pool.

Pool furniture ‘shaky’ and past use by; and it would be good to have a few extra loungers. No fresh OJ at breakfast (after having it everywhere else).

We liked most things about this hotel. The location is really good with everything we needed close by including the beach. The swimming pool was great, a real feature of this hotel. It is family friendly……but we would have preferred less kid if I am honest, but that’s our issue. The staff were lovely, helpful and the entire establishment was spotless, the staff do an amazing job looking after the rooms and the walkways, swimming pool etc. The breakfast had a reasonable selection. It was good to have facilities in the room for eating if you don’t want to eat out.

We liked most things about this hotel. We did have a TV but no remote and had to chase this issue up to get it sorted. We also had a problem with the shower, the water came out the low tap but not the shower rose itself, and we had to speak to staff 3-4 times before it was finally fixed, which was on our fourth day in the room. We also requested a double bed, but got two singles pushed together. Not a major issue but we did make a request that wasn’t met.

Lovely family operated hotel which was beautifully designed layout and felt very quiet and private. Rooms were basically soundproof when closed up to sleep at night. Breakfast was a great range and home made items also provided. The staff could not help enough.

NOTHING - well maybe the Pillows but that is such a personal preference, how could they please everyone with the type follow they provide. It would be impossible.
