Good value for money and a great location. The hotel is affordable and suitable for a short stay. However, the amenities are quite limited.

There was no drinking water provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi did not work in my room (or may only be available in the lobby). Overall, a decent budget hotel, but there is room for improvement.

The room was pretty good, especially for the price compared to other places in the area. It’s more of a budget-style hotel, so the room is a bit small, but it has everything you need, including a private bathroom. Housekeeping cleans the room every day, and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The price is reasonable and definitely good value. They also offer luggage storage after checkout, which is very convenient.

У помешканні не має холодильника , немає шафи або поличок для зберігання одягу і речей . Наш одяг цілий місяць находився у валізах . Для одягу була лише одна труба на якій висіли 3 зламані вішалки . Туалет був брудний ( я навіть купляла спеціальні засоби щоб його нормально помити і щоб було можна на нього сідати ) , на душі цвіль у кутках . Білизну нам міняли після кожного разу коли ми залишали табличку на дверях , але чиста білизна постійно була у плямах ☹️ Фото на сайтах і реальність дуже відрізняються ! На одному або двох поверхах був ремонт , тому надіюся після ремонту там буде трошки чистіше і ми зможемо до вас повернутися , тому що нам дуже сподобалося місцезнаходження

Personnel très agréable et hyper réceptif quand on a une demande. Linge de toilette et ménage fait tout les jours. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour se promener à pied , sinon il y a toujours des taxis au pied de l’hôtel. Très proche de patong beach.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, chambre mal nettoyer, serviette absente ou trouer, drap non changer durant 10 jours et quand ils sont changés ils sont tachés ou troués. Chambre nettoyée entre 17 et 18h pas en adéquation avec un séjour à l’hôtel.

Everything. . It was so costraphobic and tiny. The towel and the bath mat were both dirty and fully stained when we arrived. We were booked to stay there for 7 nights and we literally left after the first night. We booked somewhere else within hours of arriving. The staff were very lovely but that's the only good thing I can say. It's tiny, dirty and very uncomfortable.

It was my 1st Phuket visit since C19. More less 5years had gone. I usually stay in Soi Sansabai. I always seen Red Planet as a good location hotel. Situated near to Muslim quarter at Parabamee Road. Actually it is a good location for starting a morning run/stroll on the beach.. go anti clock wise.. go for beach, turned into Burasari Hard Rock road, then central road.. do 3round for good calory burned.. then only go for bfast at HAWA or any food stalls that operate near the mosque.. Red Planet. I was given 2nd flr. Room is facing back of other building (I have seen the worst window view in Soi Sansabai..). All the receptionists are very helpful.. I check in on 5th July, check out on 7th.. actually my mistake for not planning thoroughly. I should have extended my stay.. Rooms is small but good for 2 backpackers staying. Got hanger, towel & E safe box. Everything good. Pillow, blanket, bed.. all is 4star rating.. but the room price is 3star.. God.. what a bargain. No smoking ya.. now they got Turkish Restaurant at grd floor, on same building. Due to time restriction I did not sample it. P/s: I had asked, no joiner fee for those who want to bring Ur friend to the room. BUT, u must declared 2 persons during booking. As usual, ID must be left at the counter for safety reasons.

Location was great, 5 minute walk to beach. Room cleaned each day if you wished . Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful. Comforting firm bed, good bathroom. Has a working digital safe in the room.

Not the properties fault, it’s on the main one way street to Bangla rd, so tuk tuks at night with decent stereos. But this is Patong.

I was moved to three different rooms, none of them had a fully functional AC unit. There was hot water in only one room. No fridge, no toiletries.

Good Location.

There’s no kettle and also coffee or tea bag provided in room. When i ask at reception they said it’s bujet hotel, so they don’t provide. Hahahaha very funny answer. Even though bujet hotel of RM70 provides kettle in room but this hotel with range rate RM 135-RM150 not provide simple things like kettle. Very bad. Room also small. There’s no space for me to perform ‘solat’ . I have to arrange myself to fit the space so that i can perform my solat. Terrible experience

Quick and easy check in, exactly the location I wanted around the corner from Mad Monkey hostel, very modern.

Very small room, shelf was fold out so a bit hard to move around, I wouldn't have stayed there for more than a night or two. TV was not a smart TV, only non Thai channel was some English news channel. I wanted to check out the Mad Monkey hence this location, but there are many hotels much closer to Bangla Rd otherwise.

Too Noisy. The Bed was harsh and the AC outdoor unit was very very noisy i could not sleep. Room is very small and conjusted.

A 1 star hostel would have been cleaner! Just disgusting! As soon as we checked in and went into the rooms, we immediately noticed dirt and filth everywhere, from the elevator to inside our rooms. The rooms were so small that our luggages did not fit in and would have to open them on the bed. The bathroom had stained toilet seat and hair everywhere. Bedsheets were stained with something blood-like and other human fluids (iykyk). Holes in the bedsheets everywhere. There was no closet aside from a rack with 3 hangers . Lobby was something horrible, the exterior is not what the pictures show. We immediately checked out and our stay in that “””hotel””” lasted 20 mins (and of course we had to find another place to stay) Do not go there!
