Great location. Clean room. Good price.

The hairdryer was hidden (and fixed!!!) In the table. Really slow elevators. Some staff in the bathroom was trying to drop down.

Housekeeping is poor - no replacement of toilet rolls, cotton buds and tissue. Toilet was not thoroughly cleaned.

The room is spacious. Big screen tv with high speed internet provided in which I can enjoy my watching movie using my xiaomi tv box connected to the tv. Safety box is useful when I need to leave my valuables in the room when I go outing. This hotel is at the heart of the Kuching city and about 3 minutes walking distance only from my convention which was being held at the Sheraton Kuching. Iron and iron board is ready for memo iron my formal attire. Fridge is useful to keep my box of molk fresh.

No laundry bag provided for me to do laundry.

Location was very good.

The walls are quite thin and the noise from the road makes it difficult to sleep.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room also cozy and spacious for money. Location nearby to the waterfront and topspot of kuching. Will surely repeat it again if i visit kuching in near future.

The parking is very limited and no free parking if you rent a car The check in time sometimes delayed, need to wait until 3 pm for check in purposes only, and need to check out early at 12 pm which is not fair.

It's good for short vacation trip , nice staff , friendly and good management ....

The toilet it's too hard to use , even it's autowash , i hope can standby One hand bidet for emergency use if the auto wash not function

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When I informed them that I needed to register my child at UNIMAS, they immediately assisted by providing an available room. The process was smooth and convenient. Thank you for the excellent service

Value for money. Good, reasonably-priced breakfast. Good location: by the river and centrally located. Was able to extend my check-out time easily and inexpensively which was very convenient for me.

Only one soap dispenser (in the shower), for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No bar of soap on the sink.

I like the space in the room, the location, the hand sanitiser, the riverside, the staff. The shower head and pressure were superb! The breakfast choices were OK.

Just a little bit flaw, 1) the room has ants, they are not harmful, but I don't like them. 2) the power switches have no label, every time I wanna turn on/off bathroom lights, I have to try all. 3) the power plugs on the desk is too close to the desk, my laptop plug couldnt plug in because the cable is needs space, although I like the universal plugs provided.

In fact, it is a good property. I have nothing to say on bad thing.

First, the good things about this hotel. Location is perfect. It was at the riverbank, so no need to cross the street to get to the riverbank. Generally, all staff were nice. I would like to thank Miss Cosaverina for making the phone calls for me. The phone in my room did not work so I had to use the phone at the reception and Cosaverina was very helpful. The room (amd the bathroom) was really big and I would like to thank the hotel for giving me a room on the highest floor with great view of the cat statue. Thank you for that. The towels were clean and so was the bed. I loved the pillows. They were so soft. The electric sockets, ceilings and bathroom looked newly renovated. TV had a lot of English channels. Wifi was ok. Shower was great

When I checked in, the female receptionist was not making any reaction, as if there was no one in front of her. I had been standing in front of her for several seconds. Since there was no reaction from her, I had to say "hi" to let her know that there was a guest in front of her who had been waiting. When I arrived in the room, the carpet was so dirty, with lots of strands of hair. The carpet looked very old but old is different from being dirty. For the next two days, I had to request that the floor be vacuumed well. Also, the two tables beside the bed and the desk/table were all dirty. I had to clean them all first because using. One bedside table even looked as if cups/glasses were used and it was not wiped. The dirt was very obvious. The towels, though, clean , had loose threads falling off . The hotel should be mindful of this kind of towels. I tried the breakfast once but it was around 915 and the selection was not much anymore. The hotel did not put toothbrush and slippers in the room. Guest had to request it.

Well located, clean and rather large rooms. Worth the price and not too noisy although road traffic at night can be annoying due to modified cars and motorbikes. We moved there after having stayed at the Marian hotel which was way too noisy both from road and guests. In this hotel, you don't hear the other guests and can sleep properly.

Cushions had blood stains hence not really clean...

The bedroom and bathroom are clean and tidy.The TV offers a wide variety of channels, along with Netflix and YouTube, providing plenty of entertainment options.

The air conditioning is a bit tricky to adjust; it takes a while to cool down even on high speed at 23°C, but once it kicks in, it gets very cold. Also, since the unit faces the road, there is some motorcycle noise at night, though it didn’t really bother me.

Please upgrade breakfast.. because it's to simple ..

Superb location. Warm welcome from the front desk staff especially the doorman. Spacious room. We really appreciate that the hotel staff is willing to help us to keep the goods until taken by our relatives since they are not at Kuching during our stay.

Lack of toiletries. Only body wash. Only 2 small mineral bottles given for the entire 4D3N stay. Maybe we must ask for it. But at least we could boil water and let it cool using the jug kettle provided. So problem more or less solved.

The room 1103 continues to have minor maintenance issues which were reported again to management.

The hotel can do better by supplying shampoo, in addition to the body bath.
