Tq so much juga buat semua staff yg rajin melayan panggilan telefon kami 😅 yg selalu call sebab nak pinjam iron. You all are the best staff including kitchen staff... Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Schönes Hotel, etwas abseits gelegen aber mit dem Grab kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist wirklich solide und bietet mehrere verschiedene Optionen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – auf Wünsche oder Fragen wird sofort reagiert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und definitiv empfehlenswert.
Ein kleiner Punkt, den man bedenken sollte: Das Hotel liegt relativ nah an der Straße, daher können die Zimmer zur Straßenseite hin etwas lauter sein. Außerdem hängt die Geräuschkulisse natürlich auch stark davon ab, welche Gäste gerade im Hotel sind. Die Schallisolierung ist leider nicht besonders gut, sodass man je nach Zimmer und Nachbarn durchaus etwas mitbekommen kann.

Codziennie to samo śniadanie Zgubiono połowę naszego prania (przez dobę nawet go nikt nie szukał) i jako rekompensatę zaproponowano nam, żebyśmy zapłacili tylko... za te nie zgubione.

The iron is not provided in room, so need to request. However, it takes very long time to get an iron after requesting it from the receptionist. For someone who is rushing, I do not recommend to request it late. Need to request early for the iron because they take so ling to deliver an iron to you

Reviewed May 7, 2026As i had issue with the tv, they willingly changed my room to a new one. However,since we are in a group of 3, the new room is very small for us to pray and requested to change AGAIN for a bigger room. And they able to changed it to a new bigger room with functional tv. A big thank you for the staffs and sorry so much for any inconvinience from us.
I thought that Kuching Waterfront is walkable within the hotel.. but it's nott. We need to call for a grab if we need to go to the main street of Kuching. Howeverr, it was very quiet during midnight and we able to sleep peacefully.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good and daily housekeeping service. The building and facilities are in good condition, well maintained and clean. Convenience store, pharmacy and eateries nearby.
A fridge and safe in the room would have been good. The otel located a bit out of the centre with not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026My stay was fantastic. The room and washroom was clean, the staff were attentive and helpful (thank you cleaning staff!), and the location was perfect for local foods. There is an abundance of local shops that provided great Sarawakian fair. We will definitely be back when in Kuching. Note: the hotel renovations to rhe reception area were ongoing. Bet it's going to be even better.
Free wifi could be improved. It wasn't dependable in our room.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025El desayuno buffet tiene variedad y esta todo rico: fruta, tostadas, comida local… se sirve en el restaurante propio del hotel, que también probamos y fue rico y buen precio. La habitación y la cama son cómodas y tienen aire acondicionado. En esta isla es imprescindible.
La ubicación no es buena, estas muy lejos del centro y de restaurantes (30mins con calor y sin iluminación por la noche). Dependes de taxi/ Grab siempre, lo que supone un coste extra para ti. Te cogen 100MYR en efectivo al check in, por lo que si llevas el justo y tienes varios días de estancia, puedes encontrarte un problema de falta de efectivo.

No refrigerator in room. The hallway carpet needs detail cleaning ,and same goes for carpet in room. The electrical generator noise situated in the next few doors was loud.
