I loved the new renovations! The lady running it was very nice.

Its very clean tv is smart tv very quiet hotel

There wasn't one.

The renovation of the hotel is incomplete. Maybe shut down until it's finished.

There was no breakfast but room was all new and clean.

No breakfast and no one in office, had to ring and wait.

We got a newly renovated room, everything was new and clean.

Property looks a bit run down. But the rooms are nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

We were very pleased with the fact that there weren't carpets on the floor. Comfortable bed. Great television.

There weren't any light bulbs in the bedside wall lamps. There wasn't a hairdryer or disposable shower cap.

Where to start....after confirming my booking days before, being told that its booked full and other rooms weren't available. I show up and theres maybe 3 guests in the whole place. Theres construction everywhere which was conveniently not mentioned prior when I confirmed on the phone. Told the power might go out in the morning, which it did for 3 hours and probably still out as im writing this. No mention of this as well before on the phone confirming. The room itself was okay, although very dirty and reminiscent of the 90s. A rusty 80s hair dryer was provided, but I dared not try and plug it in. Despite all doors and windows closed the entire time there were fruit flies buzzing around all night. Attempted to take a shower in the dark and found the shower had zero pressure and ice cold water, the shower head was also faded beige 90s plastic. After checking out and complaining asking for a refund (150 bucks is a scam for this place, I wouldn't even pay 50 bucks) the "gentleman" I can assume was the owner argued with me saying I was making excuses, telling me "I should've left when I saw how bad it was when I arrived" instead of staying (not much of a choice day of) and was incredibly rude and didnt apologize even for the state of the place. Should be condemned, not fit for being open.

Our room #18 needed a mirror in the main room. There was only a small one above the bathroom sink.

Room was dirty. Beds not made properly. Mice dirt. Portable heater on desk. Would never recommend this hotel. So run down. You get what you pay for

Absolutely nothing.

I get it. It’s a motel. But for $110 a night could you make sure there are no stains on the sheets and some clean towels would have been nice as well but ya, I get it, it’s a motel.

Friendly staff, very welcoming, check in/out was a breeze.. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. 👌 St. Dave's restaurant has excellent breakfast just 1 km north of the Inn.

Distance into town is a bit far if no vehicle..

Staff was very accommodating.

Property was undergoing renovations. Front office very sketchy. Room wasn't completed (no towel rack in bathroom, paint job wasnt finished) Exterior grounds of property were rough (limited signage, drove past it on our first try, parking lot was dangerous) We were en route to attending a wedding and didnt have time to find other accommodation. Expedia needs to make sure these details are evident on their property descriptions.

no breakfast and looked like location was just bought . A construction zone .Putting a new roof on in the summer took 80% of parking lot . Even the enter sign along road had rocks throw and was broken .Room was good and clean but out side was a dump. Wife and I thought same thing first time entering location ...If I had not already paid a night I would have cancelled and drove to next hotel.

The motel is very clean, bed is comfortable, staff is excellent

The room has been redone and quite comfortable. New bed and floors. Lots of ports to plug computers and things into for power. Lack of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the room. Our big disappointment was the tv. I looks very new but you could not get any current programming. Was all set to watch Friday night football and couldn't get it. Settled on an old tv show and we kept having to wait for streaming which got tiresome. Hopefully, they get cable to go along with what is there,

Quiet, Quick and Comfy

It was just there. Had to be swatting flies couldn't sleep properly. Can see hairs on ground n so forth. Bed was ok no issues.

Motel is older, but they are working on upgrading it. |Room was decent, new furniture and floor. Bathroom, while "upgraded" had a few minor issues.. the fan did not seem to work, there were no towel racks to hang towels and the bathtub (while being a newer acrylic molded one with the walls etc.) had a lot of deep scratches in the tub itself making it look dirty. It was not actually dirty, just seemed that way. Only other minor issue was the door was REALLY hard to open from inside the room. You had to put ALOT of effort to get it to pull open. But, that could also be partly due to how humid it was outside. Most other guests were friendly. One a couple of doors down from us was a little too friendly, and was constantly drunk, but hey it's Lindsay lol Over all though a decent motel for the price in peak "cottage" season. Staff were friendly room cleaning was good.

If you are on the ground floor you will clearly hear anyone above you. The air conditioner was loud and "clunky" all night.

Quick and efficient for check in and everyone there is so nice! It’s nice and quiet at night and leaving is a piece of cake if you’re up before the sun! Just left my keys in the room and was off! Would stay again!

Dirty rooms, renovations incomplete, maid service non existent, room need more lighting and heat and more outlets. The owners Bhavesh and Dharti Patel were polite and met requests we had for a room change, more supplies, and electricity restoration. Unpleasantly decorated rooms --- and the lack of cleanliness makes guests feel uncomfortable.

Was quiet and clean

There was a problem with the door. When we first arrived the door was not locked and we could not close the door or lock it. The owner fixed the door right away but, the first night it still didn't close properly. After 2:00 a.m. someone walked by and pulled the door closed and hollered that our door was open. Even after that the door still popped open throughout the night. We figured out we had to push the door hard to get it to close. There was a deadbolt but it didn't work

Place was nice. Owner is very, very helpful.

Typical motel, outside Lindsay as expected. Check in is a pain. If you didn't bring your cellphone, you'd be sleeping outside. Our room was pleasant and this is our third stay so it's good value.

I did not have a breakfast. Just used a hot water for my tee. I like that it was a nice temperature, no odour, a lot of lights, it was clean. Good price.

Some things might be renewed, people talking loudly on the balcony. That it.

Clean rooms

We had a great overnight stay. The motel is a no frills, basic stay but the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. There is some highway noise but that's to be expected.

No cable TV . Cable was dangling from the wall . This place should be condemned . Rickety steps up to the second floor rooms .
