The rooms were simple but clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the city on foot. The pool was refreshing, and the staff were helpful with booking tours.

The hotel worked well for our Siem Reap trip because we could easily arrange different tours from here. We visited the Angkor temples, and Kompong Phluk Floating Village we visited the same day but at the afternoon, Everything goes smoothly,

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügte über einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den üppigen Garten. Das Hotel bietet einen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen, einen erholsamen Garten sowie ein hoteleigenes Restaurant, das sowohl lokale als auch internationale Küche serviert. Die Herzlichkeit des Personals und die Liebe zum Detail machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis, und die Lage – nur 300 Meter vom Nachtmarkt entfernt – war äußerst praktisch.

Breakfast options could be improved - the coffee in particular. The quality of the meals were variable. But i guess in the low season it's difficult to maintain a full menu. In the low season, perhaps it's worth reducing the menu.

The service throughout the evening was excellent, and the staff were always polite and helpful. We had a good night's sleep and enjoyed breakfast the next morning before checking out.

We only stayed for one night, but we managed to fit quite a lot into our visit. We arrived around 3:45 PM and appreciated the friendly welcome at reception. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safety , drinking water, and a private bathroom.

The room was spacious enough for two people, with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, safety box, and a private bathroom. Everything was arranged neatly, and we were happy to have a quiet room where we could rest.

We arrived the hotel around 7am we kept our luggages at the front we had breakfast at around 7:15 AM before leaving for our temple tour at 8:am. We had arranged a tuk-tuk through the hotel, and the driver arrived at approximately 8:10 AM. We visited Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm and stopped for lunch during the tour. We returned the hotel around 4:pm we rested till evening.

The experience was simple but enjoyable, and we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. We had originally planned to visit many temples, Everything was exactly perfect!

It was a great find, quiet, I had a green view and an awesome bed. Easy access to the riverside. No TV is a great idea

The AC just outside broke the beautiful silence. It was a lot louder than it could be.

The staff (both at the reception, at the bar and the cleaning ladies) is so welcoming, kind and helpful, always greeting everyone a smile. The outdoor area is very relaxing, surrounded with plants and the pool is perfect to cool down after the sightseeing. Special mention to the tuk tuk driver who came to pick us up from the bus: kind, funny, super well organised and professional!

Be aware: there’s frogs in the outdoor area, so if you don’t like them, entering the hotel (especially in the evening) it’s a bit dramatic 😅

The room was spacious and the bathroom was also very nice. The pool area was peaceful and there were plenty of places to sit.

I stayed here for a short business trip and found the hotel very convenient. My room was quiet and well organized, with a comfortable desk and strong air conditioning. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly. The foods here was excellent

The location worked perfectly for our trip. Getting around was easy, and we could return to the hotel whenever we wanted a break. It gave us a good balance between sightseeing and relaxation.

After spending the day exploring, it was wonderful to return to such a comfortable hotel. The room was peaceful, the shower was great, and the bed was exactly what we needed for a good night's sleep.

En las fotos todo parece mejor. El desayuno no era muy variado. La habitación tenía poca luz y las cortinas estaban muy sucias. En el baño se nos coló algún bichos.

A szobámmal több gondom is volt. Esztétikailag a le nem szedett fóliák az ablakkereten csúnyák. A légkondi kikapcsolt állapotban is zúgott. A zuhanyban nagyon hiányozna egy rendes tusoló nem csak egy esőztető ami olyan vízköves hogy összevissza jön belőle alig a víz. A fuvart amit a szállással egyeztettem (igazából ez az én hibám hogy nem néztem utána) de jóval drágább mintha rendeltem volna. Ami viszont nem tetszett hogy a sofőr nem engedte hogy a reptéren vegyek sim kártyát mondván majd a városban. Itt 2x annyiért vettem egyet gondolom valamilyen barátjánál. A reggeli lehetne sokkal jobb, igazo svédasztal valódi választékkal

L’emplacement est pas mal, Le jardin de l’hôtel est incroyable! Un vrai havre de paix et de sérénité! Le soir venue, les grenouilles chantent, c’est vraiment chouette! En soi c’est un très bel hotel… mais…

Il y a beaucoup de choses qui ne vont pas! L’état des chambres est catastrophique : fuites d’eau, évier totalement bouché, douche sans pommeau de douche (comme au vestiaire!), porte impossible à ouvrir, fenêtres qui ferment mal, clim hors d’age qui refroidit à peine! Les chambres ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on attends de cet hotel. Il y a un gros manque de prise, à peine une par chambre. Manque de lumière dans la salle de bain (on ne voit rien de par la configuration) Presence de gros rat sur les balcons, donc dans les étages de l’hôtel! Avec la porte du balcon qui fermait mal… ce n’etait pas rassurant! Et enfin, dernière chose, le compresseur de la clim suspendu juste au-dessus du petit balcon, c’était vraiment la meilleure idée pour ne pas du tout pouvoir profiter de son balcon : avec la clim qui nous goûte dessus et le bruit insupportable!

La piscina es super bonita y amplia para un buen momento de relajación. Amplia habitación con buena iluminación natural. El día que salí a ver de madrugada el templo de Angkor, fueron amables en darme una breakfast box para llevar. Un poco alejado del centro pero si tienes moto rentada, no hay ningún problema.

El desayuno es bueno pero hay muy pocas opciones.

No AC . Bed was hard and cause back problems. Expose wires in shower. Two dead bugs on floor when awoke. Staff completely lacking skills in straightening out HORRIC conditions in regards to no AC for two days in Cambodia heat! Room was trash, hugh cracks in wall, mold EVERYWHERE or some black grime.

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were amazing, especially HOSINU who went above and beyond with his service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Disfrutamos de una estancia maravillosa en el Home Indochine Hotel. El personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa y muy cómoda, y nos encantó la hermosa piscina rodeada de vegetación tropical. Nos alojaríamos allí de nuevo sin dudarlo.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The poolside bar was a relaxing place for drinks, and the restaurant served excellent food. We loved discovering the beauty and culture of Siem Reap.

I loved the staff the most-Especially the two young men Hosinu and Sochea, they were the kindest most welcoming people to deal with, so so lovely and just made our experience 10x better then it already was.

Personnel à l'écoute et très aidant, chambre propre, agréable, literie confortable. La piscine fait du bien après une belle journée ensoleillée. Bonne localisation pour visiter la ville, sans être en plein cœur de l'agitation. En somme séjour apprécié.

Les plats du restau ne sont pas très bons, mais bon ça n'a pas impacté mon séjour, il y a vraiment de quoi manger partout autour.

The pool was nice and the property staff were responsive but we would not stay again.

The room we were given first was not the room we booked because it was unavailable. This room smelled disgusting like smoke and was noisy and not very nice like in the pictures at poolside. We then were switched to another room that was also an "upgrade" from what we originally booked, but then found an ant infestation IN THE BED. We then were switched to a third room, another "upgrade", in which the safe was broken. The staff at least quickly fixed the safe. The property uses manual keys for all rooms and for our third room, the key snapped in the door when trying to enter it. All in all this property's rooms were not as advertised.

This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. The front desk team greeted us with genuine smiles and excellent service. The property was neat, comfortable, and located close to everything we needed.

De kamer was uitstekend, brandschoon, ruim en prachtig ingericht, met een heerlijk uitzicht op het zwembad. Al het personeel was vriendelijk en gastvrij, begroette ons altijd met een oprechte glimlach en stond klaar om ons met alles te helpen. De rustige tuin en de gunstige ligging maakten het een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Siem Reap te verkennen. We zouden zeker terugkomen.
