The beds are solid. I've been coming here over many years and it's starting to look a little tired and in need of maintenance. Some of the room amenities didn't work, quite dirty in areas.

Staff a bit dismissive: I asked to book a massage for the next day and I was told that I should book the next day because I might change my mind. I insisted and I was told I couldn’t book a day in advance… as I might change my mind. I’m not sure if he couldn’t understand what I was saying or was just being dismissive.

I would like to say that the issue was that we asked and paid for a room with a balcony, we received a room on the ground floor, but that was barely the beginning. The room was extremely dirty: the curtains were horrendously stained, as well as the towels and the sheets (which also had hair). We asked the staff to clean the room once more and they did replace all of the previously mentioned issues, but the replacement was just as dirty if not even worst. The bathroom was also not for the weak, with an insane amount of mild all around, socks left behind by someone that stayed in the room previously (judging by the amount of dust of it must have been a long time), the shower had either mold or something else all around it. Safe to say we stayed only one night. Oh and there were quite a few bugs that kept coming out of nowhere.

The bathrooms are way too damp, and the aircon had some trouble. Pool wasn't really safe or clean, I cut my finger from an edgy rock at the pool. Breakfast Buffet is way too limited and not really meant for vegetarians.

The staff here go over and above to make sure you are looked after. So incredibly kind and helpful. We loved the location of the hotel, walking distance from town and great local food spots. Hotel avec du potentiel, malheureusement trop de choses abîmées et non rénovées dans les chambres. Fenêtres qui ne se ferment pas. Pommeaux de douche fuient. J'ai pris plusieurs chambres et elles étaient toutes dans le même genre d'état, mal entretenues. La piscine avait un carrelage cassé dans le petit bain. 2 enfants se sont coupés le pied. La direction ne s'en est pas trop préoccupée.

The rooms are excellent and the housekeeping does a fantastic job of restoring them to their warm clean glory everyday despite the mess a couple of travelling tourists create.
