De kamers mogen wel een beetje geüpdate worden.

Good downtown location

Overpriced. Inconvenient check-in in lobby of building around the corner. Key cards not correctly initialized and then only worked sporadically. No elevators and steep stairs make heavy luggage a real problem.

Todo genial, un hotel precioso, un desayuno espectacular. Habitaciones enormes, terrazas, buen aire acondicionado, todo muy bonito.

La hora de hacer el check in, 16.00 muy tarde....

Big, comfortable bed. Aircon was amazing and necessary.

Bathroom a bit outdated and bath was small. We got 2 key cards to enter the room, but we got 1 key however to enter the front door to access our room. So we were still dependent on each other to leave the hotel.

- La chambre un peu petite pour 3 adultes, pas suffisamment de rangements et de portants muraux, idem dans la salle de bain.

Personnel avenant et disponible. Chambre basique mais confortable avec vue sur petit jardin. Changement des serviette tous les jours. Emplacement très central pour visiter et aller à la plage.

Peut être assez bruyant. Problème d'alarme qui se déclenche la nuit. Salle de bain qui nécessiterait un rafraîchissement.

Gut gelegen, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die öffentlichen Räume der alten Gebäude sind hübsch. Frühstück ist vielseitig und lecker.

Unser Zimmer war im anderen Gebäude die Strasse runter. Zum Frühstück muss man rüber laufen. Nicht dramatisch, wäre aber schön, das vorher zu wissen. Der Garten ist leider ziemlich ungepflegt, Tische dreckig, überall Blätter. Personal eher unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Kein Aufzug, keine Hilfe mit Gepäck. Das 3-Bett Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war dunkel und muffig, das Bad uralt und leider sehr schlecht geputzt. Die Klima alt und laut. Die Gebäude sind eigentlich sehr schön, ist ist schade, dass nicht etwas mehr investiert wird.

Nos encantaron los pisos y los techos, con esos detalles coloniales. El desayuno en ese patio es increíble!

La nostra camera aveva problemi con l’apertura tramite card, ogni volta l’apertura della porta era un colpo di fortuna e temo che sapessero già del difetto. Assenza di reception nella struttura, bisognava recarsi nell’hotel accanto. Senza ascensore.

Súper amables y resolutivos. Hubo un inconveniente fuera de su alcance y resolvieron poniéndole prioridad a nuestra comodidad.

El único detalle es que para hacer check in tenemos que ir a su otro hotel (es súper cerca, pero en verano es incómodo) Por lo demás, excelente servicio.

Felt old and disused. Didnt feel comfortable or secure Bed clean but floor Sandy or gritty. Felt isolated.

El edificio es precioso, situado en el centro de Sitges. La habitación estaba perfecta a la llegada.

La única pega es que estábamos al lado de la puerta de entrada al hotel y se oía el ruido de la genere entrando y saliendo. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Era muy bonita la decoración y todo impecable.

La habitación estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada y se escuchaban todos los golazos cuando abrían y cerraban la puerta. No pudimos dormir. Realmente insoportable esa ubicación.

El mayor valor de este hotel es, sin duda, su personal. Desde el equipo de recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron extraordinariamente amables, atentos y muy profesionales. Hicieron que la estancia fuera muy agradable y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar. También quiero destacar el desayuno, que estaba bien y se servía en una terraza agradable, un buen comienzo para el día.

El principal inconveniente es la relación calidad-precio. Entiendo perfectamente que el hotel no tenga ascensor y solo disponga de escaleras, ya que esto se informa claramente antes de reservar y no supone un problema en sí mismo. Sin embargo, las instalaciones necesitan una renovación importante. Da la impresión de que apenas han cambiado desde los años 80: la pintura y el estado general requieren mantenimiento, el aire acondicionado tiene muy poca potencia y apenas refresca la habitación, y los baños siguen teniendo bañera con cortina en lugar de una ducha, algo difícil de justificar hoy en día. Si el hotel tuviera un precio mucho más ajustado, estas carencias serían perfectamente comprensibles. Sin embargo, las tarifas que cobra son comparables a las de hoteles de ciudades como París y, a ese nivel de precio, las instalaciones quedan claramente por debajo de lo que cabría esperar. El excelente trato del personal es lo mejor del hotel, pero por sí solo no consigue compensar unas instalaciones tan desactualizadas.

The hotel was very good, at the excellent location in the heart of the town. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had a great relaxing stay in beatiful Sitges. Be advised that the reception is in sister hotel nearby.

The building itself is quite old, so there was not enough plugs. We had to unplug one of the amenities to have a free socket to charge the phone.

Готель розташований близько до вокзалу та магазину Меркадона, також до пляжу йти хвилин 10, поруч головні вулиці. Готель зʼєднаний із головним готелем Medium Romantic, тому чек ін відбувається там. Сніданок загалом хороший, є внутрішній дворик на якому можна поїсти. Речі можна залишити у спеціальній кімнаті і також прийняти душ, якщо виселення зранку а літак ввечері.

Не має ліфта, тому валізи доведеться підіймати сходами. Видно що готель вже вінтажний, тому дещо потребує ремонту або заміни. Не дуже хороша шумоізоляція, чути телевізор з сусідніх кімнат) Не хватало тапочок у номері та трішки кращого прибирання на балконі та столиках. Ціна як на мене зависока, але я думаю це також повʼязано з попитом у сезон.

Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Une amélioration considérable depuis ces dernières années. Cadre agréable.

Prachtige entourage

Staff was really nice and friendly and let us leave luggage at the counter while we left to get our car; room was really spacious; there is a mini fridge with free water and a kettle with free coffee + tea; location is amazing, near busy old town and beaches; check in and check out was really smooth.

There was a hint of a strange smell in the room; the walls are fairly thin so you could hear your neighbours a lot; room could do with an electrical outlet or two more.

This mini-hotel is very nice but has little in the way of facilities. For this the sister hotel Romance next door provides the breakfast and has lounges etc available. Overall not a major problem.

Location was great. Staff nice and helpful. Some parts of the hotel were charming with a lot of character.

I was initially put in room 1. It really smelled of bad drains and was pretty foul. That room also is right next to the front door and it bangs loudly when guest come in, so you get woken though out the night. You also can’t open the windows for fresh air. I eventually complained after two bad nights and they moved me after the 3rd night to a much nicer room upstairs. Reading past reviews this is on ongoing problem. They really should not rent out this room or it should be heavily discounted and they warn you. I felt bad for the person who moved in after me. You could still smell the drains when you walked past the room - even with the doors closed.

Central - big rooms

No reception, no access to the pool at Medium Park

The location was great as well as the style, the aesthetics and the facilities. The room is spacious and we had access to a small private terrace at the back yard. No staff at the building, but they are always available and helpful at the hotel next street. Everything we needed was there, hot water, ac, hairdryer, coffee and tea renewed on a daily basis and private fridge in the room. Everything was wonderful!

Nagyon jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése. Közel volt mindenhez, ennek ellenére nagyon csendes volt.

Room was small, but had everything that was needed, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facility. Shame window was so small. Rooms were kept very clean Breakfast in sister hotel was fabulous( better than 4* hotel we later stayed in Barcelona). Lovely to be able to sit in cool calm courtyard

Slight negative was no lift, bit hot taking bags up to 2nd floor, but good exercise after the cava and cocktails

Hotel en un edifici noucentista molt ben conservat. Sense luxes ni artificis però molt, molt correcte pel preu. Detallsde 4† i neteja i manteniment impecables.

Que solo era para dormir y el desayuno había que realizarlo en otro lugar.

Initially we had to change rooms and move to Hotel Romantic. There was a problem with our room in that water accumulated on our floor. Staff were very helpful and relocated us to a room in Hotel Romantic and confirmed the next morning that we would stay in Hotel Romantic for the rest of our stay. We were very happy with the room in Hotel romantic. Breakfasts were excellent and lots of choice. location was perfect..not far from the town and far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Very close to train station for our journeys to Barcelona Air conditioning and fans in our room were great to have

The only issue was the issue with the water in our original room but this was dealt with very well with staff. There is nothing else that we can really complain about

Gute Lage, nahe am Bahnhof und am Zentrum.

Das Hotel ist hellhörig, man hört die Menschen in den Nachbarzinmern und die Eingangstür auch im zweiten Obergeschoss noch zu knallen.

Supertolles Frühstück. Das Beste auf unserer gesamten Reise. Die Lage geht nicht besser, man fällt von der Türe in die Innenstadt und das Gewimmel (nein, es ist nicht laut).

Die Zimmer sind alt, im Sinne von Altbau, fast schon Antiken Möbeln, die aber alle noch funtkionieren. Der Standard ist deswegen nicht sehr modern und hoch, aber wenn man das weiß und mag kann man sich ganz gut wohlfühlen.

This hotel is convenient to the train and beach without being overly noisy. I brought my kids for one night as a kind of 'staycation' from a nearby town while public school teachers were on strike. We got an attic room with three beds and it was all sorted in the end, but I was unhappy with how the booking went. I thought I had it all arranged through Booking.com, but the hotel wants you to disclose your payment details, etc. through another 3rd party site. I ended up paying in person at the reception at a nearby affiliated hotel and it worked out. For the day leading up to our stay I was unhappy to have a non-refundable reservation where the reply about 3 beds vs. sleeps 3 was 'subject to availability' even though I'd selected what I wanted through Booking already. I'd also mention that the art theme rugby-players'-crotches suggests I'm not their target demographic, but this place is nice enough for a short stay.

Location is great - close to all the shops and bars, beach is 5 min walk away as well. So if you don't care that much about the hotel amenities and going to spend most of your time outside of it - it's a fine choice. Conditioner was working very well. Beds were comfy too. Staff let us leave our luggage when we arrived early to just walk around the city and then allowed us to access the room 30mins earlier than check-in time, so that was great!

As a lot of people mentioned - very noisy. Could hear people in other rooms as well as the main entrance door constantly banging. It had a bit of that old furniture smell, but I guess that is a given with such style hotel. In a twin room with no balcony, the windows were really small, so the room was very dark. Hot water is coming from a boiler so it has a limit and the hot water pressure was quite low.

Todo excelente, un poco confusa la llegada porque en la dirección del hotel y donde finalmente te alojas no hay recepcionista y hay que ir a otro lugar (muy cerca) para hacer el check in.

It definitely felt like old Spanish feel, but saying that it could use some modern touches.

They were just opening again for the season. Smelled stale mixed with fresh paint. Outside seating area and cafe room were closed and being repaired.

The traditional decor

No reception on site and breakfast only available in a sister hotel. No staff on site at all. I thought I wouldn’t mind but I did. Also there is a notice advising that the hot water runs out and you have to wait half an hour for it to heat up. This is true. Whilst I was lucky with my baths, my partner got cold water and a delay.

Very old building with a corresponding smell from old furniture. No lift - if you have heavy baggage - it’s hard to go by stairs. Very thin walls - you can here all neighbors. But if you like old-time vibe - everything is ok

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro y a dos calles del mercado. Varias cafeterías por esas cuadras, bazar y supermercado. Tienes dos zonas de aparcamientos GRATUITOS a 15m ( caminando)

Tuve un percance y no podía asistir, avise una semana antes y aún así no me pudieron Cancelar la abitación. Pedi ser 2 personas envés de 3 para poder solucionar el problema, me dijeron que si, pero el precio era el mismo. La verdad podrían tener un poco más de flexibilidad. No estaba avisado un dia antes, ni el mismo dia... Sino una semana antes ! La verdad que ya fui de mala gana...

Położenie obiektu jest bardzo dobre. Śniadania serwowane bardzo dobre urozmaicone .

Obiekt podzielony jest na dwa budynki trzeba patrzeć który pokój w jakim budynku się rezerwuje. Drugi budynek nie serwuje śniadań trzeba dojść do głównego . Niski poziom jakości i udogodnień w części budynku nazwanej Medium Renaixenca. Pokoje fatalnie sprzątane wszędzie pełno włosów od personelu na podłodze i pościeli . Obiekt jest urządzony w dość specyficznym stylu nie dla każdego.

Beautiful, I really enjoyed all the original art in the stairway and in the lounge area. Service staff was very helpful and readily accessible. Very well maintained and perfect location.

I didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator, steep steps to reach our room. If I were to stay there again I would like a room on the ground floor.

Magnifique hotel style renaissance, meubles d'époque mais confort 21è siècle. Un immense merci à Denise pour sa gentillesse, son accueil (en français svp) et sa disponibilité. C'est sûr que nous reviendrons un jour dans ce petit bijou d'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !!! Les chambres au rez-de-chaussée à l'arrière ont accès à un petit jardin/ terrasse. C'est parfait pour lire et se détendre 😍

Juste une suggestion : ajouter une clef à code sur la porte principale. Tout le reste était parfait !
