Konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Eski ama temiz bir otel. Kahvaltı yumurta peynir. Hamam ve termalden ekstra keyif aldık. Kayak için gitmiştik çok memnun kaldık. Dağda değil ama dağa yakın kalırım yukarıya o kadar para bayılmam derseniz muhteşem bir otel

Eski ve küçük olduğunu kabul ederek gidin, otel otel bir performans beklemeyin.

Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Günlük temizlik düzenli yapıldı. Çalışanlar da ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı az ve özdü. Genel olarak iyi bir konaklama deneyimi oldu bizim için.

Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi

Hotelin çalışanları ve personelleri çok güleryüzlü, kibar ve ilgiliydi. Odalarını beğendim hem geniş hem temizdi, ailecek çok rahat kalınabilir. Herşey ile ilgileniyorlar. Ayrıca tarihi bir bölgede yer almasından ötürü, otelin dış cephesi nostaljik havası ve tarihi mimari detaylarıyla öne çıkmakta.

Calışanlar samimi ve yardım sever.

Ein sauberes hotel, hat alles was Mann braucht, freundliches Personal würden es bestimmt wieder besuchen wenn wir in Bursa sind. Wir waren mit drei Kinder und 2 Erwachsenen für 3 Tage dort.

...Zimmer relativ sauber, nur das Bad (Fliesenfugen) verschimmelt und zum Teil unsauber.......sollte dringend behoben werden.....

Yataklar ve oda çok eski idi ve hatta yatak çökmüştü o sebeple uyuyamadık .Kahvaltı TAM bir rezaletti.Yumurtalar sanki 1 hafta önceden başlanmıştı kararmış ve kokuyordu.Bunun dışında kahvaltı diye önümüze 1-2 parça peynir,minik bi çokomel,reçel,tereyağ ,soluk salatalık verdiler öyle açık büfe kahvaltı ve beklentisine girmeyin hatta bu yerden SAKININ derim mecburen kalıyorsanız orası başka tabi..

Gece konaklamam boyunca inanılmaz gürültü vardı. Yan odadan konuşmalar vs. İlk defa bir hotelde korktum. Dışarıdaki ya da yan odadaki konuşmaların kapımda yapıldığını sandım hatta.

Kaldığım oda temiz ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar sempatik ve iyi niyeliydi.

Tavsiye üzerine gittiğimiz otelde "aile banyosu" ve "kahvaltı" hizmetlerinin ekstra ücrete tabi olması, otel sahibinin evcil süs köpeğinin sürekli otel yemekhanesinde dolaşması gibi şikayetlerimiz oldu maalesef.

the breakfast was paid for as a breakfast buffet and they write nothing that they have turned it into a breakfast plate. I have paid 600 Turkish lira for breakfast buffet and what have I got for it? plate with 1 piece of egg and 1 piece of butter and 4 pieces of tomato and 4 pieces of cucumber and the children only get tea or coffee, you have to pay extra for water and juice. I could eat breakfast for 1 week for 600 Turkish Lira outside, so the breakfast was really laughable. the employees are so rude that they won't even turn on the light to their terrace, you are almost unwelcome in this hotel and our 2 night stay only ended with 1 because we just had to get out of there. the rooms need renovation and are really damp everywhere in the ceiling and the bathroom there is mold around the joints. In the corridors of the hotel by the elevator, there are cigarette butts and it stinks of smoke. Their private parking only has space for 6-7 cars, so it is also useless. I would strongly not recommend this hotel. They served coffee as an excuse for their arrogant behavior but the coffee also just tasted like water. also I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, they complain if the children make noise. Families with children are not at all welcome in this hotel.

good for one night

Alt var ok, men morgen mad er sammen på alle dagene. Køkken tilbereder det selv, ikke åben bufe. Der var langt i mellem for service. Man skal lede efter tjener heleriden.

It got of to a bad start as I checked in very late around 10 pm because my flight was delayed when I got into the room there was smoking smell everywhere in bedsheets towels even though I asked for non smoking room and there were signs in place for not smoking the first night was very uncomfortable and i asked the guy at the counter in the morning if he can help about the issue and he turned out to be very friendly and cooperative guy even said he can change the room but i said nothing wrong with room its nice spacious with garden view just need cleaning so he had everything replaced all the sheets and towels and had the room cleaned so happy ending for me… but its the people and they should respect the rules when there are signs in place for no smoking why would someone will smoke in the room when they can go to garden or outside but never mind mr jan ir can in Turkish to the rescue very helpful guy thanks

Türkiye'nin dört bir yanını gezip yüzlerce otelde konaklayan bir gezen olarak tam bir hayal kırıklığı ile karşı karşıya kaldım. Otelin personellerini mutlak bir eğitimden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. İlk başta müşteriye nasıl davranılması gerektiği öğretilmesi gerekiyor. Nezaket ve misafirperverlik kelimelerinin anlamlarını açıklamak gerekiyor. Otele gelince konumu iyi. Fakat konfor yok denecek kadar az. Odalarda sanki nargile içilmiş gibi inanılmaz ağır bir sigara kokusu mevcut. Isıtıcılar çalışmıyor. Çalışmadığı halde kalorifer borularından sürekli ses geliyor. Kahvaltısı ise çok zayıf verdikleri şey. Hepsi basit ve paket olmak üzere klasik tereyağı reçel ekmek ve çay ve kuru ekmek. Etrafında parasının hakkını verebilecek bir çok otel varken burada kalmak bir hayal kırıklığı idi.

Otel genel olarak temiz, termal odasi keyifli, vadedileni sunuyor diyebiliriz. Servisin yavasligi ve kahvaltinin vasatligi uzerine gitmelerini tavsiye ederim

The hotel is great but the Hamam was not free for the customers, massage was not available late times, no 24 hrs laundry service. But the hotel is very nice, clean and breakfast was delicious

Odaların biraz renove edilmesi iyi olabilir. Özellikle banyodaki küvet, duşakabine çevrilebilir. Benim kaldığım odaya sinmiş bir sigara kokusu vardı. Ne kadar havalandirilsa da yıllardan kalmış bu kokunun kolay kolay geçeceğini sanmıyorum. Otelin kendi otoparkı mevcut. Park sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz.

Clean and nice hotel, helpful staff, located in a nice quiet area that many taxi drivers are familiar with. Room was spacious for an economy room. The drawbacks were the breakfast and soft bed mattress. Very very limited choices in the meal that i had to skip it couple of times during my one week stay and couldn’t sleep well due to back pain. Overall, good value for money.

버스나 트램이 없어서 시내 접근이 다소 어려우나 1시간 정도 걸으면 울루자미까지 갈수 있고 걸어가는길에 방문할만한 좋은 곳이 많음

Eine saubere Hotel... Frühstück war auch super... nette Empfang und freundliche Personal. Gute Lage .. eine schöne Blick von Seyr-ü Sefa die ich empfehle. Oben am Berg reine Luft

Fenster konnten wir nicht offen halten, wegen dem Gestank von Taubenkot und den vielen Tauben in der Früh. Zum Frühstück wäre Fruchsaft gut angebracht.

I had am amazing stay in this hotel, the room was excellent and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice too with many options. A bus , or shared white taxi can take you from the roundabout nearby the hotel straight to the city centre. Special thanks to Furkan, he was very helpful and nice.

I had a nice stay here. Rooms were clean. Breakfast nice and when i went down at 9.30 for breakast ( flyer in room said breakfast was 7.30 to 10.30) the buffet was already packed up, they brought me a turkish breakfast plate. Had one spring bath in a private room.. which you can have one a day for 30 mins... at 43degrees i only stayed in for 15 minutes!. You can catch shared car dolmus’ for 2.75 lira into central Bursa

Only stayed the 1 night on ourcway through bursa. Small cosy hotel. Room was plain but clean. Buffet breakfast was nice.

It is a small boutique hotel, great value for money but, more importantly, excellent with two units of inhouse Turkish baths / hamams that have natural hot spring waters and traditional marble jaquzzis.
