Oda temizliği ve kahvaltı iyiydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin otoparkı olması bir avantaj hatta otopark içinde şarj istasyonu bulunması bizi memnun etti. Termal havuz kısmı da fena sayılmaz, biraz daha büyük olabilirdi ama bizim kullanımımızda kalabalık olmadığı için sorunsuz kullanabildik. Tek olumsuz yan olarak yüksek yiyecek/içecek fiyatları söylenebilir.

Uludağ kayak tatili için iki günlüğüne bu otelde konakladık. Çekirge bölgesinde ve dağa yakın oluşu önemliydi bizim için. Termal havuzu ve global bir zincire ait olduğundan deprem ve yangın gibi konularda gerekli önlemleri almış oldukları düşüncesi de tercih etmemizdeki diğer nedenlerdi. Genel olarak her şeyden memnun kaldık. Spa bölgesi biraz daha zevkli tasarlanabilir veya elden geçirilebilir. Ama ödediğimize kesinlikle değdi.

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ballı kaymaklı açık büfe kahvaltı çok başarılı. Özellikle self servis alınan kahve ekşi ve bayat değildi. Tazeydi. Ayrıca her ihtiyacımız çok hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Otel çalışanları çok özverili, çalışkan, güleryüzlü ve nazik. Oda temizliği, havlu, bornoz, yatak, çarşaf vs gayet iyi. Anne olarak puanım yüz. Çok teşekkürler harika bir tatil geçirdik.

Tertemizdi, çarşaflar havlular bembeyaz sorunsuzdu . Spa alanı güzeldi . Çalışanlar saygılı, hızlıydı. Lobi bölümünde de sorun yoktu

Bir gece konakladık ve memnun kaldık. Ramada kalitesini çok iyi yansıtan bir otel. Kahvaltı memnun ediciydi.

Otel daha önce kaldığımız bir oteldi ama bu gittiğimizde hizmet olmadığını gördük. Akşam restoranda yemek için uzun süre bekledik Sabah odaya su gelmesi çok uzun sürdü

Termal havuz için yaptığımız bir ziyaretti. Karşılama, oda temizlik, termal kullanımı ve çevresindeki ziyaret noktalarıyla başarılı bir deneyim sundu

Genel olarak herşey iyi fiyatına göre iyi. Kayda değer bir sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı irta seviyede hemen herşey vardı sadece yer masa konusunda biraz küçük salon. Küçük eksiklikler oluyor isteyince getiriyorlar personel sıkıntı var.Havuz hamam gayet yeterli. Tuz odası buhar odası sauna yeterli aile olarak 1 gece konakladık genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Dediğim gibi 4 yıldızlı fp oteli. Odalar iyi temiz . Sigara içilmeyen odadaydik iyiydi. Küçük aksilikler olsa da çözüm getirdiler hemen teşekkürler. Tekrar gider miyim evet.

Overall it is just OK for a business trip, but the room we got was nothing to do with any of the pictures they put on the web… For two person they gave a bed of about 130 cm width. No safe, no sofa, no coat hanger, no robes. Bathroom so small that you can barely use the toilet and all the bathroom is filled with water after a shower (the the sealing is bad and water leaking everywhere). Ramada name meant for me a minimum level of service TILL NOW.

This property was well built with elevators and is very appealing overall, and in a great location that is accessible and has AC which was a blessing. Hotel is quiet which we loved since Bursa can get hot and busy. Parking is free and space is fantastic and location is close to mall and such. Over all, hotel is clean but it’s definitely not brand new for a Ramada chain hotel but it’s better than most in the area in my opinion. The front end staff are incredibly kind and hospital and we’re literally the highlight of our almost two week stay. They are so welcoming and just overly respectful and kind. However, food was not very good. Even Turkish food (mantı) was mediocre. Breakfast is okay (no Turkish dishes really) and the floors in the rooms were rarely cleaned and sheets weren’t changed in over a week despite reaching out to front desk. The spa was nice but they took our towels off the chairs in the middle of it since kids came and were super disrespectful. Again, the staff was super kind and accommodating though. Would recommend, just need to be vocal.

Check in-out completed quickly. The hotel staff replied my message quickly via Booking app. The car park has enough spaces. Thermal pool was meeting expectation, clean and fun for families. Room was clean, air conditioning was working well. Staff was helpful. The dinner at the restaurant was tasty.

I was expecting to find more different types of food for breakfast. The options for the breakfast were limited, it was not reflecting the generous traditional Turkish breakfast. But, the available options were tasty.

Personelin ilgisi güleryüzlülüğü, otopark sorunu olmaması ne kadar doğru bir tercih olduğunu gösteriyor. Ramazan ayında konakladık ve sahuru odaya getirmeleri , ürünlerin kalitesi ve lezzeti muhteşemdi.

Otel odası ferahtı. Merkeze arabayla yakın konumda, sakin bir sokakta olmasını sevdik. Otopark sorunu hiç yaşamadık. Sıcak havuzu, saunası, buhar odası ve hamamı çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Memnun kaldık.

Location is a bit of the way for all the sights. You need to take a taxi about 20 mins in. But it's a comfortable and quiet hotel. The thermal pool was good after a day of walking. Breakfast was also good.

Küçük ama konforlu tertemiz bir otel👍 tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Özellikle resepsiyonda Gamze hanıma ve gece duran ismini sormayı unuttuğum beye çok teşekkür ederim her sorumuzu nazikçe cevaplayıp çok yardımcı oldular. Odalar standart büyüklükte ve çok temiz. Kahvaltı çeşit az ama kaliteli ve lezzetli. Spa bölümü bir tık daha bakımlı olabilir otelin kendisine göre biraz eski kalmış konumu zaten çok merkezi kısaca çok memnun kaldım bir sonraki seyahatimde kesinlikle tercih ederim

Bundan sonra Bursa da ilk tercihim olacak. Konumu çok iyi, otopark sorunu yok, personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü, her ihtiyacımız ile yakından ilgilendiler.

The breakfast was really good, the staff excellent and in general they really cared and made my limited stay excellent. The parking was free and easy. The down side was that the spa was not open when we got there and did not open until 9am the following morning. This was not good by the time I could use the spa breakfast would be too rushed. However overall the hotel was great and I'd certainly stay again.

Perfect location to visit old town, big free parking place and a lot of hospitality of personnel I didn't have anny turkish Lira only Euros. Receptionist offered me 100 Liras for paying the taxi driving me in the old city with comment, you will exchange money in the city and pay me back after your return. Hospitality on high level! Breakfast real turkish breakfast with a lot of tasteful vegetables, cheese and fruits. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham, I will for sure come back again! Dare

I didn't experienced anything bad. I had in Bursa in the past some "not expected" ocasions, but here is everything according to expectations for me.

Actually nothing, just the air-conditioner in the room was a little bit noisy, that bothering me at the nights.

the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 5kmn from the city centre - so need a taxi to get into town.

room was on first floor - and when people at reception make a noise - you can hear it. There was a group of people that came in late after 11pm - and they continued to make a noise till about 3am. hotel management should at least stop this - since it is happening in the common area

The thermal areas were good and rooms were clean.

the staff there are very rude and they claim they have an air conditioning but it wasn’t working. There seems to be a major challenge with their electrical system as light kept on switching off and switching on.

The room on 6th floor is amazing! The stuff is very polite and smilly .We have the opportunity to have a massage , it was awesome!

The Wellness area was a little small but I'm in a minority of guests who actually use it so no big deal

Everyone was really friendly and helpful especially Burak. Also the manager was really kind to upgrade us. the food,/breakfast, spa area, thermal pool, and staff everything was top notch highly recommend.

There was good hot water in the bathroom with good pressure.

The room did, not get cleaned and there was no glass and cups in the room. The breakfast was very disappointing. Hardly any options. Only variation in cheese. The twin beds were very narrow.
