The price is booking.com is different in the hotel. when you arrive they will inform you that the price you choose is not as per the hotel pricing. Because you are tired you don’t have choice just to accept the roam. I think its a scam

Let's start with the WiFi which was terribly weak and disconnecting all the time.the room was so tiny with lot of cockroachs.i was desperate for a place to store my clothes since there's no wardrobe or even a closet. The bathroom doesn't have a lavatory can u imagine even shower gel .so I was washing my face in what they call it a kitchen

Excellent services provided, clean rooms. I had an easy and comfortable stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Safe and secure budget friendly hotel to stay in.

Location, staff, parking, easy for navigation. The staff are very polite and friendly. Location is exactly what i needed. We felt really safe with the parking space. The place is easily situated in an area where you can easily access food and establishments.

Rooms have loads of cockroaches in, if your room is on the street side it’s so noisy with people shouting down the street every 30m and cats meowing etc etc and the air con is pretty outdated

I travel with a strict budget, and this hotel is good value for money.

They could fix the small repairs like the toilet seat, or the wall outlets. Also, although I had strong connection to the wifi router, my internet connection disconnected every 5-10 minutes. Perhaps something to check with the hotel's ISP.

We had quite a few cockroaches in our room over the space of the 2 nights, one as soon as we checked in near the bed which we got rid of, the rest came out from under the base of the kettle on the 2nd night when we were about to make a pot noodle, location was not the best either

Amenities and care for guest are excellent ,the staffs there were so friendly ,yes ,even though we arrive there late due to flight schedule, yet they care.

They need tp improve the address awareness for taxi drivers and guest to locate it on time, may be just to put some sign or banners at main road

(15€/night deal) - Very clean rooms. - Friendly and helpful receptionists. - Complimentary water dispenser on the aisle. - Good water pressure. - 12(!!) electricity plugs on 8m2 (loved that one) - A/C was strong. - hard mattresses. - Everything you need optimized in a small room. - Wifi was ok but best in the middle of the night. Airport to OYO882 around 450PHP by Grab. River cruise 10 mins walk. Burgos street 10 mins walk. Hummus Eliah good restaurant 7 mins walk. This is actually not a real hotel but more serviced apartments. So if you want to rent for a month it’s much cheaper.

For the room rate of 15€/2pax/night there is nothing to complain about. It’s very optimized in space and great for one person / ok for honeymoon couples. - One negative point is the noise if you get a room facing the street. Cars, motorcycles, conversations - top volume just below your window. We had room 220 so try to get one on the other side. - The bed is good but queen size only (160cm my guess). - Very small bathroom with curtain touching you while showering. - NO HOOKS for towels or clothes.

Location is in the middle of nowhere which is my fault, the isolation is bad you can hear people inside the hotel and outside, somebody has a dog on the building to the back its barking kept me up all night , and if you wanna check in a little bit earlier even though the room is not occupied you gotta pay extra 500 pesos.. 🚶🏻

The location. Not far from the Bureau immigration office which was ultimately our reason for staying here. Also really nice places to eat nearby.

We got charged for using the towels as part of the company policy that we weren’t made aware of until after checkout. The man behind the counter must’ve had a pretty low opinion of us as guests because he even went as far as to accuse us of using the towels to clean the floors… I mean, what person in their right mind would do this? A real shame because the time we stayed before we didn’t have to go through any of this. We will bring our own towels if we do decide to come back, which is unlikely.

Staff are friendly, it is a big hotel and they provide water to drink on every floor which is fantastic! The room size is perfect, and the bed is comfort.

Points: 1. I got a message from Oyo that I should get a refund for my service fee. The staff are so rude, and we ended up leaving because they kept insisting that the message was just a reminder. They are lacking in reading comprehension. 2. They are no deposit when booking through the website when i get there they are asking for 1,500 or my book that is already paid will be cancelled in 2 hours.

People who manage the Oyo don't have any empathy or consideration. Rude as well.

Just an ordinary hostel. Clean room and good ambiance was superb.

I came around 4am to check in til 12pm. Asking for consideration to extend at 2pm due to late check in coz my business trip will be 5pm but due to standard protocol needed to check out at 12pm.. One more thing I woke up early due to noise outside..
