Amazing Reception Ladies Never experienced such friendliest in all my life and after one meet knew your name. The Double room was huge.

I ordered room service but the man on the other side was extremely rude and actually accused me of having 6 guests in my room because I ordered 6 drinks , Extremely unprofessional over the phone and rude he then tried to degrade me further by naming the price of the cocktails if I was MPH I would certainly explore other options then keeping the person I was speaking to employed

No air con in the room. It was impossible to relax or breathe in the room at times let alone sleep. Found a fan but when we used it the dust blew out of it. I said it to receptionist after I paid but she just said it was warm outside. There was no care for us as people in that heat Not acceptable for 4 star Staff in bar and breakfast could not have been more helpful and food was lovely.

Some of the younger servers in the bar could have been a bit more friendly & chatty.More experienced servers were much better.Bar experience was good even so.

3 in a room shampoo for 1 and towels and cups for 2 At 3 we were told no potatoes and gravy. It was light snacks only so I had to drive mother and niece into town to eat. The whole point of going was to stay eat and relax.

The main entrance looked fantastic. The bar and restaurant were also a good space.

Rooms were tired, bath handle hanging off and the shower not great for tall people. Did not like the shower curtain. No air conditioning made it extremely warm at night even with the fan provided.

A lovely hotel with a fantastic well presented reception and ground floor. Very clean and well presented. I found the staff to be exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The food was great and a well presented breakfast. A coffee pot would have been a bonus. The spa is impressive. No air con in the rooms but open windows.

We stayed at your hotel on Saturday night last for a family reunion. The staff were amazing, food lovely and very comfortable room. Caroline on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for her, and she just couldn't do enough for us. She is one to treasure. All the staff in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful also, I didn't get their names. One thing I would say is that you are missing out on a trick by not having snacks behind the bar or vending machines on the floors, especially being a family friendly hotel. Several other people asked for them while I was at the bar. Caroline managed to get us a few bowls of crisps, which were very much appreciated!

Our family were so delighted with the venue, service, organisation and warmth of welcome by all the team when we recently held a special family event there for 50+ guests. The service from the dining room staff was incredible, nothing was too much and all needs were anticipated and accommodated. The food created by the chefs and kitchen staff was delicious, so well presented and colourful. The communication in advance with the conferencing /events team was seamless and accurately relayed to the staff who delivered with attention to detail, excellence. This is why we return to the Mullingar Park Hotel for family occasions. Thank you to the team

Friendly efficient staff. Everything about our stay was excellent. Fabulous choice of food . From arriving until checking out felt looked after.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfy and clean. Pool is a great size with lovely sauna and steam room. Service throughout the hotel was prompt and professional. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a trip!

Location and hotel of preference when visiting Mullingar regularly

I stay in the Mullingar Park Hotel every three weeks. On arrival the wonderful welcome is always great to receive. Currently I am staying in room 332, a recently refurbished room with a lovely modern feel. Very very pleasant. The food in the bar and the restaurant is consistently excellent with any personal requirements looked after with understanding and without fuss. However, what makes the hotel superb is the willingness of all the staff, in ALL areas providing outstanding guest service. I know with certainty where my next stays in Mullingar will be in the Park hotel.

Staff were fantastic as was the food. Breakfast to dinner the food was good quality. Loved the idea of a pool & gym. It was an easy 2 km walk into town. Would I stay again, yes but would love to see some improvements for over $ 300 a night.

We were disappointed in the room for the price it’s very basic & a shower curtain. Some gym equipment needs replacing and needs organizing at the end of day. As there were weights left everywhere.

The property was clean and parking was available.

Breakfast service was poor. Waited for tea/coffee, juices jugs were emptied not refilled even though we went for breakfast at least 2 and half hour before finishing time.

No air conditioning. Normally in Ireland you want the property to have a little heat. However, it was hotter inside the bedroom than outside in the sun. It was so uncomfortable.

As a family we have attended a number of events at the Park Hotel recently - family gatherings etc. and I've dealt with staff in arranging some of these. Management were so helpful, responsive, professional and reliable in our dealings with them. The food was excellent, the surrounds fresh and clean and most of the serving staff were polite. It is great be able to rely on this hotel to produce a high standard of hospitality when needed - well done - it is very much noted and will result in repeat business.

Bathroom needed upgrading, poor housekeeping issue and worn woodwork.

Took us ages to find hotel, thank God for Google Maps. Loads of parking, hotel lobby is unreal. Spacious, magnificent chandelier, beautiful flowers and the smell was something else. It seems they have their own signature candles. Such a lovely touch. A very pleasant man checked us in. I was a little disappointed in the room considering how much we paid. It lacked the small things that make for a good stay. There was one bottle of water and no tissues in the box. The bathroom is dated, don't mind that so much but we had to unclog the toilet. The room lacked character and colour. Would I stay again? Yes, the staff are great, the bar is lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed at the Park Hotel Mullingar recently for a family wedding celebration. From check in to check out, the service, food, and facilities were increadable. Friendly staff who go above and beyond. A comfortable and clean bedroom for our family. The tastiest food served in a beautiful restaurant. Our children enjoyed time in the enclosed garden while the adults relaxed in the adjoining sun room. And the leisure centre was just the icing on the cake.

Excellent bar food

We recently had the most fabulous stay in the Mullingar Park Hotel. Upon arrival, we felt so welcome. A very efficient check-in. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a family suite with adjoining rooms, this was particularly appropriate for our teenagers. A really friendly, welcoming atmosphere for the duration of our stay. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant. There was a great choice on the menu. Breakfast the following morning was delicious. We used the leisure facilities - a clean and modern swimming pool. The kids had a truly wonderful time. We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Thank you to all of the amazing staff.

The food was wonderful and the staff were fabulous. Weather was lovely whilst we were there and due to the close proximity to the main road, it was too noisy to leave the window open at night (rooms did not have air-conditioning), therefore it was too warm for a good nights sleep.

I would have liked to have some feather pillows in the room.

No AC or cooling system. A very old dusty noisy fan which was not up to the task. Opening windows introduced loud traffic noise.

Foyer was spacious, breakfast food was nice, pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc were nice.

Room was clean but tatty, curtains and some carpets in poor repair. Room very warm even with windows open and no air con to collect it down and no temperature control in Room. Reception staff and a couple.of breakfast staff were friendly but not all breakfast staff were and the environment felt stressed in that regard in the breakfast hall. We had wrap for lunch in bar and it was warm on outside but cool.in the middle. Price for lunch was ok however.
