ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong

Excellent location. Comfortable room. Decent breakfast.

The bathroom is a bit small.

Room ok, breakfast had good choice of everything, but lacking more continetal stuff.

Location

Room was a bit dirty when we arrived.

-

todo perfecto. ubicación, habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas. genial

loved the location - great Hanok village area almost directly across from hotel

breakfast options didn't suit our UK tastes - and nothing hot

The location

The stifness of the beds

Happy with service

Breakfast was good, location excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Plus lots of eating and shopping options within easy reach

Shower was just a bit small, and there was not as much storage space as we would have liked. But we managed

Location is great. Breakfast is good.

Rooms and toilets are really too small. room does not have wardrobe. Size is too small. Toilets are like Aeroplane toilets. Bed mattress and pillos are good. No cutlery in room. not even coffee/tea stirer.

N/A

Situated close to subway station. Across from restaurants and little market stores. Clean and comfortable

Súper bien ubicada. La habitación espaciosa cómoda limpia. El personal súper amable

Great location with easy access to transport links including airport transport. Next to the village of shops and restaurants so great to just nip out for something and not have to stray to far from the hotel. Coin laundry in the hotel was excellent and super convenient as well as a in-house laundry service. Filtered Water tap in the room as well as a fridge was super handy

Light switch for the room was only at one side of the bed which was strange but didn’t ruin the stay

Location and price, bed was comfortable and we had enough pillows

Shower was too small.

Hotel location is perfect, nearby lot of restaurants and the underground. Hotel room was in line with the average sqm of the market. I suggest it for your holidays in Seoul.

The storage space in the room isn’t enough for long stays since there isn’t a real wardrobe.

Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection to satisfy travelers from varied laces. This is the best hotel for exploration of Insadong area…..most everything is in walking distance.

The raised threshold in bathroom doorway is a tripping hazard. Otherwise, no complaints!

Location and facilities were fantastic!

Nothing it was great!

Struttura eccellente, personale cordiale, camera abbastanza spaziosa e ottimo bagno

Bel hotel.

Central location.

Dirty room and not renovated at all. Slow AC, stuffy hallway, smelly room.

Great location right next to trendy Ikseon-dong. Stone's throw from subway station. Lots of walkable restos and cafes. Lovely staff - very helpful especially housekeeping. Great facilities - was pleasantly surprised to find a gym, a self-service laundrette and hot baths

Bathroom a bit tight

Posizione super centrale a Insadong, pulito con doccia all'italiana, caffè gratuito e acqua a disposizione

Fantastic location. Lovely staff. Great facilities (didn't expect the hot baths, the gym AND the laundrette!)

Room was a bit tight for Triple-share.

Todo

Really nice staff and clean room.

Ontbijt

Great service. Excellent location. Comfy beds and a good sized room. Prompt service when the sink was blocked. Interesting selection of breakfast food. Awesome that we were able to store bags for a while on the day we left. Great system

Would have loved some bacon with breakfast

Locatie

Douche/wc cabine.

Very well located option. Large 3 rooms apartment Ideal for family!

Nothing

Very clean and modern, kind staff

Rooms were very average. Very small (3 single beds). No place to sit. Ceiling light hanging out of the ceiling. No bar that was open. Generally the hotel was very mediocre.

Inadequate room space. No tea or coffee in the room.

The hotel is well situated, close to public transport and has spacious and comfortable rooms.

The hot spring bath is a very basic pool in grey tile.

Hotel in buona posizione a Insedong, staff gentile

The location is pleasant near the subway station, overall atmosphere is calm and nice. Our twin room was clean and made up daily. I appreciate the efforts the hotel makes to save the planet - the water dispenser instead of bottled water was amazing. Never had problems with noise. We used the hotel breakfast buffet and it was well organized and offered enough options. We also found the sharing umbrellas program interesting on the rainy days. All the staff is really kind and helpful, especially Miss Leah and Mr Robert at the reception. It was a great stay and we are definitely coming back again.

Stanza spaziosa

Bagno piccolino

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, Personal außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmergröße ausreichend.
