I had an excellent time thanks to the wonderful staff at the Marriott Bengaluru in Whitefield. The housekeeping staff was exceptional - Kudos to Banti for being very helpful and ensuring the stay went smoothly.

Mr. Dnyaneshwar Ghumare has ensured a very comfortable stay. Banti from the housekeeping team who attended to our room ensured it was kept immaculate. Chef Santosh and his team went out of their way to ensure that our special diet was looked into at every meal and the dishes were scrumptious. A special thanks to Mr. Jayant and his team and to Mr Ghumare.

Tanu and Natasha were incredibly mindful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their warm service made us feel special. We had an amazing stay at Marriott whitefield in Bangalore. Really enjoyed hospitality and food . Chef Meghna Kamath was amazing with her preparations of signature dishes and personalised recommendations. Also housekeeping staff was very helpful and cordial especially Banti from house keeping.

Tried the Sunday brunch at M Cafe with family. A delectable fare - good spread, good food, great experience for a change. Chef Meghna was very kind and paid attention to our needs while dining.

Visited the Marriott at Whitefield hotel with the family for breakfast. We had a great time, with excellent service by Sourav Maity, who took great care of us. He was attentive and quick to help, especially as we had two hungry kids. The food options are very good, with the pastry section being a special attraction. Highly recommended for a relaxed breakfast , especially with family.

My colleague and I stayed at the Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield for a business trip in March 2026, and it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences either of us has had. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the location works well for the Whitefield area, and everything runs smoothly. But what truly made this stay stand out was the people. Two staff members in particular deserve recognition. Sachin at M Bar was outstanding. We visited multiple evenings during our stay, and every single time he went above and beyond. He remembered what we liked, recommended cocktails and food that were always spot on, and had this effortless way of making you feel welcome without being overbearing. He single-handedly made M Bar the highlight of our trip. Mr. Pintu Kumar Ray at the breakfast restaurant was equally impressive. Every morning felt like coming home rather than walking into a hotel restaurant. He made sure we were comfortable, always greeted us warmly, and took genuine care of us throughout. That kind of authentic hospitality is something you remember long after you leave. Beyond these two, the entire team across the hotel contributed to making our stay special. From housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. You can tell this is a property where the culture of hospitality runs deep. We will absolutely be back on our next visit to Bengaluru.

We had planned a lovely dinner outing with our pet dog, Dexter, but the rain meant the outdoor seating was closed. Despite that, the team went above and beyond to make our evening special. Aprit and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, quickly arranging a comfortable table for us and ensuring Dexter was well taken care of. A special mention to Chef Meghana, who personally came by to check on us and thoughtfully prepared chicken kebabs for Dexter as a complimentary gesture — something we truly appreciated. The entire team made our experience memorable with their kindness and attention to detail. Bengaluru Marriott continues to be one of our favorite places, especially for how pet-friendly and accommodating they are. Highly recommended!

We visited the Whitefield Marriott Hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms are super clean and exude luxury everywhere. We had three options to chose from for dinner. We decided to go for M Cafe's buffet. Chef Shruthi greeted us and was very helpful in suggesting dishes to us. Mr. Pankaj Kumar served us the orders that we had placed and was constantly checking if we are liking the food and if we wanted something else. Thanks to both of them for making our dining experience wonderful. Overall all the staff are very courteous and helpful. They made us feel like VIPs during our stay at the Hotel. Thank you very much for the great experience.

Second time to the Marriott Whitefield, and another very enjoyable stay. Great location for the Big 4 campuses, and depending upon traffic its about 1-2 hours from the main airport. Nice rooms, but its the staff that make the difference, with a lot of attention to make sure you are happy. Breakfast is world class, with every cuisine getting a show. Nice pool area if you get a moment from work. All the Uber drivers know where it is, and if you fancy the metro for a trip downtown (worth it), its just outside the hotel. Shibil on the front desk arranged a much needed packed breakfast to keep me going after my early checkout. Ask for a pool view room, they are quieter.

Good service and good food very nice experience

Situated in a quiet location closer to the metro station. Overall ambience is good and their breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent. Rooms were clean and neat, but I was in 3rd floor facing the road, which didn't have good views around. DTH didn't have much channels for regional content. Though provided with a 4K Smart TV, smartness is locked and you can only use it as a monitor for SD quality DTH channels. Even if you have OTT subscriptions, one cannot use that to watch content in this hotel TV, which is a big let down. Service was good, but not excellent. For the price, it is not value for money.

Soumya did all the preparation for my birthday party, all i needed to do is call him 2 days before. From welcoming guests, booking table, cake, butler everything was taken care by him. He remained in the buffet area till we were done and billing was complete. We used our marriott membership and were able to get good discounts hasslefree. Amazing service by Mr. Mani and Mr. Soumya. All my friends and family were very happy with food and the amazing service. Keep it up!!!

Extremely Rude staff ! Mr. Dushyant Singh AFOM ! Extremely inhuman and RUDE. This is not the Hospitality behaviour at all. This is the worst ever behaviour I have ever experienced. He is capable of ruining any Guest’s overall experience.

The ambience is definitely wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. Chef Saddam made our experience even better with special Gajar ka Halwa and Rasmalai, which undoubtedly is the best that I have had in a while. To make our culinary experience smooth, Pankaj and Soniya paid utmost attention while serving us and definitely deserve kudos for their prompt and courteous service.
