Worst experience ever in 25 year of travelling around the world. Worst in India - better to go with low budget hotel. Save money, time and energy

This review is a bit belated but I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff of Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, Whitefield for excellent service and for taking care of us during a particularly stressful time a few months ago. My father and I stayed at this property in two suites in Sep. 2025 for a week (Sep. 2-5; 7-11) when my mother had surgery at the nearby Aster Hospital. The location is perfect. The suites are very comfortable, and impeccably maintained Every single staff member I encountered was extremely courteous and professional. Special thanks go to Sous Chef Abdul (in "Feast"), who personally took care of us and made sure we were well fed:-). Thanks are also due to the friendly front desk people (including Subhadip, if I remember his name correctly) who took care of every little request, the Laundry Staff (including Bonita Thapa), and the friendly room service people who catered to my requests at all hours of the day and night, with a smile! Last but not the least, although I mainly dined at "Feast", I also had a fabulous lunch in InAzia. In short, I was floored by the service at this property and hope to visit again.

The food was truly best in class, with an incredible spread that felt endless. The hospitality was superb, and the 31st Night celebration arranged by Feast was nothing short of amazing. A memorable experience all around!

Wonderful place and food. A must visit with family, friends or teams. Bathrooms are so nice. Deserts are awesome 👍. I'll visit again

Stayed here for a staycation . Loves every bit . The brunch is amazing . Staff is very friendly and all the chef's were amazing . Definitely try the asian restaurant. Promod dubey made sure we were welcomed from the entrance itself

Location and Atmosphere of the hotel was very good. The staffs are very good. Jambo cleaned our rooms very well and she was very friendly amd polite.

Stay at Sheraton Grand was truly memorable.. being a marriott silver member is truly beneficial.. happy hours lounge access is something that is not to be missed, great selection of food n cocktails.. Mr Tauseef and Ms Kushi took great care in serving the food ..highly appreciate their service and attitude!! Keep it up!!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. But it can drive you mad when 8 members of your staff all ask one after the other if I want a cup of tea. Then another 8-10 people come and ask if I want a glass of water.....a few more want to know if I'd like anything from the kitchen and 3 more ask how my stay is going......all this in the half hour that it takes to eat breakfast!! Let people eat in peace. We are all adults and quite capable of asking if we want something! The line between being attentive and being a nuisance is a fine one. On the other hand, I must commend the security staff and valet service for always being pleasant and smiling when I drove up to the hotel.

The front desk reception staff are badly in need of some training. I had traveled with my car which was parked in the hotel basement. I called reception from my room to ask if the car could be brought up by the valet and kept ready for me (standard protocol in all hotels). I received a curt reply saying everyone is busy.....it will not be possible. When I raised the issue to the duty manager later that day, she was quick to lay blame the valet. It was not his fault as the rude, inefficient person who took my call never even conveyed the request to the valet. For the remainder of my stay, I dealt directly with the valet who was polite, prompt and efficient in executing his duty.

Exceptional service. Very attentive to customers and the food selection was good. The ambience made it feel welcoming, keeping the perfect noise level. The location is very convenient for my needs since it’s near to the office. The rooms were really spacious and clean. Special thanks and appreciation to Khushi and Menaka for welcoming us and your hospitality. We would love to come here again

Really excellent support for our event at the Sheraton in Bangalore. The team helped us to keep our equipment safe and secure, and went above and beyond. LP. Krishna Kumar was super helpful, particularly during our event teardown.

Standard marriott experience but be careful of the water, somehow I thought it would be safe - everywhere else was buying bottles. By the way, there is this App in India called "BlinkIt", you can buy water and stuff which is delivered in just 10 minutes, incredible! Other than that all good.

Khushi and her team in the level 6 Sheraton lounge provide excellent service, always on hand to cater to your requirements.

The team was consistently professional, efficient, and genuinely caring throughout my extended stay. I would like to extend special recognition to the following individuals who went above and beyond: Ms. Amina (Manager), Mr. Abdul (Restaurant Chef), Ms. Aksha (Restaurant Reception), Mr. Deepak (Laundry Service), Mr. Vishnu (Room Service), Mr. Aashutosh (Room Service), and Ms. Sandhya (Room Service). Their dedication and warm hospitality made my long-term stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru.

I reserved a two-night stay from December 3rd to 5th, under the impression that a 2-day cancellation policy was in effect. Due to unforeseen medical reasons I had to cancel my trip, I canceled my reservation on November 27th—a full seven days before check-in. The hotel management responded via email the same day, abruptly informing me of a previously unstated 14-day cancellation policy and demanding acknowledgment that I would be charged for the entire stay. Shocked by this discrepancy, I immediately verified the policy on their website, which clearly stated the 2-day cancellation window. I took a screenshot as evidence and replied to their email, explicitly stating that I did not approve any charges to my credit card and attaching the proof. Their subsequent responses ignored my evidence and my direct question about whether they had provided false information during booking, simply reiterating the 14-day policy and full-stay charges. Simultaneously, I contacted Marriott customer care, filed a detailed complaint, and they began an investigation into the matter. While this process was ongoing, the hotel management unilaterally proceeded to charge my credit card for the full amount—for services I did not use and charges I explicitly refused to authorize. It is inconceivable that a hotel, especially a 5-star, would engage in such unethical business practices, attempting to seize a customer's hard-earned money based on a sudden, contradictory policy change. This has caused me a lot unnecessary grief during a medical emergency. For awareness and transparency, I have attached both their email confirmation—which explicitly stated the 2-day cancellation policy—and the corresponding website screenshot, to highlight this scummy and unacceptable situation so that others may be warned.

I always liked staying at Sheraton Whitefield and is a great place to stay. Staff here is very nice and always checks about the experience. Pramod Dubey with Nilesh Singh has been very helpful and makes it even easier

Loved the hotel. Lovely staff, special mention to the security Mr. Suman Kumar who was so helpful. The spaces were very clean and the food was good as well.

Very comfortable stay at Sheraton Grand Whitefield. Rooms are a little dated, but clean, and everything worked fine. Service staff is kind and helpful. The first floor buffet is remarkable, especially when you order the fresh specials. Breakfast buffet has proper decoction filter coffee, very nice. Ask for the masala dosa and get it hot. The club lounge on the sixth floor is spacious, quiet, and comfortable with a far bigger buffet than I would have guessed, and it's own full kitchen and chef for fresh orders. Service is exceptional in the lounge, and Khushi our hostess was on top of everything. If you want to chill with no hurry and enjoy a beer or some bites with you crew, away from the noise of buffet and lobby, get up here.

Well managed by the pramod Dubey and team in sheraton will work on the up coming projects in future and I liked it .........

Superb Experience at Sheraton. Pramod Dubey was very helpfull with the personal car logistics. Abdul is a tremendous chef. Guddu Jha and Sahana hosted us very well and never middes home. Food and services were out of the world.

I had an excellent meal experience with Sougata Goswami and Avadhut Kalambate. They were kind and attentive, providing me with a comfortable environment to enjoy a delicious meal before my flight. Would recommend the hotel and service highly.

My stay here this week has been fantastic. The service could not have been better with the staff up front I. The car port being super helpful every day especially Govind and Thigagu and Ranjit. Also the housekeeping was incredible with Prasa and his team always refreshing my room top notch.

I live nearby therefore frequent this place for food. The arrival experience is nice and you are received by the polite and friendly valet staff. I would like to highlight the amazing service of Mr. Pramod Dubey. He always receives me at the car drop off zone with a big smile and an enthusiastic ‘Namaste Sir!’. Not seeing him makes my visit feel incomplete. In Azia is one of my favourite Asian restaurants in India. The Thai fried chicken is really good. I don’t understand why the staff discourage ordering this dish by saying that it will take 25 mins when it arrives as fast as any appetiser. The haka noodles and Sichuan fish are other favourites of mine. The superstar server here is Mishty whose service is always flawless. She really takes good care of the guests. Feast is a good all day dining restaurant with good buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are so many items on their menu and all are well made. I just wish that they don’t play lame music on loud speakers. Usually they have some celebratory days and play music on loud speakers. Creating such a loud and cheap atmosphere is really unfortunate and is not suitable for Sheraton’s clientele. Zarf does some amazing North Indian food and the bar near it is a cool hangout spot. Will update my review if I ever use the spa, salon, gym or do a staycation.

Traveled here for business with a large group for work and could not possibly have enjoyed it more! The weather was wonderful, food was amazing and the staff we so friendly, kind, and helpful that they made it a joy! I received particularly great chats and help from Thiyagu, Kaushaka, Vishal, and Shinto! They greeted with a smile and were so helpful for the whole week i stayed. The only flaw was there was so much good food I probably gained 10 pounds. I hope to be back soon!!!

Excellent staff and service all around - front desk, breakfast buffet, restaurant/bar, concierge/bell hop, doormen, etc. They all go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and ensure we have everything we need. Rooms are upscale, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet, restaurant and food choices are great . So we always stay here when we come on a business trip, and hardly feel the need to go out after a long day of work.

The housekeeping service during my stay was outstanding. My room was consistently spotless, and the bed was made up perfectly every day.
