Le personnel était sympa à l'exception de Mr qui s'occupe de la piscine, il est très agressif avec les enfants sous prétexte que les clients qui ont payé pour ie SPA avait droit au silence total donc les enfants ont à peine le droit de respirer. Nous avons choisi la piscine pour les enfants sinon hôtel sans piscine c'est la moitié du prix malheureusement les enfants n'ont pas pu profiter finalement on parti après 2 jours pour un autre hôtel

Super emplacement beaucoup de restaurant autour, 100m du grand bazar et le tram aussi station beyazit.

Je suis venu avec des enfants et ils pouvaient pas nager dans la piscine sans faire de bruit d'eau....car il y a les salles de massages juste à côté. Et la salle de sport que pour les adultes donc si vous avez un enfant de 15ans qui veut utiliser les machines ou bien continuer maintenir son niveau sportif c'est compliqué...

Hotel has great location in the old part of Istanbul near Grand Bazaar and 15 min walk to Blue Masque and Hagia Sophia. Helpful concierge service. Wi-Fi working good. Buffet Breakfast with view of Bosphorus on 5th floor.

Standard room outdated- not for a 4-star hotel, and too noisy with other neighbors.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is in the city center. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the manager Guven Cakmakci who provided us with an even better room. We will come back next time.

Le petit déjeuner : pas de jus d’orange juste eau mélangé à une poudre , idem pour jus de pomme … Pas de vrai omelette ( en extra) mais œufs au four ! Pas de viennoiserie . Pain déjà chauffée remis à la clientèle dans panier. Ça manque de diversité ! Les derniers arrivés n’ont plus de fruit par exemple . Petit déjeuner à revoir pour un 4 étoiles . Le matelas de ma fille était mort !

Прокуренная комната, но нас переселили поэтому простительно. Но запах курева в комнатах сильный. Ремонт в комнатах под уставший.

l'emplacement, le sauna, la salle de sport et la piscine, quelque membre du personnelle était sympa

en entrant dans la chambre il y avait toujours des fortes odeurs, que l'on ferme ou non les toilettes, salle de bain l'odeur désagréable persiste. Mauvaise aération de la chambre, il fait assez chaud la nuit. Fenetre qui sert a rien a part faire rentrer les odeurs de cigarette... la télé était casser et ils ont essayer de nous la faire payer 400 euro alors que ont y était pour rien (en plus la télé ne valait clairement pas 400 euros...)

Hotel muito bem localizado para turismo. Bom ginásio e piscina. Pequeno almoço fraco na minha opinião.

I stayed at Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul and overall I had a very good experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, as it is very close to the Grand Bazaar and most of the main attractions of the old city, which made getting around very easy. The staff was polite and willing to help, especially Mr. Güven Çakmakci, who was professional, friendly, and always available to assist us with a smile. The rooms were clean and well maintained, while the spa and pool were a very nice bonus after long walks around Istanbul. Thank you for everything Magdalini - Olga

tout etait sale, cassé et personnel tres désagréable

deja l accueil tres desagreable par une vieille femme a la reception . a l entree ça sentait tres mauvais, puis dans la chambre les chaises etaient tres sales , un vieux chauffage cassé, pas de miroir dans la salle de bain , l odeur etait insupportables et impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres a cause du bruit, nous avions louer une chambre avec balcon alors que que le balcon n existe pas . impossible de faire marcher la télé, apres reclamation on nous dit d attendre pour le lendemain alors nous avons quitté l hotel le soir a 21h par ce qu impossible d y passez la nuit. une vraie catastrophe

The two gentlemen at the reception were great help and they made it easy for me as they speaknvery good english, every time i ask for assistance they go out of they way to help

I would not say is the hotel problem, bit if you ask them to solve the problem they would . Some of the gustes where making noise late

It was great and everything was perfect. Staff was so good specially Güven ÇAKMAKCİ he is very nice and polite guy. Hotel was good stay was perfect.

In der Nacht zu laut.Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich. Das Bad war schrecklich alles defekt und die Klo Spülung war auch defekt.

Sehr schlechte Lage. Wir waren mit Rollstuhl, wo Barierefreihat stand. Es war ein steiler Berg und zwei Stufen zum Hotel, wo man mit einem Rollstuhl nicht reinkommt. Sehr dreckige Zimmer, zum Teil ein kleines Fenster wo in ein anderes Haus schaut und keine frische Luft reinkommt. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer insgesamt. Also mit älteren Leuten und Rollstuhl, nicht möglich. Gott sei Dank, hat unsere Mama paar Schritte selber machen können.

Расположение отеля - просто супер! В пешей доступности до исторических объектов и мест, которые мы хотели посетить! Остановки трамвая и метро очень близко, магазины, рестораны, обменные пункты, аптека - короче, все, что надо - рядом. Бассейном и спа, к сожалению, не воспользовались, не было времени. Ресторан - на крыше с замечательным видом на мечеть! Номер очень просторный, с видом на площадь Баязит. На рецепшене - очень отзывчивый персонал! При заселении бесплатно повысили категорию номера! Спасибо большое! Любезно вызвали такси для обратной поездки в аэропорт.

Завтрак мог бы быть немного поразнообразней. Не было стаканчиков для зубной щетки, но это, конечно, не критично...Пол кафельный холодный, но спасали тапочки в номере.

kleine Zimmer (Dreibettzimmer) , straßenseitig sehr laut, laut auch aus den Nachbarzimmern ( man hat alles durchgehört) , Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein… Müsli, gesunde Ecke usw

La limpieza, muy sucio. El.personal desagradable. El desayuno vergonzoso -la.maquina que café no funcionó un solo dia-. La manipulación de alimentos... para no comer nada. No reservar si piensan utilizar el spa. Nunca estuvo disponible la minipisscina

1.The lady at reception was very nice. We were offered breakfast upon our arrival date, upgraded to a better room, and received our room at 8 am free of charge. 2. the staff are helpful, and the view is wonderful. I thank the staff for their excellent service, especially the receptionist, Guven, who is a helpful, professional, and intelligent person, speaks several languages, and gives reliable advice the same receptionist cahit. 3.The location is great,

Photo ultra retouchée. Chambre archi vétuste et salle de bain pleine de moisissures. Chambre sans fenêtre . Tout est à refaire du sol au plafond ! Chambre mal isolée

Die Badzimmerwaren katastrofal. Die Schiebetür war defekt, Schimmelbildung, Lüftung funktioniert nicht.

we stayed at this victory Hotel and spa for 6 days. itwas my worst stay in istanbul. it days it 4 star but i think it was 1 star hotel. our room was smelly. it smelt of damb and rotten eggs from the bathroom. even complained just once something was thrown in the shower. breakfast was average. we had breakfast out most of the time because there was nothing tasty on the menu. the staff was very rude. we asked for a bottle of water second day and was told only water was given first day. we were not allowed to use the hammam because it was booked for others from outside. but the the reason webooked this hotel because of the spa. Don't waste your money on this hotel .

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement de l’hotel. Tout étais près. On s’est déplacé a pied presque partout.

Le faite que l’eau de la piscine était froide et on ne pouvait pas profiter de celle ci..

Rude staff, dirty rooms.

We were celebrating our special wedding anniversary and booked a Hammam at the Victory Hotel. What can I can I say what a wonderful experience!! The 2 Nepali ladies were beyond reviewable.... absolutely awesome massage, facial & Hammam. The whole treatment was unbelievable and incredibly amazing 👏. The only drawback is the 2x spa reception guys who were too fast for us to pay in advance when we hadn't had a treatment and had already paid half the deposit. Also after the treatments they didn't allow us to use the Pool or the Gym.... said it was only for residents. The changing room had good locker service but only the male changing room was in use so everyone had to wait to change. If they could be even more hospitable we would've gone 1 more time before we leave Turkey.

I had a lovely time at the Hamman. I recommend therapist Damanda. Especially enjoyed the scrub and exfoliation. My skin felt so clean and soft after.

The location was amazing. And the staff especially Guven was the best ever his English was 10/10 he help me getting around and all. Highly recommend this place.

Very poor condition for a 4 star 🌟 The paper on the walls was ripping off The housekeeping team start working early ...bagging doors ...disturbing Guest louder and making noise until late hours ...

They did a very wonderful job, the ladies who did my message and the a bath were very thorough with the experiences. Only paid for a 75min but stayed nearly 2 hours. And provided tea after, very wonderful experience.

The experience was in a hotel and not in a proper hammam. The premises were average and not exactly what was shown in the pictures.
