De badkamer is niet schoon en niet heel hygiënisch. De vloer in de badkamer voelt vies aan en zit vol met kalk. Ook zijn de kamer extreem, maar dan echt extreem, gehorig. We werden wakker om 5:30u van luide muziek op straat, en we sliepen zelfs aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Ook komt er een hele nare penetrante lucht uit de kast in de kamer, waardoor de hele kamer muf ruikt, echt vies.

De badkamer was niet hygiënisch. De douche was niet schoon, er zat veel kalk dat was vies. Ook waren de randjes rondom de wc niet schoon. Ook hing er een nare geur wanneer je de kamer in kwam. Dit kwam vanuit de kast.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Het is echt een simpel hotel. Voor 1 nacht als je er verder alleen maar slaapt. Goede warme douche en spulletjes erbij zoals zachte handdoeken, flesje water, tandenborstel..we hadden geen raam. Bed sliep prima. Personeel vriendelijk.
Niet echt gezellig of comfortabel...echt alleen een slaapplek voor ons.

Lenzuola e asciugamani molto puliti. Letto confortevole. Doccia molto grande e che non allaga tutto il bagno.

De kamer was niet zo schoon, ook de gangen niet, het doet allemaal een beetje smoezelig aan. In de ochtend om 8 uur gewekt doordat ze de badkamer in de kamer naast ons gingen slopen… In de omgeving geen leuk restaurantje kunnen vinden, wel een grote shoppingmall op loopafstand.

Il check in alle 14,00. Noi siamo arrivati a Malang con il treno notturno alla ore 7,00 e ci avrebbe fatto piacere poter fare il check in un po’ prima de primo pomeriggio. In ogni caso, lo staff è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura.

Odore di naftalina nella stanza con armadio completamente inutilizzabile per questo motivo. Stanza rumorosa senza finestre che danno all'estero ma su un patio interno con passaggio di altri ospiti davanti alla camera. Asciugacapelli minimale.

The lady at the front desk in the morning of Saturday 15/8 found a number and contacted us immediately. Thanks to her we were still on time to do the tour that morning. Thank you so much!!
at night you can hear everything what’s happening outside the room. So if you’re a light sleeper this might be a problem for you. Or be prepared and bring some earplugs.

They went above and beyond, the hotel itself was excellent, very nice rooms and facilities, excellent location near to nice restaurants and perfect for a start point to see mount bromo and the sights of east Java I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Malang

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Buona posizione, in una zona con ristoranti, market e centro commerciale distante 5 minuti a piedi. Ottimo il personale, sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Siamo arrivati tardo pomeriggio e in pochissimo tempo hanno organizzato un fantastico tour del Monte Bromo per la mattina successiva ( partenza 10.30am, con vista tramonto, non alba come il classico tour proposto ).
Struttura un po' da rivedere, camere ok, anche se un po' datate. Bagno No. Abbiamo preso 4 doppie e in tutte i bagni erano abbastanza mal ridotti e puliti superficialmente. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire e aggiustare un lavandino che perdeva ed è stato fatto immediatamente. Personale SI, Struttura più No che Si.

La nostra habitació feia molt mala olor (com a humitat). Només hi vam dormir una nit però la olor era desagradable. La habitació era senzilla però els llits eren còmodes, hi havia el que necessitaves per a passar una estança curta. El personal era agradable.

Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man Wert auf Komfort und Sauberkeit legt. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers war ein sehr starker Geruch nach Mottenkugeln bzw. Minzbällchen wahrnehmbar, was das Atmen echt schwer gemacht hat. Leider waren bei der Buchung nur wenige aussagekräftige Bilder vorhanden, wodurch wichtige Details des Zimmers nicht ersichtlich waren. Das Bett wirkte sehr alt, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad waren noch Haare und Schmutz zu finden. Insgesamt machte alles einen ungepflegten Eindruck und wir haben uns leider nicht wohlgefühlt. Beim Abwischen der Oberflächen war das Tuch dreckig. Nachdem wir das Personal darauf angesprochen hatten, wurde uns zwar ein Familienzimmer gezeigt, dieses unterschied sich jedoch kaum vom ursprünglichen Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde uns aber nicht einfach so angeboten, sondern es wurde dann von uns verlangt, den doppelten Betrag zu zahlen (also für das ursprüngliche Zimmer UND für das Familienzimmer zusammen), andere Lösungen wurden uns nicht angeboten. Deshalb haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet, ohne Rückerstattung, und uns kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

La stanza puzzava di muffa aveva l’unica finestra che dava sul corridoio ho chiesto di poterla cambiare e non l’hanno fatto mi hanno messo la naftalina! Il giorno dopo me ne sono andato prima del previsto e per fortuna non ci ho dormito, quando ho detto il perché me ne andavano non hanno fatto una piega… se andate prendete una stanza con la finestra vera, questo vale in generale detto che a vedere le foto la stanza sembrava finestrata.. e non sul corridoio!
